The beauty of Bangkok is you could easily substitute this list with another 10-20 5 star hotels, many of which are better than some of the ones in the video. Intercontinental, Park Hyatt, Conrad, The Sukhothai, Bangkok Marriott Marquis, Hyatt Regency, JW Marriott, Sofitel Sukhumwit, Okura Prestige, Conrad etc. would all be better than the So Sofitel for a start. I also find the ones by the River (Oriental especially) badly located and some of them are a bit stuffy and old-fashioned. If I was to chose the best it would be the Siam Kempinski
It's a bit dated, but the Peninsula has the best guest service I have ever experienced, far moreso than the Mandarin Oriental. Also, I loved their pool on a hot Bangkok afternoon.
God bless us I like it very beautiful and relaxing place. Very nice to travel around the world, very nice to selfie selfie. From Lani D. Nepomuceno, Philippines

I know of several different places that are a lot nicer, and a lot less expensive, for a more realistic Thailand experience. These are overblown, cost too much, and you don't stay in your room all that much anyway when you are in a wonderful place like Bangkok. Don't blow your money on the hotel if all it is is just a room to sleep for the night. Find a lower ranked hotel and book the suite room-- you will be treated like a king, and have pretty fine accommodations, in a full-on suite with a kitchen and two balconies, free breakfast, spa, pool, fitness center, in the heart of downtown, for just a fraction of what you pay for a tiny room in these luxury places, if you do your homework and know where to look.
By the attached 🎥 video showing; all of the hotels shown has beautiful luxury in for persons to pick and or choose to enjoy their vacationing stay there.
It’s not his language obviously! It’s kinda rude of you to make fun of his accent! We understand what he’s talking about and that’s all that matters! Try learning or saying something in other languages you don’t speak to see for yourself.
@@seriesn If u want to do some info videos like this u have to do some research not just the name of the place but should include with the correct pronunciation because I’m afraid that there will be misunderstandings with local people and taxi, etc. tourists may waste their time and money. because places in Thailand have a lot of similar names. the wrong pronunciation of place names in Thailand is a big problem.
I've been to most all of these hotels. The Capella and Four Seasons are unproven, they are on the river, but the location is not good. The So and 137 pillars should not be on the list. You left out The Siam and St Regis. The Mandarin Oriental aka "The Oriental" is the best hotel in Thailand, and arguably the best hotel n the world.
have you actually stayed at those hotels that you list? Park Hyatt's hard product is no where near the level of quality as something like 137 Pillars. I haven't met a single Globalist who has stayed in both and preferred the Park Hyatt for reasons other than location. St Regis's hard product is a bit run down, and the service is not up to par with hotels that cost half as much, even within Marriott's own portfolio. The SGS is a level above the StR Bangkok in service, Athenee and JW are a level above StR in hard product.

Park Hyatt and St Regis should be in this list, excellent hotels with good locations.
Es buenísimo Atencion!!

I stayed at the Shangri-La on the Chao Phraya in 2014. I loved it.
Wow
Okura Prestige Rosewood Park Hyatt for me the best ones
Park Hyatt and Rosewood must be on the list
Capella is my favorite ❤
I just loved his cheerful sounding voice and gave him a like😅
God bless us I like it very beautiful and relaxing place. Very nice to travel around the world, very nice to selfie selfie. From Lani D. Nepomuceno, Philippines

I totally agree with you 👍.
Do you have any suggestions? I have been searching but I can not decide among the sheer amount of available hotels ...
@@MrArminBC The Landmark Bangkok is the best. 😎
Any recommendations?
Instead of getting a 5 star...get a 4 star and get a nice room with the money saved. No one needs silk pillow cases & 2 balconies 🤣

Mandarin Oriental looks the best, in my humble opinion.
# 1,2 !
Rosewood is best for me
ALWAYS = Shangri-la Bangkok run rings around the others hands down, and the cheapest by far. John Mc
Shangri la should be much higher. Oriental is the best by miles
Rooms starts from JUST 650 USD per night :- ))))
what is the point when you only sleep there unless your going to spend your holiday in the hotel.
Itu punya Kaka ipar saya Pak Adrian Foursyt..bersama Bangkok....
your pronunciation of lumphini and phrom phong very hilarious 🤣🤣🤣

The Siam?
I miss so many affordable others like Pullman King Power etc.
I’ve stayed at King Power. An excellent hotel, but a bit of a pain in the ass location.

how can u affort that alot of money for the oriental God it soo expensive
Park Hyatt too
@@tekaashii3943 It is certainly not cheap, but the comparable properties in NYC, London, Dubai, Tokyo are a lot more.
The Oriental is what every luxury hotel strives to be but rarely succeeds: Perfection. Rated #1 hotel in the world for more years than I can remember.
@Mark Wils mark Wils pay da bills;-)
Chao fryer
Mandarin oriental
Where’s the St. Register Bangkok?
just book 137 pillars suite but they told me that the suite benefit of guest almost cutted..... thus I cancel it
Dulux rooms?
Bangkok..semuanya mereka sayang kepada keluarga Bali Garden....
Shangrila has best yoga classes by Kalash Or John
Lebua should be on list , not properly prepared
