Thanks! I'm in physical therapy school and it is very helpful to hear you teach it so I can learn how to better relate and teach it to my patients! I'll never get the hamstring or shoulder flexibility to demonstrate it myself ;)
I'm truly inspired by you. By grace of God, I don't have any debilitating condition. I'm grateful for what has been given to me. And from the bottom of my heart & from my soul, may God bless you in every way
Great video! I'm a physical therapist and I'm currently working with a patient with the same level injury. This was adjunct to my brainstorming for goals
This video has helped me alot, im also a c5-c6 quad. Im looking forward to more videos keep it up bro. plus your site has good info thanks

sorry so late. but you can start with the right gloves, it makes a huge difference. glovesforlife are the best I've found but they're really expensive when i get fancy haha i use wide receiver gloves for football withbthe fingers cut out.other than that dont stop pushing and watch out for your shoulders.. icy hot and massages. i got one of those electric back massagers for when I'm alone.
Hi! Nice video! I was wondering if you could make a video about spasms. Like, how severe they get? I want to be a spinal cord injury specialist, and spasms have always peeked my interest. Thank you!
i hv c5c6 disc extrusion..a fragment has fallen into spinal canal..doctors said it wont mattter much..i think he is afraid of surgery..I hv full strength in my body except in night when i sleep i feel a bit weakness in legs and hands...plz tell me ur experince of how it started and when the real attach came when u got paralysed...didnt u had any surgery?..plz reply..
Im a c4-c5 quad injured 11/11/11. Im in a powerchair now, but since starting rugby 2wks ago i really wanna switch into a manual chair an gain my full independence. I can barely push myself but with time and practice my teammates say it will get easier. Is there any tips or advise u can give me for pushing as a quad. Thanks id appreciate it and keep up tha good work!!
i just got new gloves from glovesforlife and they're PERFECT but they're so pricey its ridiculous. it feels like highway robbery but they're the best I've found out of like 30 I've tried so i guess its worth it. its how i get around.
Hey Lou, where do I find the gloves u wear? Thanks.
Hey! Thanks for making this video. What do you use the ropes for? Transferring?
It took me forever to figure out what ropes you were referring to haha. Those were for the light and fan.
