Monterey Bay Plaza Hotel & Spa - Review & Mini Tour

Monterey Bay Plaza Hotel & Spa is perfect for a friends getaway, families, couples and even weddings. A beachfront property located in the heart of Monterey on Cannery Row. Minutes away from Monterey Bay Aquarium, the coastal trail, restaurants & shopping etc.
When checking in we were offered a glass of wine & given a bottle of Pinot Noir to enjoy during our stay.
In the spa, the massage tables are elevated with electronic bolsters built right into the heated table. Enjoy their complimentary amenities: hot tubs, fireplace and sauna. They have showers & plenty of mirrors for getting ready after your day of pampering.
The guest rooms are well maintained & spacious with a powder area for getting ready. The mini fridge is large enough to hold bottles of wine. They even provided a pair of binoculars for viewing wildlife in the bay.
Though not shown in this video, their onsite restaurant is fabulous. I highly recommend reservations, even for lunch, as you can end up having a 45+ minute wait. It’s a small restaurant with beautiful views to enjoy during your meal.
-There is also a coffee shop onsite with plenty of pastries to tempt you in the morning.
-You don’t have to leave your workout at home as they have a large gym near the spa.
