This is a webinar I did recently with Dr Deepak Ravindran, a specialist doctor in pain management, about fibromyalgia and hormones. Many women I speak to have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and their symptoms often improve with the right dose and type of HRT, often with testosterone.

Ive got fibromayligia and ostapinia and underactive thyroid and asthma as well as thd perimenopause, its so debilitating as the anxiety and sleep and having aches painsis so debilitating 😢
