I'm currently in third spirit bear's quest, with gummy bee and vicious bee (35 bees), with 150 million honey amounts, however I need help whether if I just save up my honey for the Petal wand when I finish 10th spirit bear quests? Or I'll also buy hive slots while doing her quests?
You'll have to figure out if you can afford the slots, and make the cost back fast enough to cover it, to not delay your wand when you can afford it

I usually use them for desperate crafting speedup

My reactions when recording sometimes are very delayed, but I can assure you that was my real reaction, it was just after a couple of seconds, so I just took the Webcam footage and put it over so it aligned better for the video, otherwise you'd see just how slow i am and pacing in videos is pretty important
