Great video! May I add, in an article it is stated when Ms. Carroll's fourth marriage was on the skids; she and Vic were dining with friends at a restaurant. Diahann was ready to leave because she had an engagement the next day and she needed to do her exercises before going to bed. Vic didn't care and continued to enjoy himself with their friends so, Diahann got up from the table and got down on the floor of the restaurant and started her exercise routine!
