Hi N & L- Sorry I missed the live. It’s been deadly cold in NYC this week 🥶…grateful to have temps in the 30s now. I prioritize protein (especially Greek yogurt), pasture raised eggs, avocados, pumpkin seeds and lemons. ❤❤❤

Judge me for my favorite color; Gray. Cool, calming gray. Not the modern "warm" gray, because it just looks dirty to me. Give me anything from a silvery, pale dove gray, to a nearly black charcoal. It goes with everything, is a calm spot for the eye to rest, and simply looks fantastic against my skin. 😁
