My ngo has weekly meetings, that are about different topics. What would you do: create the notes in a loop in the meeting link, or something else (because the tasks then get the name of the meeting which is the same every week "weekly meeting", because it's not on a certain topic? Currently we are making a word document for the agenda & tasks that come from it but obviously this is not the best way, would love to hear your thoughts!
I really love your videos, the way you go through things is so easy to follow without being too long. One thing I am having trouble with is copy plan. I have Plan Details, Copy Link to Plan and Export Plan to Excel- but Copy Plan is not an option on my drop down is that a premium feature?
Thank you so much, I am happy to hear that 🤓 The copy plan is not a premium feature. I would check both the Planner web and Planner Teams app to see if you can access it from the other. Microsoft is rolling out tons of updates to Planner and I suspect that you will see this button soon!
Thank you for posting Amy. I noticed in this video and in others you are adding meeting notes directly from the meeting invite. I've been adding meetings notes from within the active Teams meeting ("notes" icon on the top of the active Teams meeting). But while this puts the notes in Loop, it does not appear to put them in the meeting invite. Am I doing things correctly?
This works as well. They won't show in the invite because they weren't created at the time the invite was sent. I have a video coming out tomorrow specifically on Teams Meeting Notes, stay tuned!
Looove your videos! I was wondering if you have one comparing planner & project? Would love your insights on that!
Thank you so much 🤓 I have done this video Planner vs. Planner Premium, I hope that it helps! ua-cam.com/video/mQF1hYL-UZE/v-deo.html
