- Everybody's favourite at yum cha - mango pancakes! A thin pale yellow crepe wrapped around cream and fresh mango, there are many who believe this is the highest and best use of mangoes. Who am I to argue??

• Mango
• Milk
• Flour
• Corn flour/cornstarch
• Icing sugar/powdered sugar
• 2 eggs
• Yellow food color
• Whipped cream
• Vanilla extract (optional)

@@YOmateeeI understand the frustration. UA-cam wasn't her primary audience. She has a VERY successful food blog where she would add videos to her written recipes to explain her very clear methods and tricks. Adding the measurements isn't so necessary there. Then she decided to put these same videos on UA-cam. Hopefully she reconsiders adding measurements to the actual video as this is much more important on UA-cam. Her blog is sooo worth visiting & trying her recipes. It's one of the only ones I refer to & the results have been very tasty & beneficial for my family.
