    I’ve had sinus problems for years and since then I haven’t been able to focus on one thing. I constantly live with vertigo each day. And it’s been triggering panic attacks and my anxiety. I thought I was the only one. I wouldn’t wish this on my enemies. I’ve lost all motivation to do anything because of it. It’s scary. But I’m going to finally be seeing a specialist and I’m hoping I can fix this. I’m only 24 years old and have been dealing with this since 17 years old.

    • @ItsMartn.
      @ItsMartn. Рік тому

      @@vincesmoove1 they checked my sinus and said it there wasn’t anything there. To me it’s not good news it’s bad. How could it be nothing when I’m feeling these symptoms? I also got blood work done and everything and everything came back fine. There has to be something they aren’t seeing. Or maybe it could just be uneven pressure in my sinus being caused by something else. I’ll be getting checked by other specialists. I’ll keep you updated.

      @@ItsMartn. now what's happening? Is there any improvement

    • @ItsMartn.
      @ItsMartn. Рік тому

      @@sachinjgeorge5173 hey! So recently I’ve been trying Ipratropium Bromide Nasal Spray and Claritin. Seems to be helping the pressure feeling in my nose and balance. It just seems to get worse when I’m in a construction zone for work and also watching tv. I use blue light glasses to help even tho it doesn’t work much. I’ve been told by another doctor that she seemed concerned about the shape of my nose since it seems a little crooked. She thinks I may indeed have uneven pressure because of my right side of my nose being a little blocked off. But sadly haven’t been told of any treatment that would cure whatever this is yet. Honestly could even be that I just have super bad allergies lol

    I've been struggling with being so lightheaded lately that I feel disassociated from my surroundings and it's making it very difficult to focus. I can't even do daily tasks or drive. I'm starting to learn that my acid reflux is effecting my inner ears and eustachian tubes making my ears hurt and causing me to be dizzy. It's also triggering my anxiety which is making my symptoms worse. Could you please speak more about acid reflux and it's relation to the sinuses. Also could you talk about how anxiety makes symptoms worse. Thank you so much, I'm finding very little information about this

      I also have some of your symptoms and I know a lot of my nasal and ears congestion comes from the stomach you can find some videos here in UA-cam regarding the issues and what you can do sometimes is very difficult because just to follow an strict diet in order to get better is challenging but you can find also how to manage your anxiety with some type of therapy like mindfulness or CBT or just learn how to breathe slowly very difficult with your nasal congestion one suggestion rise your nose daily at least once a day beside using saline drops there is bunch of different natural remedies for that and the dizziness you have to find out where they come there are also treatment or exercises for that try those and also make an appointment with an ent doctor and he could tell where the dizziness comes from ok

    I don't spin... but I feel like I'm sliding in the wrong direction... which is enough that I don't want to drive or do anything active. In fact, there are times I don't want to sit because the sensation is unsettling enough to cause anxiety.

    Hi! I have been experience a few of the symptoms you mentioned. For about 3 years now I have been experiencing on and off vertigo, but within the last year or so I also started experiencing pressure towards the front part of my head and the areas right above my ears. I believe it is sinus related, but I not know what to do.
    I also realized how debilitating the vertigo can be, to the point of affecting my mood and mental state.

    I'm trying to find the cause. I have had bouts of vertigo for 40 years at least and recently narrowed it down to eating sugar (increases viral activity) and an imbalance of L-argenine (when I eat too many pecans) and L-Lysine. I use a "scoligone" at night but when I have vertigo I can't use it because it makes the condition worse. I can't afford to pay$40 a time for chiropractic so I do the best I can with what I have.
