Thank you for this! I will try it :) 1 cup Baking soda 1 cup SLSA 1/3 cup Corn Starch 1/3 cup Cream of Tartar 1/3 cup Glycerin 1 TBSP Coconut Oil 1 TBSP Water (at the end)
Sodium Lauryl Sulfate? Corn starch is GMO. Natural Clays & herbs are available. Glove use would be recommended, specially if you sell the products. Distilled water or Floral Distilled water would be better. Thanks anyway.
I am going to try this recipie. One of the simpler ones and you demonstrated it lovely. My only comment is that you might want to use ploysorbate 80 and lake dyes instead of food coloring as it might stain some tubs and food coloring isn't meant/regulated as skin safe. But if your making it at home go for it!
SunshineMama 90 I think food coloring should be fine for your skin I mean you can eat it so it shouldn’t be very bad and it’s such a small amount it shouldn’t hurt you
@@baileymadison9019 There's a reason they make colors for food and colors for soap making..... And just because you can eat it doesn't mean that you can put it on your skin.... That's why they make soap colors/ mica powder People use food colors because it's cheaper. I would never use it, but each to his own😊
A quick reminder, if you use food coloring it's ILLEGAL to SELL the product. You have to use FD&C certified dyes, Lakes or Mica's etc in your products to sell them. If you're just making it for home use, it doesn't matter besides the possibility of staining if too much was used. Your math is a bit questionable, when you are using a 1/3 measuring cup and use 3 of them and call it a CUP (??)...that's not correct. Close but not correct.
I use this recipe for bulle scoops. Take an ice cream scoop with the little trigger on it, pack it with the dough and push the button to release onto wax paper. Does the same job just not rolled :)
How long should they sit to dry and may I kindly suggest you show your products after they have set in action :) run it under water and show us how well they work next time! Overall grew at though thanks for the tutorial :) thumbs up from me :)
Great job!!! You are adorable and the music was perfect!! Dropping one in water at the end would have been nice though. But still I really enjoyed your video❤️❤️❤️
Yes she's just making sure you do what's best and safe for YOU. I'm sure she's done this plenty of times. I'm sure she moved her head a little or even held her breath.
waaaa these are so nice I immediately wondered how they made them when I saw them at the store and they looked so smooth and cool! I love them! thank you for sharing also! they are very expensive or me to buy but I'd love to make them myself!
I think at Lush it is $5-$8 for one of the slices or bars. But each bar you can use multiple times you only break a little bit of it off for your bath.
Do you have a video of these working in your tub? I don't do this kind of stuff so have no idea if they fizz or just make bubbles like a bubble bath liquid you buy at the store.
The only thing I'd say is that's a heck of a lot of SLSA!! I use SLSA in all my bath products but I've never used a whole cup, at the most 1/4 cup. Must make for a tub full of bubbles! Your recipe so do it how it works for you. Love your colors!
Maybe bubble bars require a lot more SLSA, I've never made them. But a cup is a huge amount. SLSA is extremely bubble producing in small amounts, so before using a whole cup I would certainly test out. Again this is her recipe and looks amazing, so I don't want to take from that.
Hi...I listened throughout, viewed your description, and viewed the comments and I still do not know what lush bubble bars are for. Are these bath bombs or soap bars?
So nice! Thank you for the recipe I like all ur videos but could you please write the wet ingredients under this comment, if you can that would be great thanks
Danielle Deroy hello! I must have edited that part out on accident because I can see the essential oil in the clip, I don't really have an exact measurement however because not all oils are made equally and some are better than others. I probably put around ten drops of mine in but I wasn't using the highest quality oil. Sorry hope that is helpful and thanks for your comment!
I made these this morning and they turned out great! Now I just have to wait until they dry. I made mine yellow and white and added Lemon grass essential oil, and instead of coco nut oil, (which I'm totally out of right now) I used Jojoba oil and vitamin E oil. Did see when I washed my hands and the utensils I'd used, that I got lots and lots of bubbles... ❤️️
Help i follow your your recipe to the T I do not know what I did wrong please help is crumbly I roll it up but it's crumble and I cannot cut it and I put more than enough water please help
stacey murphy if it is still too crumbly after trying to mold it you can try mixing in a little bit more glycerin it will just take a bit longer to dry afterwards! Hope this helps 😊
Thank you for this! I will try it :)
1 cup Baking soda
1 cup SLSA
1/3 cup Corn Starch
1/3 cup Cream of Tartar
1/3 cup Glycerin
1 TBSP Coconut Oil

Yeah thanks for writing it down...

How is this scented ? I don’t see anything in the ingredients that would suggest these have any scent
@Magic11 Do these make bubbles without a soap ingredient? I bought castille soap thinking it would be needed
Finally someone made it clear and right to the point ! Thanks!

They aren’t bath bombs. They are bubble bars. U don’t throw them in.
@@getlauriekor so, is it used as a soap?
@@edson1919 it makes bubbles in the water
You should do a video on making shampoo bars. I'd love to see that.
That’s a great idea! I will definitely look into it! 😊
might have to make these today😊
That looks like a lot of work I don’t think I have the patience but it was cool to watch u make it
Awesome!!! Good job bonita!!! Thank you for sharing your recipe!
maybe add corn starch down vs baking soda keep from sticking
Her: You might want to use a mask, ...it’s hard on me at least.
Also Her: doesn’t use mask
😂 lol
Lol.
Lol, seriously though I used it the other night and even with a mask it still chokes me up . It's very irritating for sure

autum holycross thank you! ❤️
Loved this video. Thank you very much. What is SLSA?
Its a surfactant used to make bubbles. Derived from coconuts and palm.
Came out so Beautiful!
Thankyou from New Zealand 🌴🌴🌴
Great job!!
The way you initially laid it out if I didn't know you were making soap i would've thought you were baking cookies 🤣🤣🤣🤣
I thought you where making gum! Lol🤣

I am thinking on making them for my local craft fair. What kind of prices did they have? Were they the same size?

Amazon or any soap supply company usually...
Can you roll/flatten the colours separate first then roll/flatten them together so they are even ..then roll in to tube shape to cut?
Brat Skill that is a great idea!
Yes u can
Nice job!
Hey Ashley how long did they take to dry?
It would have been nice to see how many bubbles it makes, I don't know if I want to make it now.
If you cannot get slsa is there an alternative you can use?
Lux0rd buttermilk powder
You should add baking soda to your hands just like you would use flower if you were baking! It will really help with the sticking onto you!
Also thanks for sharing!! :)
So cool
is it ok. if i don't use cream of tartar?
Just stumbled upon your channel 💕 So glad I did! New sub 👍
Good video
Love it!!!
Is it possible to make a bath balm bubbly bar??
So cooooooooooool
Is it normal for it to have a wet sand consistency? How long does it take to dry to slice it into bars?
Do these set firm enough to use as bubble wands? How long roughly do they take to dry :) awesome video by the way ♥️
How long do you let them set before ready to use. I love this and I’m going to try it. Please anyone can respond. Thanks so much. Diana
I made these and… as long as you can. 2-4 days before packaging
Hi nice job , can these be made without Slsa?
K Beautiful I am not sure I have heard of some people using body soap instead. I have never tried it without slsa though. Thank you!
How long do they last?? Without use??
Hi...I listened throughout, viewed your description, and viewed the comments and I still do not know what lush bubble bars are for. Are these bath bombs or soap bars?
Hello! You break off a chunk of the bubble bars under running water and it creates a bubble bath. Hope this helps!
It’s kinda like a soap bar
It's a SOLID bubble bath soap instead of liquid bubble bath soap.
So nice! Thank you for the recipe I like all ur videos but could you please write the wet ingredients under this comment, if you can that would be great thanks
Cool!
When she made the into a ball did she add bit of water ?? It went from dry to sticky and a ball all of a sudden unless she missed to show us that part
But how much fragrance? I don’t think Lush does unscented
Aren’t you adding fragrance? Thought I missed that part but can’t see. If you are how much are you putting in
Danielle Deroy hello! Right
What is SLSA??
How did you get the dough so moist?
We just tried it and added an extra 1/2 Tbsp
Ashley could you write out the recipe? I have a hearing problem and even full volume I did not catch quantity or ingredient on a couple of things.
@cyberdan 1000,
1 Cup Baking Soda
1 Cup SLSA
1/3 Cup Corn Starch
1/3 cup Cream of Tartar
1/3 Cup Glycerin
1 Tbsp. Coco Nut Oil
1 Tbsp. Water
Thank you! Also add any coloring and essential oils!

How much fragrance do you put in
What is the cream of tartar for?
How long does it take to dry?
Is this harsh or drying on the skin?
Glycerin, is it a Vegetable Glycerin?
What is SLSA
Its a surfactant used to make bubbles. Derived from coconuts and palm.
what does cream of tartar do?
Janet Chessor the cream of tar tar produces some bubbles and also allows the bars to crumble easily. 😊
Can I use something else than SLA?
Rebecca McDaniel CMAA shower gel works.
What is slsa
SLA..salicic acid?
Kimberly Schouppe any shower gel??
No SLSA is Sodium Lauryl sulfoacetate . It comes from coconut and palm oils.
ashley how much slsa? as you seem to put 3 cups in video
Her cup she was using was a third cup that's why she had to go back in a few times it wasn't a full measuring cup she had
What is a bubble bar? How to use it?
But there was no fragrance so does it just smell like baking soda ?
I think the purple vial they have on the far right is the scent oil she had chosen but idk
What is slsa
Do you have to have slsa?
If you want bubbles, yes.
wow you have grown up I know you from 3abn
Do you only have a third cup??
😂
😂😂 welp use what ya got lol at least she had a measuring cup I'd use my eyeballs
Soooo what do you do with it?
LaDolcevita break some off, put it in a strainer and put it under running water. Makes your baths bubbly!
How to use them?
Who else wants to eat one of these
*choking * I’m Confused What does that mean?
She was referring to the slsa being really dusty. If u noticed, a cloud of dust went up while she was mixing with the particular ingredient.
Yeah the garage floor cleaner will do that. Apart from that, They're fab!
can you do this without the SLSA?
I was kinda hoping to see them bubble...
Cate they are not bath bombs. You use pieces of it for bubble bath.
@@getlauriekor okay cool, but bubble bath still bubble and that's what i was referring to...
@@cate9059 me too
Use parchment paper
what is FLA?
i think you misheard. The ingredient you are most likely thinking of is SLSA. SLSA a surfactant used to make bubbles. Derived from coconuts and palm.
What are bubble bars?
From what I understand they are a solid form of bubble bath. Like their liquid counterpart they are used to make a luxurious bath time experience.
Nooo... there bubble gum! Lol!
I tried with SLSA but even with a mask I couldn't handle it. I got scabs in my nose even. 😣
Then your mask was obviously not working. Get a better one please! Your lungs are worth it
You are so preety and I like your vidios ,I make it
thank you for recipe
Ur audio is real quiet. I have it all the way up and I can barely hear it
I apologize 😕 I hope you still got something out of the video. Have a great day! 😊
Can u teach me the best fluffy slime recipe
Are these bubble bars or bath bombs? What makes them bubble? It’s essentially the same recipe as a Bath bomb
I think it is the SLSA that makes it bubble I could be wrong though with bath bombs I don’t use tar tar, SLSA or glycerin.
What is slsa?
Sodium Lauryl Sulfoacetate and it comes from coconut and palm oils.
At first I thought it was some edible type candy looked soo yummy but realized we can’t eat it ☹️
R u a Marina and the Diamonds fan?
Is this soap? Or they dissolve like a bath bomb?
It bubbles up. You hold it under running water to create a bubble bath

hi are these vegan?
i would suspect so since all the ingredients are plant derivatives. As long as the fragrance you use is a vegan one I don't see why they wouldn't be.
lol
These tasted awful
Did you use regular food coloring?and also was that ingredient called gliserin? Did I spell that right lol.i would love to make these for my kids :)
