    If you buy a pair of hemostat pliers (Harbor Freight sells them) they can be clamped on a loose wire end so you don't loose your beads.

    I love the Ball jar lamp, did you do that? So thoughtful of you to make a rosary for your brother. Allie is so adorable. Now those 2 strand of beads are 1.49$. @9:2 I love the colors you chose, they work so well together. I really like Allies. What you are calling a clasp is a crimping bead. Kelly, that rosary turned out beautiful. I could give you 3 thumbs up.

    I am sorry for your loss of not only your mom but more recently (I think) your sister. But I wanted to let you know that what you have been calling clasps are actually called crimps and crimp covers. That way when people are trying to find them they know what they are called. The is always a tool just for crimps and the covers. The work wonderful and help keep from smashing them up and help them to look more professional and prettier. As you say stinkin' cute!!👼
    I am don't trying to back look smart or anything but I know you would want to know what they were really called show you could tell your fans!! Of which I am one of your biggest. Even though I don't write, I do watch (try to) all of your episodes.
    I am so happy you decided to to this one because I have always wanted to know the proper way of making a rosary 📿. Thank-you for all of your ideas. I don't think I have found any that I haven't liked. We have the same taste so I guess that helps.
    I hope I helped you.
    Thanks a bunch,
    Tanya Schroeder

    Thank you so much Kelly for this tutorial. I plan on giving this a try but I do think the real small beads will be a challenge for these older hands of mine lol

    Kelly this was amazing. I absolutely loved this. The piece that connects the other parts together is usually called a Hail Holy queen medal or Miraculous 🏅. I thought this was very well done and very simple and elegant for a one piece design. I make and repair rosaries myself. I am a Catholic I converted to the faith 10 yrs ago. There are only a few times that is appropriate to wear a rosary around your neck. They are you are homeless, you are a soldier or military personnel or a front line responder or you are a faithful devout Catholic. Also a crucifix has the corpse of Christ on it. If it doesn't have the corpse on it, it's just a cross. Lol I'm not trying to be negative, I just saying.

    It not a clasp its called a creeper bead and there is a tool called a creeper especially to use for that bead or as you call it a clasp

  • @francesduncan6586
    @francesduncan6586 5 років тому +1

    Nice video but you’re using the wrong terms, you’re referring to the crimp bead as a clasp and the cover is a crimp bead cover.
