Merry Christmas from the Dolomites! When it is cold outside I love wearing Lancome’s Oud Bouquet or Kilian’s Angel’s Share, but when it is snowing I prefer white floral fragrances such as Compliment (Maison Violet) or Honour Woman (Amouage) ….. (pssst…… Joyeuse Tubéreuse is also in 50 ml size!) ❤ Cristina
You tell 'em Cherie! 😄 Snowboarding is essentially surfing after all. Copycats. 😛 Much prefer the women's version of Zen to the men's too. What some of us Canadians wouldn't give for a bit of that warm weather right now. An extended arctic air mass that descended into the lower USA is moving up toward us now bringing powerful storms, blazing winds and a flash freeze. Some might even be without electricity this Christmas. And with a temperature drop of 20 degrees in one day...can you blame me for being a tad jealous? 😟Eep. That sounded depressing. 😂 There's still a great deal to be grateful for! Enjoy your sun-filled holidays mon cherie. ❤
I wouldnt even know what to do in such a scenario! I hope the cold snap doesnt last too long! Happy holidays to you, my friend - stay safe on those icy roads! 🤗
@@TheTopNote I think the allure one. Tolu smells very nice too. But I do not know why for me it is like an oriental for summer nights? Maybe I'm weird. Anyway it is warm where you are, Tolu would also be fabulous
Merry Christmas, Cherie! I love the idea of Christmas brekkie at the beach. North America will be mostly frozen in a polar vortex this weekend and so I'll be wearing something warming. 😄
Hi Cherie, on Xmas day in Sydney this year I wore Diptyque Do Son. Like you I also enjoy Shiseido Zen in the Summer heat and wore it throughout my Autumn (but very warm) holiday in Greece in 2022 along with NR Pure Musc as the weather finally cooled.
Some great fragrance there merry Christmas to you and your family 🎄 my fragrance for Christmas day will be by electimuss London persephones pactholi a beautiful woody amber with cardamom and laced with plum sandlewood ceder combined with light musk .wore it once this year about a month ago. Was told I smelled amazing. Allways good to have a great fragrance at Christmas time🌲🌲
Thanks James! I really need to try more from Electimuss, I tried one - it was an amber I think and very animalic, not for me. But that sounds really lovely! Merry Christmas!
Merry Christmas from South Florida where the weather is almost always hot. Last Christmas I wore Chanel No 5 Eau Premiere but this year we are getting some cooler weather so will likely do a more traditional cold weather scent (while I can). Always enjoy your videos and looking forward to more in the new year. ♥️
Hello Cherie, I enjoyed getting the flip side of holiday weather and fragrance options. It never gets up to 37c here (mountain climate). I sometimes think about how my fragrance choices would be so extremely different, if I lived in a hot climate. It sounds like a lovely way to spend a holiday on the beach. I am going to save your list for the Summer months and test a few out next year. Merry Christmas and a happy new year! - Jenn 🎄
I used to be married to a New Zealander and I’ve spend Christmas in the Southern Hemisphere. I really enjoyed it! I wore Chanel No 5, but now I’m not into it!
I confess I have gone off it a little bit too in recent times, I think I just wore it so much over the past couple of years. I am wanting somethign different I suppose. What would you choose if you found yourself in the tropics for Christmas today Lisa?
Hmm Christmas food in Australia sounds like a soft breeze :) in comparison with German Christmas food (where I live), or even Spanish Christmas food (where I come from) both too heavy and sugar loaded. Enjoy it! I am in a mood for Shaal Nur by Etro which is quite meditative for me, I wear it to Yoga and now it is raining after being snowing...., Sehr al Sheila by Swiss Arabian. to compete with the heavy diet and Allure Sensuelle to feel easy going and sexy.
@@TheTopNote Shaal nur is worth a try. Lemon, incense, it is woody and the musk in the end is sooooo nice and so close to the skin which I love. Sehr al Sheila is for me a straightforward rose oud vanilla quite.mainstream in my opinion but very similar to the Armani price rose d' arabie. I'm not sure that you would like it but my intuition says no haha
That's so interesting to hear how Christmas is celebrated in Australia. Twilly definitely also works for Christmas here. We are expecting very mild temperatures here (about 10 degrees Celsius … unlike the minus 13 degrees of last week 😂), so I might actually go for an Australia appropriate scent 😂. L'air du desert marocain sounds like it might fit the bill, too. Have a wonderful (fruity, tropical, spicy) Christmas!
I so wish I could wear Melodie but it throws this cloud of mothballs on me 😢 the underlying fragrance is beautiful but it just feels like a cloud of camphor is hovering over the top and it’s unbearable, and becomes worse the longer I wear it!
Herein my little quirky Christmas perfume list. What's yours? As always - a 'like' if you enjoyed it is always welcome. HAPPY HOLIDAYS! x

Oh wow it is? Hmmm you have me thinking, Cristina! haha Oh Compliment would be such a beautiful one in the snow! Thank you for sharing xx

Merry Christmas! Fun to learn a bit about Southern Hemisphere Christmas 🎄🎄🎄
Thanks Jill! Happy holidays 🤗
and I find L´air du desert marocain a beautiful option for a hot Christmas day, I also find it very dry and it "blooms" in the heat, awsome
totally agree Sonia! What do you think you will wear for Christmas day? You know what I did forget for this list- TOLU!

Well the temperature just rose astronomically here today Jim, so I will attempt to comprehend your polar vortex as I try not to melt! 😂
Merry Christmas from cold and windy Minneapolis, Minnesota!:)

Do Son...so beautiful. Do you prefer the EdT or the EdP? I think Im more of an EdT gal with that one.

Not a single one from Amouage? 😩 I think my Christmas perfume will be Chanel No 5 Eau Premiere. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year from SA. 🎅🏼🤍

Oh no! Mothballs is definitely not a vibe lol - well the silver lining is, you saved yourself some serious $ on a bottle 😉❤️
