X-PIPE THE WORLD!!! It sounds so good👍🏼 I had a 2000 F150 XLT 5.4L V8 with PI heads, did full exhaust work just like this but with Magnaflow Magnapacks. Didn’t have as much growl as this, it had a lot deeper tone because Magnaflow, but the Modular motors LOVE to snap/crackle/pop like Rice Krispies.👌🏼
Finally, a true dual set up, most people think they can put a y pipe where its easy and run 2 lines from there is dual on youtube... This a quality set up, I am sure this was pricey. :) Good job.

I have an 01 lariat myself, I am trying to find what the difference is between an X-pipe, an H-pipe, And true individual pipes, is there a significant difference in the popping sound with an X-pipe vs true straights?
@@JoseMora-wd5pg Tips can slightly, but only at startup and idle. You could try running a different muffler or straight pipe, hell maybe some long tubes perhaps?
Dual as u see here is best. If u run it like this u add 8-10hp and better sound, due to less restriction and exhaust scavenging, basically the flow from one side helps the engine breath better by creating less backpressure to the other side.
@@Unite-4-Peace Not necessarily, the venturi principle states that air moves faster in a restricted space, like putting your thumb over the end of a garden hose. If your pipe is too large for the engine displacement and output the velocity decreases, so in some cases the crossover pipe is reduced in order to promote exhaust pull/scavenging through the crossover pipe. If the pipe is sized correctly then it doesn't need to be reduced.

Is it stock right now? Try cutting off the muffler, clamp on a glasspack (Thrush are a good, inexpensive choice) and a 45 degree pipe out the side in front of the rear tire. Cheap, loud and simple, and you can easily change it if you don't like it.

I don’t have a part#. They are Amazon specials. I wouldn’t recommend the headlights, fitment not great and already showing signs of lenses melting from lights.

If i add and X-pipe would it make it louder?
Maybe not louder, but def better performance with a X-Pipe
Would have a higher pitched tone, and refinement at higher rpms. Not quite as deep as Y/H.

Long tube headers a cold air intake and some wider pipes is how you make it louder my friend. Also true dual straight pipes.

True dual just means it doesn't run a single pipe, if there's 2 pipes it's true dual, even if it has a crossover/balance/merge point somewhere in it.
