Self cathing/ Bladder; c5 c6 quadriplegic

Just a quick vid of how i go about pissing excellence. I don't have anything against leg bags a lot of my friends use them i just don't feel comfortable carrying a bag of piss with me.

im c7 and have self cathed for 16 yrs, its the way to stay healthy if you have enough function, my spincter muscle holds tight, no leaks

@nomaileric it came with a leg bag kit but any rubbery tube would work.

everytime. indwelling catheters greatly increase your chances of getting UTI's.

+pasquale concilio you can get them at any hardware store. I got mine at Home Depot but I've seen them at Walmart.

I’d say rushing and ignoring all safety protocol i can do it in 5 minutes but on average it’s more like 8-10 minutes from the moment i enter the bathroom till I’m coming out. It’s really the set up and cleaning everything afterwards that takes the longest.
