Ok that was the first time I ever heard EPICA or Apocalyptica. The singer was an angel from heaven. I was mesmerized by her voice. I found myself crying by the end of the song and I don't cry easy. Wow what a special moment for that audience to hear that live.

She has such an ethereal voice that's even more amazing Live! Even though I didn't get to hear Rivers I did get to hear Beyond the Matrix, which is one of my favorite Epica songs.

I love Epica. Rivers, is one of their best songs. It feels we are coming out of deep waters, which are drowning us. Metaphorically speaking, how life is. But we overcome.

I can only imagine the magical feeling of being in the audience, while this masterpiece is being played live. I mean I know what I'm feeling while I'm listening to it right now, but being there must have been otherworldly.
The one shot from Chile of Rivers is magical, well worth a listen or two. Preferably in the dark on a large screen, and surround sound.

It was an amazing concert. All 3 bands were phenomenal. Wheel, Apocalyptica and Epica surely delivered.
The other day I was commuting and heard 2 girls talk about being surprised they opened with a progressive metal band, Wheel. They had nothing negative to say.

Creo que deberian fusionarse en una sola banda por siempre y siempre!!! Just WOW. Epica is one of the bands that I hope to be able to see live in Europe some day, so I can witness one of these full production/orchestral shows in person.
I got to see them when they were touring with Sabaton in the US last year, it was amazing!
