the difference is; straight hair is straight hair, but natural curls are different than curled curls.
They could have gotten closer if they took the time and used the right tools, but there's no chance Arin'd ever get the same look, yeah.
I think they would have achieved that with sponge rollers, but those need to be slept on, so it would probably take too long. I have the exact hair texture that Arin does, but when I use sponge rollers, I can achieve Bob Ross hair (if I only run my fingers through and don't style it).
