Red tried to run only to be blocked by this shadow. It tries to swing only for it to be blocked by Incineroar, who tries to grapple it. This theme is the one of the only things i tolerate about rajang. hunting it is pure torture. at least in iceborne Old world rajang has gained new respect for being a monster that really rewards you for learning it. new world rajang just says no, and knowing the monster doesn't mean shit.
Rajang has a great fight imo. Flashy but not too anime, fast paced but easy to keep up with, hits hard but has predictable and punishable attacks, and has a variety of attacks that make you need to respond accordingly. He's not my all time favourite monster, that award goes to Astalos, but Rajang is definitely in my top five.
Old rajangs and furious rajang are fantastic fights, but normal rajang is really bad in iceborne. His attacks give no time to punish him and his hitzones are garbage.
I also love fighting him he's one of my favorite top tier monster since FU he's fight is kinda bs because he like to run around the map even you're solo hunting him without cats. But yeah rajang fight is like a rpg turn based fight where one of you makes a wrong move the other will going to take advantage of that.
If it can catch and eat Kirins and eat their horns to gain electricity there are 2 options: -Kirin sucks at being an Elder Dragon. -Rajang is too powerful to be a fanged beast.
This is still my favourite version of the theme. I wasn’t a fan of the jazzy style in World and while I do love the vocals and almost mythical qualities of the Rise version, the main theme is too soft in that version.
God I can't wait for this monster, out of all of the released monsters im most hyped for zinogre. narga and rajang, oh man i cant wait for it to come to pc!!!
Ya know Rajang is like the child hood bully that actually decides to grow up for me. I HATED this monster a while ago, but due to some recent battles with this Goku wannabe, it’s begun to grow on me

Can't wait for rajang to appear in legends of the guild I wanna see him try his hardest to take down a lunastra he seems as he is going to take the victory climbing Luna and hitting her with his powerful punches Luna seeming as she is getting injured by rajangs attacks decides to endure she does an extremely loud roar the rajang falls so shocked and afraid staring in her eyes knowing he is soon to be executed Luna hits rajang as hard as she can with her tail leaving so much powder in the environment and on rajang of coarse rajang tries his best to escape limping slowly away hoping Luna has mercy on him but she doesn't Lunastra flys in a circular motion in the air then she dives down on the poor rajang with a flaming mouth and body and before she hits she does a powerful bite blasting rajang to his death.
