  • Diahann Carroll was such a fascinating woman. After her affair with Sidney Poitier ended in 1968, she started to date TV host David Frost. Let's reminisce on their courtship and engagement.

I really enjoyed your post. ❤❤❤❤❤. I am 65 years old. We used watch Julia every week. I was also a big fan of David Frost. Can’t blame DF for falling in love. p.s. Freddie Prince was dating Pam Grier . Beauty has no color bounds.,

Diahann Carroll was so much in love with Sidney Poitier. Although he was married, he strung her along for years! Set her up in an apartment but later he fell for one of his co stars (who later became his wife) but was still married to he first wife. Messy. He told Diahann about the affair with the actress, told her to move out of the apartment and to pay him the back rent! Love is not about color, it's about who treats one with love AND respect.

Diahann Carroll ---- sooooooo gorgeous!!!!!!!!!! Most people date and marry who they have chemistry with and according to what they are attracted to. As a WM, I am really only attracted to brown or black skin. Never white like me. I was born this way. Everyone has their 'type.'
