one question though..
when you sit on it and try to spin in the seat does it spin around, stay solid as a rock, or you have some resistence but with a little bit of force the throne spins?
When you’re sat on the throne you can spin it easily but it’s not “loose” you have to want to spin it for it to spin if that makes sense ? It won’t spin unless you intend to spin.

how does it sit if you wanted to turn it around and use it as a round seat for more under the legs while sitting back in the the chair

You should have squeeze the seat with fingers so we can see how much is the softness level. I have Round Rider XL version and the seat is too stiff and uncomfortable. I'm thinking of switching to Ergo Rider version. But I don’t have a chance to try it in person.
It is quite firm. But after a couple weeks it softens and is perfect 👌🏻

I have the hydraulic version, which I don’t like because it spins excessively. I love the comfort of the seat itself though. I really want a stationary throne where the seat doesn’t spin. Is this throne able to be set up so that the seat doesn’t spin?

stanley is not trusty, i smashed my finger so hard with a crappy faulty ratchet. i had to stab through my nail with a hot paper clip. their tools suck
