nah u can't just went for attunement as it's way more reliable than keenly empowered

he shown in video most of the stuff, but its just bug abusing build, like most good builds now, untill devs fix those boots + unintended interaction of ahn affecting heals from them. so thats why you can see multiple +4000 heal
