Wow thanks. Here are some you left blank. 2.31 is called Replica, Fear Factory cover. 4.57 is i think one of the songs from rock opera Equilibrio but I don't remember which song exactly, i'll check again. 11.44 Quietus 14.07 Monopoly on truth
Simone has a gorgeous timbre and she is really really good live, she gets a lot of criticism for absolutely no reason, from all of the symphonic metal singers she and probably Anette got the most. Simone is a master at mixed registers, she transitions from chest to head so smoothly, you dont feel a thing. I have seen Epica live a couple of times and they are hands down the best live act. They put on one hell of a show from beginning to end, all the members are extremely skilled and charismatic. They are a treat for the ears.
I loved her voice better when she was a mezzo, such a dazzling timbre, really fits the adventurous atmosphere of Epica. Also she has some good ease in her chest/mix voice even tho it isn't her strongest register.
She still a Light Mezzo-soprano not Soprano the voice type her tessitura increase expanded but doesn't change like me i am Light-Lyric Tenor and can hit Eb5 on chest voice and Mixed voice a A5 which is to high and Head voice a C6 then goes to Falsetto to an E6 and on the whistle register i only hit some G#6 C7 Eb7 A7 from the F7 to up hurts and the lows a Eb2 it's so comfort for me but thats an idea
@@WeiyunMike Typical UA-cam singer, claiming to have 1000 octaves of vocal range.. from Eb2 to F7.. yeah, right .. so you mean to tell me that you have 5 octaves, 1 note & a semitone of vocal range..
She's probably spinto soprano. Not overaly too huge in size like a dramatic soprano (Floor Jansen for example), but still sounds fuller than a lyric soprano would (I'd say Anette Olzon would be good example of lyric soprano, although people assume Anette is mezzo for some weird reason). She has constrictions in her voice, especially in her head voice, which is very airy and aspirated, not enough necessery tension up there, and some unnecessery. She just sounded dark back in the days because she artifically darkened her voice with weird vowels. I remmember some strong G5s from older live recording in head voice, which could never be sung like that by a mezzo.
"head voice " those are falsetto dude... 8:56 since that moment head voice starts I know most of the songs hear but there are some I don't ... Can someone plz tell me the name of all songs in order to realize which are the ones I need to know ... PS: you should have added Tides of Times ... one of the highest notes she ever does ...
