My grandma got pregnant naturally at 45. She used to bake and not eat any fast food. Her diet was very healthy. Do you think diet play a significant role in fertility? I noticed women who live in rural areas are more fertile.

Yes, diet can impact fertility by providing essential nutrients, supporting hormone balance, and maintaining overall reproductive health. Healthy eating habits, along with lifestyle factors like weight management and avoiding harmful substances, can potentially improve fertility outcomes. Consulting with a healthcare provider or fertility specialist for personalized guidance is advisable. Wishing all the best✨💕

And you call 40 old!!! Really? I was playing hide-and-seek and with toys before 40!! By the way, I gave birth at my first attempt at the age of 40 ...or maybe even 42. I never ever thought it was late. On the contrary, I would think before 40 is too early.

Hey there! Age is just a number, right? It sounds like you had amazing experiences before becoming a parent, and that's wonderful! Every journey is unique, and there's no right or wrong time to start a family. Thanks for sharing your story! 🌟

    What about male age?

Hi! Generally, male fertility generally starts to reduce around age 40 to 45 years when sperm quality decreases, and increasing male age reduces the overall chances of pregnancy. Hope this helps!
