26 yo old here, also going through the same journey. I was in a 3 year relationship that left me emotionally empty. I've also been looking to foster growth in me as I learn how to live life alone. It's difficult but we can do it, I wish you the best on your journey.
If I could be 26 again...... I'm 47, and the best thing that happened to me in life so far is ending alone because it has helped me to become a better and stronger person. Sometimes, we need to be alone and work on ourselves.
The problem with being “lonely” is not that I seek validation or recognition, I actually prefer solitude over social circles (most of the time), it’s just that nagging sensation of being misunderstood or judged simply because I am different from other people. I have very strong and passionate interests, dislikes, cynical tendencies, and the relentless desire to live on my own terms, but it just feels so difficult because of the inherent limitations (financial, economic, cultural, and psychological). I want to genuinely make great art, film, write philosophical and poetic dialogue, understand and explore the world around me, but I simply don’t know how to express it.
Most of this describes me perfectly too, not sure what caused it by deep down there is a belief that although on the surface I see to prefer being on my own I actually crave feeling genuinely appreciated by other people. Instead of arts, I want to make a scientific contribution in medical research. I hope you make progress toward your dreams!
Being lonely isn't the same as being alone. Loneliness is a feeling, whereas being alone is a statement of fact. It's possible to feel lonely if surrounded by people, yet it's also possible to be physically alone without feeling lonely.
Hello @ImprovementPill. I have asked this question for a while. Are you a subscriber of the red pill or do you agree with what the rational male teaches?
This is not true at all. This is like saying water cures drowning. It's not solitude that cures, it's inner peace and people often find that when they are forced to be alone with their thoughts and reckon with their problems. But you'll still need people. Needing social interaction is a fundamental truth about humanity. We need social interaction as much as we need water food and sleep.
What about your old Style editing.. like in 2020 and before... i watched you there but now it's feels different. And less connected. Just my thoughts though... Anyway we like you
You posted at the right time. Life is not making any sense. I am 26 but still ponder everyday about how I'll live the years that i have left.

Solitude has allowed me to level up so much and fight my way out of being stuck at rock bottom. Stay Uncommon!
