This was Avi's arrangement and is so hauntingly beautiful. So gentle and reverent . Trio were brilliant and when Avi & Kevin come in it becomes so much richer and warmer....the sound that is happening fills one with such emotion that I weep. Avi's tone is so sooth....Love that man.
I've watched this video probably a couple hundred times and every time Avi's bass drop comes in after the trio's really high key beginning, it shakes me to the core. Then, we he and Mitch do their thing, it's like magic.

They were so completely in tune with each other it was as if they had no idea the camera was even there. Scott’s look was priceless. I also loved the look on Avi’s face while the trio was singing.
I"ve often thought how much Scott is like a proud Papa. He's always watching, and supporting, and LOVING his bandmates when they're getting a special moment. I swear that Scott would rather watch one of the others shine than shine himself! He's so generous. So glad you reacted to this. It is my favorite PTX live performance due to the setting and the emotion. Avi and Kirstie really steal the show for me here. If my ear is hearing correctly, Kirstie is at the top of the range the whole time, even higher than Mitch. My ears immediately tune to her and Avi. It's like the angels are singing.

I used to enjoy your reactions but I refuse to watch reactions where the video is covered or blurred. There are too many good reactors that do not use these "tricks to prevent copywrite blocking by SME". If and only if the reaction is actually blocked by SME would I consider the addition of these "tricks" which may or may not work. I fail to understand WHY so many reactors claim that SME is blocking these videos when SME does not represent Pentatonix! SME is Sony Music Entertainment and Sony was the company that sponsored the Sing-Off and was supposed to give the winner a recording contract. Sony however DROPPED the recording contract with Pentatonix because Sony did not believe Acapella music would sell. This forced Pentatonix to have to use social media platforms like youtube to get their music heard and after Pentatonix proved that their music would sell RCA Records & not SME became the agent for Pentatonix. So any claim by SME is BOGUS!
