Remember when the scouts were worried about Thibs "character" lmao. This guy is like a 35 year old at 22. So mature and all about his business.
Yeah the scouts were right
I've always been impressed by how intelligent Mr. Thibodeaux is. I remember watching an interview w/ him a few years back, and he was discussing his love for playing chess and how it helped his critical thought processes. He's really an impressive individual.
This guy has a career as a personal trainer waiting for him after football 👏🏽
I thought that too. Like he thorough & articulate.
Great workout and he has good teaching skills.
Kayvon Is So Articulate ! One of The Best Warm Ups I Have Observed . Great Functional Workout 💪
Hopefully in the future they Collab with more NFL players🥺
Let’s get it!!!! I train like an athlete for this very reason. Life is the big game🙏🏾
Getting Ready For The NFL Seasons. Great Training Skills. 👍
Love using resistance bands they burn 🔥🔥
Listeners of Around The NFL Podcast have only one memory of him 😂
They should put a normal person next to him just to show how big he is. Didn't realize he was 6'5" 250+ lbs
That is harder than it looks, good workout!
He gives me motivation to lift 🎉
Tib getting ready to get money year 2 as a professional N.F.L. Giants..
the glasses 😂
All these athletes are super talented, & engage in some very intense exercises. The band stuff I know works well, but it was very hard for me to do when I was introduced to it. Squats & lundges are killers, & kettle bells are hard to handle because the ones I used were ultra thick.
Great video great workout
Get dat money bro and them QBs
Great exercise!
His way of presenting this is class wish he had it as a series
Where can you get? The bands they look good
3:30
Bro built like a la fitness baller 😂
Pretty sure my 57 year old mom does these at her yoga class
Kayvon should be doing heavy squats, dead lifts and bench press. He's too skinny, gotta get thicker and stronger. Go Giants!
That’s the no shit workouts. He obviously does that
All exercises that lead to soft tissue injury 😂
Not necessarily. Many body builders and power lifters have gone a decade or more without soft tissue injuries.
As long as you’re doing motions you would be using in game, that’s what matters. See how with the kettle bell he’s doing movements similar to what pass rushers would do.
@@bluebadger3223Those body builders aren’t dealing with the type of running, cutting, and unpredictability violent motions that NFL players do.
Early!!!!❤
Football players now starting to workout like the basketball players they hate on
Tf? Basketball players don’t workout near the level of NFL players, what workout did trey young do that’s better than Tyreek hills?
Never heard NFL players hate on the NBA lol
Get out of your head
You mean the players that flops around everywhere?
nobody actually believes he does these ''flashy'' workouts right. And don't come at me with ''uhm but yeah he is a nfl player and you aren't''. I've been working with coaches for the last 4 years for explosiveness and total body strength and this isn't even close to any of that.
Doesn't matter, he's still 1000x better than you
@@Haydon-sx7yg 💀
thats exactly what i was thinking, these are very light warm up/cool down movements at best, and even then i wouldnt waste my time with half this stuff
they can never accuse him of using roids
NFL players get tested every week, it's impossible
all well and good but dude disappears come game time. We are still waiting KT...
All of this hasn't translated to the field. Dude crying alone on the bench. Grow up!
Dude looks soft AF by NFL D end standards.
Keep the shirt on guy.
That’s not the body type you attracted to bro ?
Lmao
He would still bury you
@@dancleary4101 He's a multi millionaire pro athlete in his early 20's, playing a position of super humans. Myles Garrett and Nick Bosa he aint.
@@davidhyde1353 Nah pass. Parsons, Bosa, Garrett - they play the position and look like Greek statues if ur going to take ur shirt off and show the workout.
Hutchinson better
Cap
@@michaeljohnson-ug4gr look at the stats
why is a high tier professional athlete using kettlebells tfffffff
tbh kettlebells can have their place, but this should be accessory work at best
