Well it's not a scenario related to recent past when module based examination system was introduced.. it's an old issue even before the DGCA's introduction of new examination and qualification structure,so, i as a person belong to that era where exams were conducted by DGCA as 3 papers( paper 1,2,3) then BAMELS(later bamecs), OJT,Then experience in various tech positions accordingly ( depending on mechanical and avionics) in airlines, MRO s, non schedule operators etc then AME licence, but from my personal experience as someone in this field since 2010 having started with E,I,R and RT licence in avionics till date with various organisations, the lakh rupees salary thing is absolutely myth, so, giving that false hope is absolutely criminal..to earn lakh rupees in an Indian airlines one has to worth that value to that airlines..
Sir i respect your experience in the field but i feel those who want to start with aviation today should know today's current scenario. Also i mentioned that i will make a separate video regarding the journey of Ame. As you mentioned about the OJT ,i also share that experience is required . Paper system were earlier implied not today. Today modules are the deciding criteria. Also back then it must be difficult for you as resources must be less but i feel i utilized these resources to tell people the reality. Also talking about today's scenario as per CAR and DGCA website i have shared the criteria of being and AME + Aviation scams. The salary i shared is the salary that almost all scheduled/non-scheduled airline is paying to THERE FULL SCOPE AME. Again with all due respect i would like to say that i respect your struggle but i feel to build a career one needs to struggle in every field. The difference is that in this field some fake promises are done before joining the course and i just tried to share those. Thank you
@@Aviationshub very well said and I completely agree with your pointers regarding the entire journey of becoming an AME.. but aviation is a very volatile and unpredictable market.. we have seen some great players going down in decade or so, I myself started my journey with kingfisher and later got the opportunity to work for 9W, unfortunately both of them are now defunct.. so, aviation journey can be a roller coaster ride, one has to be prepared to take that risk ..luckily I had joined AESI one year after starting my AME from IIA and completed my aeronautical engg. 5 years later in 2012 and that helped me immensely in my future journey and kept many options open.. that’s why I think a plan B is also important in this field.. students need the right guidance and practical awareness about the actual facts.. not what the training institute promises or makes them believe.. keep up your good work and help these budding aviation enthusiasts in any which way possible..Thanks 🫡🫡
