Smithing levels ridiculously fast if you do enchanting and alchemy first. Get the best smithing gear you can get your hands on and start upgrading dwarves/ebony bows. Depending on how strong the smithing boosts are, you should be jumping up multiple levels per upgrade even in the 90s
If you wanna get easy gold just buy iron ore and get the transmutation spell from the bandit camp with the pitfall trap and all the dead mammoths in white run you can also level alteration and conjuration by soul trapping animals then level enchanting by using their soul and the rings you smithed then sell them to a sorcerer or wizard to get soul gems then level speechcraft that way as well lol
Just get transmute, buy cheap iron ores from bunches of vendors, turn them to gold, and start crafting gold necklaces and rings. Levels up your smiting very fast, then you can use all those rings to pretty quickly grind up your enchanting skill, as long as you have lots of filled soul gems, so get a weapon with soul trap, or the soul trap spell, and buy every petty lesser and common soul gem you come across
Do not be deceived by mere appearances shopkeep. You see, this potion that you use once to heal yourself from wounds is actually worth 1.2 million gold pieces (it says right here on the bottle). Just for you though, I'll take everything you've got and not a penny more. Don't worry - you'll have no problem finding a buyer for it and striking it rich later, pinky-swear. If that doesn't deserve lvl 100 speech I don't know what does :P
I mean, realistically, if the potion healed that much, you could probably just drink a single drop and be fully healed, and drink more drops later on. So the logic actually makes sense.
Fun fact: If you fast travel with 100% alteration cost reduction while using telekinesis on something you seemingly get xp as if you'd walked the whole way while casting telekinesis. One fast travel from Riften to Solitude will take you from 15 to 100 in alteration
@@raiden3013 I'm fairly sure it's not patched, maybe you had the unofficial patch? I'm not sure if that changes it, but it may. The only time they could've really patched it is the anniversary update I think, at least with when I last tested
Fun fact for all you archer enthusiasts. There is a shack in the mountains southeast of Falkreath marked by the tree icon. At this hut is a hunting bow, some practice arrows, and a shooting range. If you talk to the huntress, she actually trains you by having you shoot different targets she has set up. The training is free and you get, i believe, three levels just by shooting targets for like two minutes. Combine this with books in the game and you only have to grind your way up to 82 and then find all the books and go to this shack to max out at level 100
The thing about the top of the tower at the start is they didn't really think you would survive and are using you as bait so they can get away themselves. Took me forever to figure that out myself.
If anyone is curious, to the northwest of whiterun, in a low level bandit camp, you can obtain the spell book that grants the "Transmute Ore" spell, which enables you to transmute iron ore into silver ore, and silver ore into gold ore. I have found that obtaining this spell and then buying iron and silver ore from the various blacksmiths, then transmuting it to gold, and creating jewelry is quite helpful when leveling up my blacksmithing skill. It also is very useful if you intend to make use of the Golden Saint arms and armor because gold veins are quite rare so transmuting will make obtaining gold ingots for Golden Saint arms and armor and for upgrades to Golden Saint gear, a lot easier. Its been awhile since I played but I believe the name of the camp is Halted Stream or something
@@OwenLearnsDrawing That's true, however the Forsworn are all over that place so anyone who goes there should prepare accordingly. Also unless my copy of Skyrim is glitching, every mine I go to only allows me to mine the ore veins once per playthrough.
You can actually pickpocket the gold back from skill trainers. You have to have the pickpocket perk that let's you plant poisons on people and place a paralysis poison on them. Wait until after they've fallen and they start to stand up, then take it, regardless of the number the chance gives you always succeed
@@zloyrazved it's calculated based on your pickpocketing skill, which is then modified by Fortify Pickpocketing effects. There is a 'max' gold you can pickpocket, which plummets your pickpocket chance when you exceed it, but that amount is variable based on how much fortify pickpocket you have. The amount he had in the video was simply too low, as hard as that is to believe, due to diminishing returns.
You can also just get the serpent stone and use it on them and pickpocket them while they’re down. That’s easier than the potion strat and much cheaper
@A_Wraith_Lives_In_White probably by purposely looking for exploits 🧐 But even if the first ever time _was_ an accident, every single time after that certainly wasn't 😂
I recall the Spiffing Brit use the bear in Helgen's cave to get lv100 sneak before the game even actually started. Using ducktape as well and sneak walking into a wall.
@@geehammer1511 You can also do this with I believe any guild after joining, since they tend to start as essential NPCs. They also don't seem to aggro so long as you stay stealthed. Most punishment I gained was being kicked out. Even then, they're not hostile, and you can simply pay the fine to rejoin.
I love that this wasn’t “how to efficiently max level in Skyrim” and was instead just about you trying things and playing the game with a goal in mind. Because sure, there are faster ways to do…. Basically everything you did, but the reason this was unique was because you did them YOUR way. Great video, Sir.
Also, his commentary on some things was fuqing hilarious! “Beat your horse meat” 😂😂 I actually started playing Skyrim 2 days ago (not really a gamer, but recovering from spinal surgery and bored out of my mind)
5:18 You can marry Lydia without the Hearthfire expansion. You just need good enough relationship with her, which happens after you quest with her for a bit. The Hearthfire expansion just lets you adopt kids and build your own house. Marrying your housecarl is base game

So a few notes By doing Conjuration and Illusion so early you locked yourself out of easily leveling Archery by paying Faendel in riverwood to train you and then with him as a companion having him hand the money back to you. Lockpicking is surprisingly fast to level, a much faster strategy is to go through the thieves guild questline for the skeleton key, and use it to unlock all the chests in the dwemer museum, and then doing the same with locked doors at night..
Works like a charm until you install the unofficial patch. These spoil sports made sure that Faendal keeps his training money in a different pocket now. :(
@@chadharger9323 - All trainers should have been "fixed" so that the money they get from training is no longer accessible for the player to steal or trade.
Not sure about unofficial patch stuff, but I also realized recently that since trainer money is in the private pocket and not the inventory chest normally you can't do much since it's typically too much gold to consider pickpocketing. But with the smithing at the Skyforge you can get to his shop chest and both sets of money are combined for their ability to trade which means you can sell his inventory back to him to make back the money for training smithing. Not as fast as the Alchemy glitch unless you're starting from scratch. Which isn't a horrible idea since Smithing is part of a set to create extremely valuable items, to sell to all other merchant trainers. As a result if I were doing this challenge while neither the Eurlond chest or the Alchemy glitch would be allowed this gives some very important insights, telling us that getting Speech to 50 to let us sell anything to anyone and Azura's star (Preferably the Black Star) to quickly train enchanting should be priority... Will post again after some testing. I have some ideas about how to speed up a few other things. Edit: should've put Black star first.
It's far more proficient to use transmute ore to turn Iron Ore into Silver Ore, Silver into Gold Ore and then craft gold jewelrey. If you get the Barenziah perks, you'll find gems all over to make gold jewelery with gems. Enchanting works the same way, so it's easy to enchant expensive jewelry and level smithing, enchanting, speechcraft, and alchemy all together. (Use the funds to buy crafting gear and craft expensive potions using an alchemy calculator.)
The mine you pass as you exit Helen, then halted steam camp just north of whiterun, plus the gold from kolskeggr mine usually takes my alteration, smiting, and enchanting to around level 50-70
@@TheReaperKing15 she's not training you using the training mechanics, she has an archery range with 6 targets, each target hit gives you 1 archery level.
Tactics 101 to get to level 100 smithing: Either dupe gold ingots to spam gold rings or (legitimately) spam dwarven bows. The amount of dwarven metal you can get from resetting the dwemer museum and the nimhe dungeon is insane.
Hell clearing one decent dwarven ruin of enemies and then picking up all the smeltable materials will net you hundreds of ingots and numerous trips to it before the enemies respawn.
@@benf6822 Yep. Work on the aetherium forge quest and you'll have enough to make hundreds of bows. Enchant them all and you max out your enchanting as well. I know I've crafted enough to arm every soldier in Skyrim several times over.
For Elven light armor to reach the 80% dmg reduction armor cap: You'd need to also have a shield and cast an armor buff spell. Also, when lvling block or armor skills - more attacks = better than bigger attacks. Which means it's far easier to lvl those skills by just letting a bunch of weak enemies attack you relentlessly. Especially since you had enchanting already: you could have simply enchanted yourself a ring and neckless both with healing rate increase and stood in a group of weak enemies letting them attack you - while doing too little damage to out-pace your hp regen. Would have worked for heavy, light and block skills. And what's really funny - you could have simply enchanted yourself a ring and neckless with restoration, then a mixed set of armor both light and heavy: and let a nice big crowd of enemies continually attacked you - while casting healing in one hand and a ward spell in the other: and you would have lvl'd both armor skills and restoration - *very quickly* - while afk. All of those could have taken an hour or less depending on how many mobs you got continually attacking you. Also, *SNEAK* if the single easiest skill to lvl. You can lvl it to 100 before you leave the start zone. When the companion (doesn't matter which you choose, storm cloaks or legion) instructs you to sneak past the bear: just roam forward enough to start gaining sneak: then face first into the wall someplace you won't wander in any direction - and auto walk while sneaking. You can literally raise your sneak skill to 100 before you exit the cave. Which, btw, makes many many other skills far easier to lvl because you really don't have to do most fights and having a super high sneak (maxed) does actually effect your ability to pick pocket. An easy way to lvl archery and conjuration - at the same time - and have infinite ammo: you can go grab the bound bow spell from fort Amol Prison. it's free - you just go loot it. Then you can lvl archery and conjuration at the same time - while again - having infinite ammo. For alteration - telekinesis works: but detect life works far better because the xp is dependent on how many things the spell is detecting while in use. So you just head to the middle of white run and blamo - your alteration skill skyrockets since it's also an adept lvl spell, but also costs less mana per second, but also levels way faster. Doesn't take an hour - takes a few minutes.
IIRC you also can lvl up one- and two-handed weapon in the starting zone in the same place - bear cave. You can attack your companion while he waits for your decision about bear indefinitely. He is immortal and doesn't aggro back. Just bring a dagger or sword for one-handed and some two-handed weapon, preferrably a two-handed sword (I don't remember actually what kind of weapons you can get in that area), with you.
Alteration: Hold something with telekinesis and fast travel somewhere far away. Instant 100 alteration so no, detect does not work far better than telekinesis
@@DNephilim Yeah and while were in the process of giving pro tips: Smithing exp is based on the amount of value the crafted item has. So by picking nails (which has a value of 1) he was going about it in an extremely inefficient manner. A better way is to do jewelry by duping gold and flawless diamonds. Gold is easily obtainable through Transmute Ore and Flawless diamond apparently spawns in some fuckoff river southeast of markarth, in a small rowboat on the shores of said river.

So happy to know the Skyrim community is still so active and still so “excited” to play the game. It’s a new experience seeing how long the community has lasted in comparison to other games. Definitely top 3 gaming communities on the internet
@Trephining minecraft is one of them. Older than Skyrim, still massive playerbase. Not the best fan base, considering it's run by 9 year Olds, but it's massive.
At the very beginning in Helgen, choose the stormcloak side with Ralof, kill the first two imperials loot the captains key before Ralof can. You are now stuck in that room until you open the gate. Sneak and attack Ralof to level up Sneak to 100 before even leaving Helgen. Doesn’t take long, Ralof cannot die and will not attack you. Make sure to change difficulty setting to Legendary to speed up the progress tremendously.
Since there are five skill books for each skill, you can go get the Scholar's Insight power, which upon reading a book will grant you two skill points instead of just one. Meaning that you can get the last 10 levels for each skill practically for free, provided you haven't read the books already. It's especially helpful when leveling annoying skills like crafting and destruction
Also if you get a good enough relation to neloth you can get guaranteed 5 skill books one in each skill in the hidden twilight book after a small puzzle
A tip for training is: while you can't pickpocket the gold you used, you can use the serpent stone to paralyse someone and then spam pickpocket until the inventory comes up and boom: 100% pickpocket chance (even if it says 0)
To level up sneaking, you just need to back stab a greybeard in High Hrothgar. To level up weapon skills and destruction magic up to level 90, it's faster to just find a master rank trainer, pay him/her some money to level up, and steal the money back. You also gain pickpocket levels through this process. By the way, you can make Faendal in Riverwood and Aela in Whiterun follow you, and let them teach you archery, then just take the money back via exchanging items. Also, Angi (located in the southeast of Falkreath) can give you 5 levels of archery for free, no matter how high your current archery skill is. To level up alteration, I just cast Detect Life in cities.
Skyrim AE has the "Unbound Storms" spells in the Destruction category. They can be cheesed the same way that you can insta-level Alteration with Telekinesis and fast-travel.

22:14 What did my eye spot there... archery level 99! Back to the grind stone with you! But seriously, congratualations man. This must have been so much work. Restoration could have been really fast by casting Turn Undead on the undead btw.
Thank you and you're absolutely right! I somehow used the wrong footage in that final bit.. You do see me get the final level just before that though :P
Almost every skill could've been faster if he knew how to minmax them and the skill trainers, but we knew what we were watching the moment he mentioned the rules haha
Since you did use skill books in the end, a faster option might be to do the Winds of Change Black Book quest so that they each give 2 skill levels, letting you stop at level 90 instead. You can also use the Oghma Infinium to gain some more points in some skills. Even if you only boost the skills that aren't as easy to level, or that are much slower, it would save a lot of time.
I can't imagine trying to level smithing with nails. one of the best ways is to rather than using the iron for nails transmute iron ore to gold ore (bit of alteration xp too) and use that to craft jewelry
This is super useful. Another technique I like is crafting loads of dwarven bows. You can get tons of Dwemer scrap from a single Dwemer ruin. Just make sure you look up the scrap to ingot conversions so you know what scrap gets the most ingots per weight and you’ll level up in no time. Once you obtain ebony smithing you can buy ebony ingots to make ebony bows and the process gets that much quicker.
I love the video! You not knowing every single hint around the game‘s code makes it even better! SPOILER ALERT for those who actually like to know how to powerlevel as fast as possible to 81, I can tell you with the following quick guide. 1) level sneak to 100 and one-handed to however much you like in helgen; takes around 20mins. Alternatively, level sneak with the greybeards so you can train in between. 2) level alchemy to 100 as soon as possible. This will be your resource of infinite money! 3) pay trainers as soon as possible, and only in the following schools: you can do a total of 400 trainings max (about 320 if you level your sneak in helgen): Train in archery, restoration, one-handed, two-handed (and lockpicking if you choose). Those are the only skills that suck with power-leveling. For archery, choose faendal or aela. Also, head to angi‘s camp south of falkreath for levels 94-100. For two-handed, choose vilkas. For restoration, choose florentius. For one-handed, choose athis. For lockpicking, choose anyone, you won‘t get your money back… 4) power-level smithing and enchanting by just creating lots of weapons, enchanting them with fiery souls (alternatively golden rings with fortify stealth) and improve them. If you do not care, simply duplicate the needed items to speed up the process. It‘ll take around an hour or two if you dupe. 5) Very important: the resto glitch has always messed with my game, I never use it again and I don‘t recommend you to. 6) level distruction and alteration with the same trick: create gear to reduce spell cost (or secret of arcana), cast unbounded frost and telekinesis respectively and fast travel as far away as possible. 15-100 in 10 seconds. 7) level light and heavy armor the same way as he did in the video, by getting smacked by giants. Level block and restoration alongside. 8) level conjuration the same way as he did, by casting soul trap on a dead body. Use a fortify magic regen potion to speed up the process. 9) level illusion by wearing mythic tunig gloves from drevis‘ quest. Muffle will consume no magicka. 10) If you choose not to find all the skill-books (which takes forever) fir the three weapon skills: get the last levels of archery, one-handed and two-handed by smacking a horse on legendary difficulty. For maximum effect, use bound weapons alongside the mystic binding perk. This results in the highes base damage of any weapons in the game. do not use improved weapons, this will not speed up, but rather slow down the process, as you have to wait more often to let the horse heal. 11) level speech by selling and re-buying the same potions over and over again at any general goods merchant or alchemist. Additionally, craft some fortify speech potions to help speed up the process. You‘ll need much less resources. 12) level pickpocket by going to jail in rifton and dropping 1000coins into the inventori of sibbi black-briar and then taking it out again over and over. Alternatively, paralise any bandit and play the same game with them. That should work too. 13) level lockpicking 90-100 by breaking thousands of lockpicks at a master level lock (or any level lock, but the master ones are more likely not to be opened from the center). Alternatively, head into any display rooms with lots of locks to pick and pick every last one of them. Or choose to do step 14 here too. 14) level restoration 90-100 by getting scholar‘s insight (black book in raven rock mine) and reading every single skill book, otherwise you will probably lose your mind. Have I covered everything? I reckon these are the fastest ways for every single skill to level up. Little heads-up: For the trainers, you‘ll need to join the dawnguard and the companions and advance a little into their quests. If you choose not to, there are other trainers, but you won‘t get the gold back from them (except for colette at the academy, but she won‘t level you past 75 and resto literally is THE worst skill to level). I hope that helped, feel free to help improve!
You can take it one step further by getting every perk in the game. Just do fast travel with telekinesis and keep resetting it to 15 until you're around level 250.
I think the Dragonborn dlc lets u reset skills once you hit level 100 in one. in the skill tree, under the level it says legendary and that resets it allowing u to make more points and level up higher. also at the end of dragonborn u can spend dragon souls to reset perks.
For alteration, you can use the telekinesis spell and fast travel to somewhere kinda far and it levels instantly. Takes like 10 seconds and you get it to 100
@@dariobarboni9276 Redwater Den, Plus this also worked for me with unbound spells with anniversary edition upgrade for destruction and clairvoyance for illusion (took longer cause novice spell and it didn't do the leveling thing, you have to check the skills menu to see it.) You can combine the backstab bonus from the sneak tree, as well as armor you get from the dark brotherhood, doubling backstab damage, and gloves(? Maybe a hood) that x8 damage when sneaking (or something along those lines). I ended up doing x32 TIMES DAMAGE in my sneak assassin playthrough

Honestly, I respect the black ops campaign reference. Finally found a channel with content I'd make if I had the same Motivation and skillset you have. Great stuff!
I have always wanted to try and achieve this. Great video, I loved how this was less of a “how to be effiecient” and more of using the knowledge from playing the game!
This video was great beacause nothing is better than seeing someone suffer at a task you gave up years ago. Also like it how you answer every comment. Keep up the good work 😁!
You could complete the Aetherium Forge quest and take the circlet, it allows you to have 2 standing stones, then use The Lover stone with the mage/warrior/thief

Sneak behind your chosen faction member (mine is Hadvar, Siding with the stormcloaks might give better loot earlier on, but i prefer Hadvar over Ralof simply because he's *QUIETER* when leveling stealth) make them face the rocks AWAY from the bear, and sneak attack. Your Sneak should level WAY faster than the One/Two handed skills, but it should take about an hour or two if you're really dedicated. However, that's if you're gonna spend perk points, without it, i salute your masochism.
Just to help people who dont know, if you have the new version of skyrim, you can use the spell Unbound Storm to lvl up destruction very fast in the same way you would with telekinesis and fast travel. Hope this help people. Cool video bro 👍
I've actually done this challenge before (twice actually) I gotta say, watching this was really interesting because you used very different strategies than me for most skills but for some we pretty much did the same thing!
Alchemy seems severely underrated. Its just a matter of getting Blue mountain flowers and blue butterfly's wings. It makes a potion that's worth a lot. And as soon as you've got a self built house with means to grow stuff, switch things up to blue mountain flowers and belladonna. Rince repeat with some waiting and selling the potions in the meantime. You can level up alchemy and speech and gather resources for smithing and enchanting (best to do that once you get to sell any item to any trader) Really good basis going forward in your playthrough imo.
Best method to level all combat skills early is to attack ralof or hadvar in the cave section of the tutorial by the bear. You can get sneak 100 and he is invincible.
Some tips: Destruction, 1h, 2h, archery, and restoration (with DG spells) are based on damage output, but too high will bug out the system. I like beating up the immortal Esbern while he's locked himself in the Ratway. You gain a bounty but that goes away after he closes the slat. Smithing (with some added Alteration) can be done better via the transmute spell found in Halted Steam Camp to convert iron to gold and then forged into rings. Completing Lost to the Ages and getting the Aetherial Crown allows you to stack Lovers Stone with Mage/Warrior/Thief stones. A good place to work on lockpicking is Calcelmo's Museum. Tons of display cases. A lot of alchemy quests are just fetch quests and gets you access to legally steal the store's items which'll help supply you with tons of components. The College of Winterhold also has quite a bit that be grabbed for free and/or stolen.
I don't know why nobody seems to do this; it's a huge deal: you choose ralof because the first enemies specifically have what you need. Kill imperial and take her iron dagger. Attack ralof with one-handed until you level up, then get first sneak perk in the tree. Sneak behind ralof during bear scene and attack him while undetected on master difficulty. This takes about 5 minutes to lvl 100
This seems like a really good way to get over a Skyrim addiction- I'd never want to play the game again if I did this without looking anything up. My first playthrough is the one where I got the furthest- I think I made it to level 72-73
I know I'm late but here's a tip: Magic Skills: 1) Firstly, you should lvl up enchantment to 100 in order to get the double enchantment. 2) With enchantment up to lvl 100. You might wanna enchant your head, apparel, boots, rings and necklace with restoration + alteration 25% each and another destruction + conjuration 25% each as these will give you unlimited magicka so you don't have to do the waiting game. 3) Once you're done with the enchantment and enchanting. You might wanna get the spell tome of unbounded flame that you can get from one of the caves in Dawnstar hold near the lighthouse thing and with unlimited magicka gear equipped, you can lvl up destruction by holding your controller/keyboard button and while holding, you might wanna fast travel somewhere else. This will give you 100 destruction instantaneously. 4) After you finish with destruction, then get the telekinesis tome and equip your unlimited alteration gear and do the same with destruction lvl up. 5). As for conjuration and illusion, you can just manually lvl them up simultaneously with illusion on your left and conjuration on your right to both 100. 6). Now restoration, this is a pain in the neck. You wanna get the undead flee tome ( forgot the name) and keep casting it on the unded till you're 75 and then by the circle of protection/healing (forgot the name) and Voila, you have just got all magic skill up to 100. Warrior Sets: 1) Lvl up your smithing first by using gold and craft both gold ring n necklace (to be used in enchanting) 2) Enchant your heavy and light armour with fortify healing up to 25% each as this will make it easier to cast self healing while leveling up your armour when you led giant abusing you so you don't run out of magicka 3) As for block, do it with a giant cuz it's much faster. 4) One handed and two handed, just abuse your horse. Stealth slill: 1) Sneak, abuse your horse. 2) Archery, abuse your horse by using a conjuration bow so you'll have infinte arrow. 3) Potion, I'm sure you'll know how to do it. 4) Pickpocket, can be done by pickpocketing that prisoner in riften. 5) Speech, sell your potion one by one. Voila, now you have 100 skills in each skill in no time. Providing you'd be a patient person. Edit: by unbounded flame i mean unbounded storm.
Shouldn’t you eat vegetable soup and shield bash to level block? And Dwemer bows for smithing is faster than jewelry as it’s easier and faster to get dwarven ingots. Follower can pick up infinite weight by looting off the ground. Get dwarven metal from calcelmos museum and the dwarven ruins under markarth where calcelmo sends you. Or you can punch vendor to reset their inventory or just fast travel around to smiths if you don’t wanna use exploits. and I think lockpicking is doable with the skeleton key. You’ll level it a ton doing thieves guild quest already. So you can get that and unlock all the locks in every city and calcelmos museum and that should be 100 skill
it helps if you use repel undead and cast it on multiple skeletons. at least 7 can be found at arcwind point. and theres a place you can lure and trap them all in.
@@PurriahDwarven bow is good for leveling smith but I recommend you to smith gold rings and necklace as one you can used these for enchanting so your enchantment will boost up to 100 and two enchantment rings and necklace can be sold for a high amount of money which also level up your speech. Personally as for gold, I’ll just go to kollskegr mine in markarth and turned those gold ore to ingots and then do the duplication glitch same as soul gem (which is why I recommend to smith gold ring).
Regarding restoration, I got that weird spell that lets you drain your own health to refill your magica, and just did that + restore health a million times.
I realize you didn't look anything up for this, but for those out there trying to max out light armor in a similar mannor to this video: When leveling light armor you should go to Solstheim and grab the Deathbrand Armor set. It's a stalrhim light armor set that has a huge set bonus that makes it the strongest light armor set in the game. Wiki says that "Individually, each piece is weaker than dragonscale armor; however, when the whole set is worn, it ranks higher than Daedric armor that is not tempered, due to the full set bonus."
I haven't got to the alteration section yet but an easy way to get a butt-ton of levels is to either get the black book from Kolbjorn barrow and use the secret of arcana power to make all your spells free for 30 seconds or make enchanted gear to reduce the cost, but if a spell is a concentration spell i.e. telekinesis, it's free as long as you cast it. If you fast travel across the map it'll instantly hit lv 100. You can also use this to get a ton of player levels.
@@gerritsgamingchannel9275 u kidding ? loved the reference and the whole video! watched when u had 400 views and less then 100 subscribers. i hope ur channel will grow big my man! :)
You can save time with the alteration method you used by simply fast traveling across the map while you have hold of an item with telekinesis. So for example, if you are just holding like a cup or something and you’re standing in the middle of the riften market, then while still holding said cup, you fast travel to Solitude, the game will think you held the spell while traversing the entire map to get there. Giving you all the XP you would have gained had you walked there with the spell active. You can go from 15 alteration to 100 alteration in a single fast travel. Tho this only works if you have infinite alteration casting via enchanting 100. You can also legendary the skill as many times as you want to just get free levels. It’s actually insanely broken. I did this challenge about 2 years ago when the pandemic hit and I had nothing to do. That exploit trivializes the run. You could cheese alchemy for levels too but honestly the alteration thing is just easier. I respect the hell out of the no research thing tho too. I definitely did not abide by that rule in my playthrough. Anyways great video 👍🏻
If you need money a legit way is mixing scaly phobia, creep cluster, and mora tapinella. Makes a really valuable potion and you can farm them to make a bunch. Great video.
Thanks! Btw, I noticed that allready at level 60 alchemy before coming across the fortify restoration exploit, I was allready turining a profit by buying all ingredients I could find, mixing them into potions, and then selling them.
The trick with light armor is to make a fortify smithing set and then enhance your armor to give you basically the maximum defense for your light armor set.
There's a huntess in a cabin in the mountains somewhere that you can train with 5 times for 5 archery levels. Can't remember exact location but easy enough to do
Maybe not the intended point of the video, but as someone whos slowly, very slowly, learning how to make mediocre youtube content, that caption near the end of the video " I also spend 2 months editing this video" is incredibly reassuring and inspiring. when editing a video, i always felt like if i couldnt get it done in one sitting, i couldnt get it done at all. but knowing that its okay to take your time, and chip away at it, until you have a result youre happy with, is incredible. that said, the rest of this video is incredible! i love the time dedication, the ridiculous afk hours (i know, ive been playing skyrim since it came out in 2011, way too many hours sunk into it) and the simple yet comedic editing style. youve earned a like and a sub from me :) i look forward to your next uploads, be them short, long, or somewhere inbetween!
Nah, level up Archery using the trainer to 75 from Aela or 85 from Thief Guild guy, then 5 from angi capbin. Use black book to give two levels from each book read so that is 10 levels, then use oghma Infinium for 10. 25 Archery levels if oghma infinium level or 15 without it. Easiest stuff ever
Very funny/creative video. Skyrim has sucked uncountable hours from a lot of us. I have done it to mid 70's level twice. Best game ever...but now we have Baldur's Gate 3 which looks impressive and brings back and those D&D memories from the 1980's (yes, I'm old) playing with my buddies. One of these days the next Skyrim will come out...and I'll be 80 playing with my great grandkids.
Probably could've maxed one handed and stealth in the very beginning. The part of the cave where your companion says there's a bear and you should sneak by, sneak, turn the difficulty to legendary, then use a dagger to smack your companions back constantly. Once you get high enough one handed, get the dual flurry perk then equip a second dagger so you attack even faster, leveling up faster
it’s so rare for me to find a commentator who can so effectively keep my attention for an entire half hour. amazing video, really hope to see more soon ❤
I attempted this over a casual play through without grinding out skills. I'm pretty sure I came close to 400 hours alone before I hit level 80 and gave up.
Youre telling me you leveled enchanting to 100 and didnt even enchant 4 pieces of gear with 25% reduced ___ cost? free spells bro, non stop healing. wyd?
With the telekinesis glitch, I maxed out all my skills and got every perk. I then fought the Ebony Warrior and totally obliterated him. The armor wasn't even good enough to keep in my inventory.
If you wanna level up restoration and armor fast, use the spikes in the mine north of Whiterun, not by jumping into them but running into them and back while healing. Using Enchant 100 you can even in vanilla without exploits, make an armor that makes each piece reduce mana cost for a school of magic by 25% each, staking to 100% reduction. You can actually go Higher using Azhidal's set and the 'Seeker of Arcane' effect from the black books, making each piece reduce 29% without using potions. Or with potions you can fortify enchantments to stupid levels, the resto loop exploits works for enchant potions too. So it would have made levelling Armor easier by equipping a piece with 100000 points in fortify Light/Heavy armor effect
Only a couple of minutes in and I'm very impressed with the level of dedication that's gone into editing the video. You clearly put a lot of effort into it. Well done, you deserve more subscribers.
the archery trainer in the first village you get to can also be your follower after doing his short quest. That way, you can train archery, get him to follow you, trade with him and get your money back. Rinse and repeat.
I remember getting every skill to 100 on a file I was planning to 100%. I did everything other than smaller quests, may get to finishing it some day. But my end goal was to be able to fight Karstaag and the Ebony Warrior on legendary. Karstaag got me kinda close but I ended up beating them. I used enchanting and alchemy loop to get the best gear I could (no I didn't do the exploit, that's boring after the first time you do it.) It was pretty fun. I believe the file is currently at level 143 due to legendarying illusion and conjugation many times. I've still yet to play a full stealth playthrough, and I've never played stealth archer. On shotting everything and not having anyone actually fighting you sounds incredibly boring. Also I'm very glad you said Shadowmere is nearly unkillable. Every time I hear someone say you can't kill him it angers me.
The amount of XP given by crafting is proportionate to the value of the item you are crafting. If you want to level smithing quickly, make jewlery.
If you wanna get easy gold just buy iron ore and get the transmutation spell from the bandit camp with the pitfall trap and all the dead mammoths in white run you can also level alteration and conjuration by soul trapping animals then level enchanting by using their soul and the rings you smithed then sell them to a sorcerer or wizard to get soul gems then level speechcraft that way as well lol
yup, this is why you can level it in 1 click by upgrading gear if you fortify restoration
Transmutation/ gold ring crafting is the best way and good for speech skill too, you can then also enchant the rings

Fun fact: If you fast travel with 100% alteration cost reduction while using telekinesis on something you seemingly get xp as if you'd walked the whole way while casting telekinesis. One fast travel from Riften to Solitude will take you from 15 to 100 in alteration

So a few notes
By doing Conjuration and Illusion so early you locked yourself out of easily leveling Archery by paying Faendel in riverwood to train you and then with him as a companion having him hand the money back to you.
Lockpicking is surprisingly fast to level, a much faster strategy is to go through the thieves guild questline for the skeleton key, and use it to unlock all the chests in the dwemer museum, and then doing the same with locked doors at night..
Learned something new today. Thank you
Works like a charm until you install the unofficial patch. These spoil sports made sure that Faendal keeps his training money in a different pocket now. :(
@@haraldschuster3067 What about the pickpocket trainers? Can they still exploited?
Honestly this has been one of my favorite Skyrim videos, you made me laugh more than I’m used to
It's far more proficient to use transmute ore to turn Iron Ore into Silver Ore, Silver into Gold Ore and then craft gold jewelrey.

Tactics 101 to get to level 100 smithing:
Either dupe gold ingots to spam gold rings or (legitimately) spam dwarven bows.

@@AndrewBrownK you wait a couple of days outside of Markarth (3 days I believe but it‘s been so long) and all the items respawn

SPOILER ALERT
for those who actually like to know how to powerlevel as fast as possible to 81, I can tell you with the following quick guide.
1) level sneak to 100 and one-handed to however much you like in helgen; takes around 20mins. Alternatively, level sneak with the greybeards so you can train in between.
2) level alchemy to 100 as soon as possible. This will be your resource of infinite money!
3) pay trainers as soon as possible, and only in the following schools: you can do a total of 400 trainings max (about 320 if you level your sneak in helgen):
Train in archery, restoration, one-handed, two-handed (and lockpicking if you choose). Those are the only skills that suck with power-leveling.
For archery, choose faendal or aela. Also, head to angi‘s camp south of falkreath for levels 94-100.
For two-handed, choose vilkas.
For restoration, choose florentius.
For one-handed, choose athis.
For lockpicking, choose anyone, you won‘t get your money back…
4) power-level smithing and enchanting by just creating lots of weapons, enchanting them with fiery souls (alternatively golden rings with fortify stealth) and improve them.
Little heads-up:
For the trainers, you‘ll need to join the dawnguard and the companions and advance a little into their quests. If you choose not to, there are other trainers, but you won‘t get the gold back from them (except for colette at the academy, but she won‘t level you past 75 and resto literally is THE worst skill to level).
I hope that helped, feel free to help improve!
Wow, thats a really nice write-up! And I am glad you liked the video!
You can take it one step further by getting every perk in the game. Just do fast travel with telekinesis and keep resetting it to 15 until you're around level 250.
How do you do that? I've never seen the ability to reset skills
I think the Dragonborn dlc lets u reset skills once you hit level 100 in one. in the skill tree, under the level it says legendary and that resets it allowing u to make more points and level up higher. also at the end of dragonborn u can spend dragon souls to reset perks.
@@GreatestPurge oh that's sick I've gotten very few skills to 100
@@GreatestPurge
You just need the latest update. Dragonborn allows you to refund perks once you finish the dlc's main questline.
I might do another video where I prestige all my skills and get all of the perks!
this was a great walk down memory lane of when this game first came out! Once boredem got to us we found ways to make it so much more interesting.
Man I've really been wanting to play the 6th Elder Scrolls game lately. I'm feeling it now Mr. Krabs.
For alteration, you can use the telekinesis spell and fast travel to somewhere kinda far and it levels instantly. Takes like 10 seconds and you get it to 100
Where can I get telekinesis?
@@dariobarboni9276 Redwater Den, Plus this also worked for me with unbound spells with anniversary edition upgrade for destruction and clairvoyance for illusion (took longer cause novice spell and it didn't do the leveling thing, you have to check the skills menu to see it.) It should also work for restoration using healing (beginning spell) as long as you are injured first, didn't get to try it due to some enchanting issues. (Okay I created a ring that gave me zero cost restoration and massive health regen, I wasn't injured for long enough to try it.)
You can combine the backstab bonus from the sneak tree, as well as armor you get from the dark brotherhood, doubling backstab damage, and gloves(? Maybe a hood) that x8 damage when sneaking (or something along those lines). I ended up doing x32 TIMES DAMAGE in my sneak assassin playthrough
You could’ve skipped the lovers bonus by getting the lovers stone activation which does buff on all attributes or you could always get the crown that can allow you to get two stone activation
You are absolutely right, I never knew!
That just shows that the joker who made the video knows nothing about this game
@QuAntique Bro, it's a video game. Some people have lives outside of fiction.
@@rattian1976 Are you mentally ill or something. Probably you should seek that help since you got no clue what you're thinking.
QuAntique lmao I'm not the one upset because someone didn't know something about a game and calling random people "jokers" and "mentally ill" online. I promise, you're the only person that thinks you're cool buddy.
You’re on your way to being a much bigger channel
Thanks for saying that! This certainly blew up much more than I would have espected. My previous video had 350 views. I'm so gratefull!
There are 5 skill books for each skill but if you get some of the black books you can get two levels per book, this lets you train to level 90 and read to level 100
Fun fact you can get one handed, two handed and sneak to level 100 in before you leave helgan keep
How🤨
Sneak behind your chosen faction member (mine is Hadvar, Siding with the stormcloaks might give better loot earlier on, but i prefer Hadvar over Ralof simply because he's *QUIETER* when leveling stealth) make them face the rocks AWAY from the bear, and sneak attack. Your Sneak should level WAY faster than the One/Two handed skills, but it should take about an hour or two if you're really dedicated.
However, that's if you're gonna spend perk points, without it, i salute your masochism.
@@Eternal_prime1314the above was meant for you
Great video and quality editing, I’m so surprised you don’t have more subs!
Thanks for the compliment :)
If you used some of the same strategies then for sure you know how much pain this challenge is. Cheers to you friend :)
@@gerritsgamingchannel9275 seriously. One handed, two handed and archery took soo long!
But you probably did them successfully and did other strategies that worked well
Omg just hearing reznov for the first time in over 5 years just gave me flashbacks
You can level up alchemy and speech and gather resources for smithing and enchanting (best to do that once you get to sell any item to any trader)
Really good basis going forward in your playthrough imo.
Best method to level all combat skills early is to attack ralof or hadvar in the cave section of the tutorial by the bear. You can get sneak 100 and he is invincible.
So many dad jokes i love it!
Thanks! I couldn't help myself lol
It seems you hit the algorithm and I'm ngl, I was hugely impressed with your video quality. Looking forward to seeing more stuff from you 😁
Thank you so much. I will try to come up with sometyhing new soon!
Some tips:
Destruction, 1h, 2h, archery, and restoration (with DG spells) are based on damage output, but too high will bug out the system.
The College of Winterhold also has quite a bit that be grabbed for free and/or stolen.
bro this video is amazing. with the amount of effort put into this video, you deserve all of these views if not even more.
Thank you! :)
@@gerritsgamingchannel9275 ofc man! :)
you had me hooked since the "*stealth build every playthrough", simple joke but every skyrim player gets it 😂
lmaooo what the hell is stealth, never heard of it
-the guy who always goes with the two handed heavy armor build
I always play a mage. Why use stealth when even Miraak is perfectly killable by the atronachs.
That's nice to hear :)
@@Raoul. I always go one handed spell sword. Sneak is just so boring
I think my favorite ever completely busted build was the master illusionist. Pacify -> x16 backstabbing damage -> repeat until dead
I don't know why nobody seems to do this; it's a huge deal:
you choose ralof because the first enemies specifically have what you need.
Kill imperial and take her iron dagger.
Attack ralof with one-handed until you level up, then get first sneak perk in the tree.
Sneak behind ralof during bear scene and attack him while undetected on master difficulty. This takes about 5 minutes to lvl 100
This was a great video! I really enjoyed it the whole way through and I love your editing style. Keep it up my friend!
That's really nice to hear :) I'll do my best to come up with a new video soon!
This seems like a really good way to get over a Skyrim addiction- I'd never want to play the game again if I did this without looking anything up. My first playthrough is the one where I got the furthest- I think I made it to level 72-73
I know I'm late but here's a tip:
Magic Skills:
1) Firstly, you should lvl up enchantment to 100 in order to get the double enchantment.
Warrior Sets:
1) Lvl up your smithing first by using gold and craft both gold ring n necklace (to be used in enchanting)
2) Enchant your heavy and light armour with fortify healing up to 25% each as this will make it easier to cast self healing while leveling up your armour when you led giant abusing you so you don't run out of magicka
3) As for block, do it with a giant cuz it's much faster.
4) One handed and two handed, just abuse your horse.
Stealth slill:
1) Sneak, abuse your horse.
I like how in the shot of his skill tree archery was 99, like he couldn't be bothered to do it
I admire your dedication and thank you for the entertainment
Thanks!
I realize you didn't look anything up for this, but for those out there trying to max out light armor in a similar mannor to this video:
When leveling light armor you should go to Solstheim and grab the Deathbrand Armor set. It's a stalrhim light armor set that has a huge set bonus that makes it the strongest light armor set in the game. Wiki says that "Individually, each piece is weaker than dragonscale armor; however, when the whole set is worn, it ranks higher than Daedric armor that is not tempered, due to the full set bonus."
after 50 hours spent, and 2 months for editing...I HAVE to subscribe to your channel!!!!
Was funny, great job
Thank you very much! :)
You can also use this to get a ton of player levels.
the "how did we get here" achievment made me laugh so hard! great video btw too!
Thanks! I'ts very nice to hear that you got the reference :)
@@gerritsgamingchannel9275 u kidding ? loved the reference and the whole video! watched when u had 400 views and less then 100 subscribers. i hope ur channel will grow big my man! :)
@@MrDunnwall Thank you so much :)
Or just duplicate empire pendants

Thanks! Btw, I noticed that allready at level 60 alchemy before coming across the fortify restoration exploit, I was allready turining a profit by buying all ingredients I could find, mixing them into potions, and then selling them.
Good vid! Id love to see an all perks max level run! Become legendary!!!!
The trick with light armor is to make a fortify smithing set and then enhance your armor to give you basically the maximum defense for your light armor set.
Yes! That would have been a soooooooo mucht better idea!
Isn't dragon scale armour is light armor ? I'm not done watching yet ... Am i missing something
There's a huntess in a cabin in the mountains somewhere that you can train with 5 times for 5 archery levels. Can't remember exact location but easy enough to do
Very fun to watch and share the journey with you. UA-cam needs more creators like you
That's a big compliment. Thank you very much!
"Hey, watch it!" As you are brutally skewering him with a Daedric blade
For the work put into this video..the hours grinding. I have done this myself on the ps3. You are awesome
Leuk gedaan kerel! Ik kijk uit naar meer van je content!
Dankjewel! Ik werk er aan!
For training high levels of archery, visit Angi’s cabin and do her archery tutorials, they give archery instant level for each training
Congratz! Nice work~
Probably could've maxed one handed and stealth in the very beginning. The part of the cave where your companion says there's a bear and you should sneak by, sneak, turn the difficulty to legendary, then use a dagger to smack your companions back constantly. Once you get high enough one handed, get the dual flurry perk then equip a second dagger so you attack even faster, leveling up faster
Great vid!! Must have taken hours upon hours to make
Thanks! Yes this was a huge time sink..
it’s so rare for me to find a commentator who can so effectively keep my attention for an entire half hour. amazing video, really hope to see more soon ❤
I just have to sub after that. I'm a new Skyrim player and this video exploded my brain with information that I'll probably forget by tonight
Super video
Thanks!
I attempted this over a casual play through without grinding out skills. I'm pretty sure I came close to 400 hours alone before I hit level 80 and gave up.
Yeah, it helps to be a bit methodical about it. I only did a handfull of quests. Also, I couldn't have done it without using the alchemy glitch :)
Youre telling me you leveled enchanting to 100 and didnt even enchant 4 pieces of gear with 25% reduced ___ cost? free spells bro, non stop healing. wyd?
I love this so much skyrim is one of my favorite! ❤ Thank you for this content!!🎉🎉🎉
This video is still a banger hope you have something in the works again
Now use the "legendary" button to reset the skills and get to level 160 and get all the perks
With the telekinesis glitch, I maxed out all my skills and got every perk. I then fought the Ebony Warrior and totally obliterated him. The armor wasn't even good enough to keep in my inventory.
lvl 252
No way bro said blackreach is a ripoff of Elden ring when Skyrim was released 11 years before Elden ring💀
Yes, I think I failed to mention that I used a 100% spell cost reduction enchantment for leveling up restoration :)
Shadowmere at the end: "Why are you doing this to me? Please stop."
My man really did the alchemy resto loop and thought we wouldn't notice.
Only a couple of minutes in and I'm very impressed with the level of dedication that's gone into editing the video. You clearly put a lot of effort into it. Well done, you deserve more subscribers.
Thank you! :)
Level 81 isn't max, true max is doing the legendary on skills resetting them until you have every skill in every skill tree...
the archery trainer in the first village you get to can also be your follower after doing his short quest. That way, you can train archery, get him to follow you, trade with him and get your money back. Rinse and repeat.
Definitely a run I have never seen. Wow this was an awesome video. Hope you keep uploading cool stuff like this.
Thank you. More content coming soon!
class vid man makes me wanna try it now, keep up the hard word
The fact that he might have figured out the fortify restoration loop on his own is beautiful
