I stayed at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Bangkok as part of The Best of Bangkok Food Tour with The Hungry Tourist ( / the.hungry.tourist ) and Puppup ( / puppup_foodlife .
It has an honor to receive an upgrade to our room at Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Bangkok along the Chao Phraya River. The hotel is a classic in Bangkok, one of the oldest, and with a significant history of catering to travelers along the banks of the river. They upgraded us to a suite room in the newer wing of the hotel, and it was a stunning luxurious hotel room with a nice view of the river.
Breakfast is also pretty good, served along the Chao Phraya river. You have a choice of plenty of both Western, Thai, and even some Chinese foods for breakfast, plus a nice selection of Thai tropical fruits.
I had an amazing stay at Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Bangkok and hope you enjoyed this tour!

stayed here once with my husband in 2011.. amazing hotel with great riverside restaurant they even have dancers at dinners.... their wooden boats are the most beautiful ones as well... I miss Bangkok I miss Thailand so much...
I'm not really a fan of watching lengthy vlogs and by saying lengthy, I mean more than 10-minute kind of vlogs. But for some reasons, I ended up enjoying this entire thing, regardless of how long it is. I even just realized that the video was on its end when you said "and that bring us to the end". For me,a trip to Bangkok is never complete without coming to this hotel. I've been here several times already particularly in the Riverside Terrace but for their dinner buffet which is the best in the world! Can't wait to come back again!

I liked the room but I think a small office is required.. its not health to set on that chair and lower your head..

I miss travelling so much and I miss MO Bkk.
Very nice. This appears to be about the most expensive room at the MO. I considered staying at the MO last year, but in the least expensive room. However, I chose the Peninsula, just across the River. It is a short and free boat ride to the MO, if one so desires. The Peninsula cost less than $250 per night (with the MO’s least expensive room costing over three times more), and I believe almost all rooms have that same magnificent view across the River, but looking east. The Peninsula’s buffets were magnificent, although possibly not as grand as the MO’s. The staff at the Peninsula were wonderful and friendly. I am sure that these hotel jobs are in high demand by Thai people. The Peninsula Bangkok rooms are just as nice as those at the Peninsula Paris. Magnificent, including a magnificent bathroom. The decor is also similar to Paris. I look forward to returning to the Peninsula Bangkok.

Could anyone give tips on how to travel for food full time? Sounds like a dream job!

Learn to edit videos, create a blog, put yourself out there with social media, twitter, instagram, Facebook, pick a country that isnt going to rip you a new one. Do 2 weeks to 1 month then work after your travels for 6 to 10 months, to make some money again then pick another southeastern Asian country. Blog, pictures, get followers and write your own travel book once you have enough traveling experience. Sell your books keep a recommendation for all the restaurants you favored with pictures and get yourself out on UA-cam after your blogging page have a lot of people looking at your content. After you reach a few thousand views per video keep it up by posting your vids through social media and make sure you have a good camera with a good mic so everyone can hear your crisp voice. You will end up spending thousands of dollars to start, including a pc for editing, camera that produces good video quality and pictures. It's not easy and mark mentioned that a few times to get where he is currently it was a lot of time and work for years on out.
After you showed your face to the world, reach out to content creators like mark and do a video together in Hope's people who watch his vids will watch yours after it you leave a good impression and interest. Really it's a gamble and grind for something but if you have an idea why you are doing it then you would meet your goal one day
