Cool techniques Kristen! The stamp hinges are used to mount the stamps in your collection album. You adhere the small tab to the back of the stamp and then the large tab over the corresponding picture in your album 😊

It's a bezel. But if its just the little part at the top that you're attaching that is a bail.
