Thanks for the video Burns! One question about requirement for your SOW Spirit Jump mod: - In the video you named the Parkour mod. Is the Parkour mod a requirement if I want to use SOW Spirit Jump? I had to ask bc when look at the SOW mod on Nexus and can’t find anything about Parkour but instead it seems as the Jumping attack mod is a requirement. Best Regards

And well originally it was and ive always had them both installed when filming so they are compatable, but only recently i realised the parkour animations are included in the mod i think. So i dont think you require parkour in skyrim, the install instructions were from Monitor who kindly put together the mod for me :)
Love shadow of Mordor so much. One of my favorite games. The combat system with Nemesis was probably one of the best video game systems I've ever seen.

@@agnosticpanda6655 Only thing it seems to be missing is the Uruk-Hai bandit replacer mod and a few more LOTR mods (probably covered in his LOTR video). Pair these with the LOTR mods from that overhaul and it's good enough.
Not only a professionally made video, but one just bursting with so many new possibilities and ideas for new Skyrim adventures! You have really stoked the fires with this one! And thank you for the new "spirit jump" mod! That alone, coupled with the other movement mods mentioned, gives me a desire for another replay! Once more into the breach!!! You certainly have such a great way of keeping "Skyrim burnout" at bay! I also love the simple ideas of using just a few well chosen visual mods to give the lands of Skyrim a new look. This is something I've been trying to do with my own game.
Incredible! The jumping mod is amazing! All that's left now is a jump slam attack for weapons. Just imagine double jumping and slamming your hammer down, cracking the ground and staggering all your enemies. HYPE!!!!!!
Nice video, thanks HB. I really love the conversions/themes, but it would be super cool to see specific quest mods highlighted alongside complementary mods for certain types of playthroughs. There are dozens of incredible quest mods with unique characters, new worlds, amazing visuals and intriguing stories and I'm always wondering what other mods would enhance a quest mod playthrough. You do sometimes include them, I just think it would be awesome to center some more content on them. Just a suggestion, love everything you've made thus far, super excited to see what you create next!

And i appreciate the kind words, i quite liked the combination of mods i found but it still sort of felt like it was more flash and less polish so i reckoned id see if i could find someone to help me put together a mod which kept the basic idea of what i had put together but just tightened it up a bit in a more Shadow of war kind of way :) think it turned out really nice :))

I’ve literally just finished a play though loosely based off of shadow of Mordor and Talion lol. Instead of him being a ranger that became a nazgul and fought other nazguls mine accidentally became a vampire lord and used his powers to fight other vampires lol
The 6 months it probably took for you to do that flip into arrow shooting into duck roll…absolutely quality. Very much “trihard” love to see the consistency. Hopefully skse is back up and running and enough mods have been updated so I can hop back on and do this LO. With F4SE broken again, ya boi needs more BGS free modded content lol

Organic Factions and Organic Factions Extension are worth checking out. They introduce new factions with enhanced ai that grow independent of the player, and reminded me of Shadow of Mordor when I first saw them. They also work with the Nemesis alternate death mod.
I like this game change very much I really want to see a bloodborne game change because I’ve been trying to turn Skyrim to bloodborne a while and I want to see how he does it
Shadow of Skyrim is a mod I've been wanting to toy with for a while now, since I have trouble enjoying action games when they're put together with Tolkien. Love all those visual mods but Berserker ENB is the revelation. Those bright yellows and nights would make it great for a Witcher-themed playthrough as well, I think.
The spirit jump mod could be part of an interesting new shout. I wouldn't want it from the off, so I'd want to earn it, and having a shout that you hold for enhanced movement would work well with the existing and many modded systems. Couple it with a super sprint and a couple other magical maneuvers, maybe a super-dodge for combat and it can be your late game freerun reward
Wow. Some people install mods and show off their curated list. Other people go more in depth to show off their list. Then there’s Heavy Burns who does all of the above perfectly; intricately piecing together the perfect combinations (enlisting mod authors to make him entirely new mods when the combos aren’t just right), then putting it all together into a narrative-driven, custom animated production. This is how one takes the gray area out of profiting off of mod authors-by actually adding something of value to it all while promoting the projects used.

Wish there were more lotr mods for this game. Tried to make my own and got pretty far with it but ended up just not working out. A really good one is the strider ranger set but can't get the cape to work
I wish there would be a lore friendly doublejump. Imagine if just after you unlocked „Fus“ it would unlock the doublejump so that after the first jump you would use a shout to initiate the second jump. You wouldn’t need to use the shout button midair, it doesn’t have to be that complicated. But just the animation of shouting to the ground midair to get higher could be so cool and lorefriendly.
Omegared99 has the White Tree ranger armor that Faramir wore in the movies it's pretty accurate and there's a standalone mod for the set if you don't want to download the armor compilation mod

the soundtrack from shadow of mordor/shadow of war was honestly gorgeous, especially the menu theme from shadow of war featured in this video.
Definetly underated too, i didnt even realise how nice some of the music was untill i was listening to the soundtrack while making this video :)

The second one is a bit different in some ways but overall a better game with more and deeper systems.

These are two of the only games I own and have so many unbelievably fun hours poured into. This is a cool compromise for those who don't have both.
