Hi Carrie! Love the vlog with the fam and seeing all that you do. Its soooo cool that your special treat is bobba tea, i remember when it first came to America and everybody was like, whaaaa??? Now its featured in your videos, yayyyy! Your new store is taking shape and your main store is going strong, so great to see. Thanks for another awesome video!! 🥰
I love your channel and have been following since you first started back in 2022. I have a question. You show quite a bit how much you make selling. (and this is great) But what are your expenses? Ebay Fees, postage, cost of goods. What is the breakdown? I would LOVE to see a video of a 30 day time period.
Rehab that place! For the ceiling... super cost effective way that comes out cool is using a 2x1 on the beams so it gets a lip. Then do like drop ceiling titles. Sorta like the commerical buildings. In commerical building they use grid made of metal channels but you can use wood. That setup you can then even run electric lines or even ceiling mics down. Also can do the circular recessed lights or even LED panel lights for a contempory look. Key is the wires you don't have to "snake it" because of the drop ceiling. the It will sound proof from any upstairs as well. If you really want to go fancy... you can put a double lip and put LED lights. BTW... the bar is super cool. My random thoughts.
Carrie, can you help with something? We recently took 3 different eBay accounts that we’d taken to top-rated (why we had 3 separate ones, is a longer story for another time :) and merged the listings into our first “eBay store”! But now there’s so many options available that we didn’t have before: branding/coupons/newsletters/etc… could you do a video explaining for those who aren’t new to eBay but new to a store…what options you use, how you do them, etc? It would really help if you can.
Good job you guys on keeping up the strong numbers, I had a slow last 2-3 weeks but the 90-day total is still holding strong. I'm working on getting faster at processing items, I'm at 28 in one hour. Anyways GLWS 🙌
Carrie, I am in the group with you.... I have a question for ya! Despite my claim of being an "everything seller," I recently narrowed by focused to clothing only.... and now I'm finding myself REALLY loving buying/selling/photographing jeans.... I keep on avoiding the other clothing aisles AND I don't enjoy taking pictures of tops... Do you think this can be a sign that I would succeed if I niched down to jeans only? Also-- do you have any tips for summer slow down if I were to sell mostly jeans?
You can be successful in any category that you can commit to and learn how to sell well in it! If you really enjoy jeans and nothing else, then make a plan that works around that and go for it! I just made a video about summer slowdown in general but I think I’ll make another video about jeans specifically.
How do you ship items for cheaper than what the flat rate priority mailers are? Ive heard and followed the general rule that items over 1 lb should be sent in flat rate because its cheaper. But jeans are almost always over 1 lb. like 1.4 - 1.9 lbs. what do you use for your shipping to get the price cheaper than flat rate
I love 1960s and 1970s stuff. I'd keep that bar just the way it is and make it even more GROOVY! Thanks for the video.
The bar is staying! I like the leather casing and countertop. But… I think the trains have to go lol

My son would be OBSESSED with that Train Wallpaper!! Love following your journey on both of your eBay stores!
Thank you!
The vintage wallpaper has some charm. Great basement space, sure that is very helpful to have.
Great job cleaning up the basement!! I bet it feels good to get it all done and purge a bit!
Feels so good!!

I’d love to do a breakdown someday too. I’ll keep waiting until I feel the time is right. But our profits fluctuate between 30-40% usually :)

Good ideas! This is a project we’ll be taking on little by little this year 💪

Enjoy the videos. That's such great space you have in your basement.
Always getting awesome tips from you.
Random question… what kind of sunglasses were you wearing? If you don’t mind sharing😬💕
Thanks in advance!
They’re circle glasses that I bought from Target some time ago!
As always, great video!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Your music choice alone for your videos says “I love anime” it’s very j-poppy lol love it
lol thanks! J pop and k pop are my main genres as of late lol
Wow your basement has a ton of potential. I bet you make it amazing
Love your videos! I'm jealous of how many sqft u got in that basement lol
It was one of the selling points when house shopping :)
Thanks for the video!
You're welcome! Thanks for watching!
Fun video!

“That’s a kite…” 😂 😂
Yea, it couldn’t look more like what it looks like lol
I spy a Fender bass amp.
That basement could be a sweet youtube studio
Love your videos 👍
Glad you like them!
Can you do a video on your photos set up. How you get your items to stick and background used x
I too would like to know what’s on your board to get clothes to stick, thanks!
What size boxes do you guys use to store your jeans in?
24x10x8!😊
What do you use for the background to make clothing stay in place while photographing
It’s just a fleece blanket but the board is at a slight angle where things stay up 👍
Thanks

@@carrieathome yay!!! Thanks girl!
Hi good content! Do you promote your listings? Also when you send offers do you allow counters? Thanks!
Yup! I average 6% promoted and I send offers and consider counteroffers :)
"That's a kite!" haha
Hello, what’s your main eBay store name? Thanks.
Hi there, I don't share a link to my main store at this time. Thank you!
Hi Carrie, I just wanted to know, how closely do you look at sizes when you buy the jeans you do? Is there a particular size you stay away from?
I try to not buy itty bitty jeans or very very large jeans. I like to buy jeans that range between a 28"-40" waist.
Do you source daily?
Everyday, except Sundays!
Is your 90 day total gross sales or net profit?
Gross sales 👍
Gee the plane shot was just the coolest to start this vlog! Good job
Thanks! We get a lot of planes flying around us lol

Why are you using flat rate? Just use poly mailers and ship ground advantage unless you like wasting money. I like profit
Ground advantage In a regular polymailer is usually like $6-ish, more or less. I would avoid priority if you want to save on shipping.
Like the other comments, I use Ground Advantage because it's cheaper than Priority (at least for me it is). :)
Garage sale time for your junk
Do you still pick up lucky jeans?
It depends on what it is! Mostly mens, yes. Not so much womens.
Do you use the same size white poly bag for every order? Which size do you use? Also what size are the boxes you store inventory in? Thanks!
For most our items, we can fit them in a 15.5x12 polybag. For multi orders or very large items, we use a 12x18 bag. The boxes are 24x10x8 I believe.
👍👍
Very good b roll footage in your vids!
Glad you like them!
