I was severely traumatized years ago as a teenage, got diagnosed with cptsd, spent my whole life fighting cptsd. I also suffered severe depression and mental disorder, not until my wife recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment changed my life for better. I can proudly say i'm totally clean for 6 years and still counting. Always look to nature for solution to tough problems, Shrooms are phenomenal.
I love hearing great life changing stories like this. I want to become a mycologist because honestly mushrooms are the best form of medicine (most especially the psychedelic ones) There are so many people today used magic mushrooms to ween off of SSRI medication- its amazing! Years back i wrote an entire essay about psychedelics. they saved you from death buddy, lets be honest here.
Hey mates! Can you help with the source? I suffer severe anxiety, panic and depression and I usually take prescription medicine, but they don't always help. Where can I find those psilocybin mushrooms? I'm really interested in treating my mental health without Rxs. I live in Australia don't know much about these. I'm so glad they helped you. I can't wait to get them too. Really need a reliable source 🙏
YES sure of mycologist Pedroshrooms. Mushrooms literally got me off my feet and turned my whole life around. I am currently a housing manager for a recovery program. I wouldn't have been able to do that shit without psilocybin.
I'm so very happy for you mate, Psilocybin is absolutely amazing, the way it shows you things, the way it teaches you things. I can not believe our world and our people shows less interest about it's helpfulness to humanity. It's love. The mushrooms heals people by showing the truth, it would be so beneficial for so many people, especially politicians and the rich who have lost their way and every other persons out there.
I've been into Vipassana Meditation for thirty-five years. Vipassana allows the meditator to focus into every area of the body. Every area of the body responds to this with a sensation, much of it unpleasant. It is as if the direct, pure focus is resisted or forced back by an alternative force that does not want itself looked at. It reminds me of similar poles of a magnet resisting the same polarity. This results in various reactions, sometimes so sudden that the body gives out a yelp, cry, groan, or even a whimper. The theory is that pure attention, from Real Self's (the impartial observer) internal gaze is dissolving the traumas held within.
I am a CST Practitioner I have learned more in this video than in class. This gave me a deeper insight into my lower back on the left side as I was in a car accident as a baby. I flew from the backseat and landed on the dashboard of the car. I felt into the pain and experienced deep pain and as continued the pain lessened.
I will try it, thank you for sharing. I am the only survivor of a family of 10, the majority of them ended their own life; not able to integrate the pain of traumas. But that's it, I am just a survivor with a very chaotic life and I try my best to improve it . With new knowledge, sciences and technologies; I am creating the best version of myself. Thank you for helping us understand the implications of trauma. ⚕️
@julielabelle2738, what I have learned is that our soul designs the experiences so we can see the patterns and heal them. The question is why would my soul design such an experience? This can lead to many insights and soothe your heart.
I was listening to the Gold Tara mantra for the first time yesterday. I was amazed at the deep level of relaxation the frequency induced, lower than normal alpha I should say. It was deeply soothing and I knew I had found a heaven. Then suddenly very traumatic memories started coming up. One, of childhood sexual violence, two, of childhood physical abuse. My mind was disturbed and I wanted to stop the music but I kept listening on, telling myself it is healing me by bringing up deep traumatic memories and releasing them. 🌴🌷🙏
@sadiaarman363, yes when we feel comfortable and safe, the nervous system can unwind and bring to surface what's been deeply buried. This is all energy that needs to be freed. We free it in Love, in our heart - that starts the completion of the healing process.
I experienced a very traumatic incident as a child at age 12. I am now 63 and still living in the aftermath. Fear is a huge factor. I think it wore out my adrenal glands . Than 3.5 yrs ago my husband passed away suddenly.I HAVE tried different things throu the years but still needing help.
@deemh60, fear can be very powerful and is the oldest and densest energy. I learned in my training that fear is lack of Love. The fear that continues to come up is ready to know Love. And in love, in our heart, where it is freed and expressed as its highest vibration, Love.
I'm 77, had massive physical traumas through my life and emotional stress. I'm now stuck in stress mode and have adrenal fatigue. it's dreadful and is destroying what's left of my life. I'm at a loss what to do.
How much quicker could we heal if we keep getting better at putting the pieces together of experience, body responses, and emotions!! Thank you- will pass this on to others! 💜💜
l love Dr Pius Ozigbe! My daughter and I loved watching him and his sister in operation Ouch and his "Dr who gave up drugs" He seems like such a genuine, empathetic, no bullshit guy who genuinely cares and makes complex issues easy to understand for the lay person..
I dated a guy just over a year ago and got stomach aches from anxiety i felt with him, mainly related to feelings of imposter syndrome as we were both studying at a high level at a top uni (he was a PhD student while I was an undergrad equivalent). I would get negative gut reactions from many things he said to me. The stomach aches persisted every morning when I woke up long after we broke up and as I continued my studies. Now I have moved to a calming environment which is less competitive and judgemental, I feel the tummy aches massively subside. Perhaps it is something to do with this - feelings of self-judgment regarding my (academic etc) value. Of course, there could also be a range of other contributing factors like food...
@philosophyandYoga There is a direct connection between anxiety and digestion. Our gut is where we feel when something is off. When that connection is created with one incident, it can get triggered with other similar incidents. With this energetic disturbance in the gut, we become sesitive to food. the root is the emotions and while you are working to heal that, pay attention to what food may be causing the symptoms in the belly. I see this in m practive often - I am an Ayurvedic Practitioner.
I noticed once I started trying to do somatics on my own when I tapped my body, grounded myself and focused on an area of my body that I feel discomfort and then began to shake. And then afterwards I would continue shaking over and over again. Does this mean it's releasing it or do I actually need to think of fear or pain or some kind of emotion to get it out while also allowing the shaking to happen or is the movement itself releasing this stuck trauma?
@@brianlittrell797 , you open your heart to what you are feeling, this allows the negative energies to be enveloped with the energy of love. Love is the highest vibration - is the highest expression of all the negative energies. When you open your heart to all that you are feeling, you begin to love your pain, discomfort - that changes the vibration. I explain this process - called the 6A technique in my book: Wake Up and Heal: 6 Steps to Emotional Freedom . You may also find more info in my podcasts. I am happy to have a conversation here with you and to explain.
Hi Rupal, our company does not offer referrals, nor do we release any information about the practitioners who’ve participated in any of our trainings. We can, however, recommend that you check out this database through Psychology Today. www.psychologytoday.com/us Through this site, you’re able to search for therapists and support groups based on location, and filter through the results based on a variety of factors - specialties, approaches, and methods. Alternatively, I would also recommend that you review some of our blogs or free materials and reach out to our community. Many times, both practitioners and patients will comment on our materials, which may help you with what you are looking for.
@misslinglang we do carry generational trauma and wounds in our DNA. Mother wounds are in the second chakra area, father wound in the chest. There are ways to work with this and cut the cords for good.
I get zero help. I have severe back pain KY spine was hurt during a lamenectome ,, spell ck.,, I had three operations around C6 removing bone twice , after long recovery I walked but had drop ft and left side weakness. Using a cane I walked my way back to the wheelchair from workout knee and spurs on my hip. Now it's advanced so bad I can only lie in bed. Strong Drugs barely ease the pain . Sitting up is so excruciating I scream in agony.. Help me pain Dr punctured my lung causing more problems by not following procedures.

This “going in to explore” is the very basis of the Focusing technic, designed by Eugene Gendlin and then developed in several directions. 🙏
