What I'm puzzled by is that as amazing a vocalist as she is, how is it that most people have never heard of her? I never heard of Carmen Bradford until I heard her do a rendition of Mr. Goodbar, the Aretha Franklin classic, on the local radio station on yesterday-was blown away by what I heard-and yes, I'm going to purchase some of her music as of today! 11-14-24.

She's got great swing! A bit distracting for me as a vocalist because she sounds SO much like Chaka, including the R&B bending of notes. But, yes, great energy!
