Kirstin is clearly fire. Matt and Kevin both seem to be earth in a way, but Kevin is more earth-stone and Matt is more earth-nature. There are only four basic elements, although there can be five or six depending on which canon you use. Or about 20 if you watch Pokemon. But if I were to guess I'd say that Scott is water, Mitch is Wind, Kirstie is Fire, Matt and Kevin are both Earth, and Lindsey is Light/Spirit.

"Where's Mitch at?" ...Which about sums up my one issue with this video. Mitch and Kirstin are singing all the same parts and Kirstin has more focus than even Scott, who had the lead. I honestly counted and it's Kevin at 27, Lindsey at 26, Kirstin 19, Scott 18, Mitch 14 and Matt 12.
I've noticed, though I wasn't sure, that there seems to be a few times where he doesn't get as many shots when he's providing support. Do you think that's intentional then? Something Mitch himself has asked for? I admittedly don't know a lot about him on a personal level but I hope it's not indicative of any sense of insecurity.
