Yep yep the 1980’s ruled. This was her only US Billboard number one. But this is her calm side. This entire album was more mellow for her. Try Tell It To My Heart. She was on FIRE seriously
I love your reactions but this one was amazing. This has been my favorite song for so many years. Last Oct after 17 years apart me and the love of my life got back together i showed him your reaction. You make me smile everyday!!!
Taylor Dayne is Truely one of those angelic and power house voices that is t pushed… it’s just natural. And I mean, the woman is beautiful as hell. Even today, looks and sound and talent, she’s still got it. She recently did an appearance on the masked Singer. And blew us all away again.
i love seeing people react to great new(old) music. That's why I don't even listen to new music really... hard to keep up., but there is plenty of great music already made that I have to catch up on.
This was released in 1989.The 80s wrapping up the end of the decade with 1989 was a banger, because so many Great new songs came out from veteran singers/bands plus New Music Artist starting in 1989.It was a Good Year for Music!
I never understood why she didn't have more hits. Her voice is incredible but she only had like three songs I can remember. There's a live performance of this song many years later that I fkn love because of the runs and things she ads to her live performances. Search "Love will lead you back Taylor Dayne Live 2013" if you want to check it out.
I heard that one soft rock commercial as a kid and this song always stood out to me. It’s had me in a choke hold since then. Her vocals, the instrumentation, the builds …. This song is a masterpiece. Really pulls on the simp in me 😆😆🤣🤣🤣
She's awesome. The thing with the 1980s is that the sea of awesome talent was so wide and deep. So many legends for younger generations to unearth still. Fun reaction. I'm about to sub.
One of the greatest voices in history!! A New York City girl. She is funny, quick witted, with the sass/fire you would expect from a girl born and raised in NYC.
I rarely see anyone react to music..passionately as I do. God Bless you for that. I grew up in my teens listening to this Artist. Had all of her tapes. Loved your reaction. Your response is my Spirit Animal.
I could have listened to Taylor for at least 20 more years and she had talent for that long. Imagine a voice like that on the radio today. It’s just that producers are eating voices up. Both Adele and Sam Smith have had surgeries and those voices are back out there again. How long can they last. Taylor had training and notice how big her mouth opens when she sings. I think Kathy Tricolli was in that video with her singing backup. They matched her for Taylor. Then when that ended Kathy went to contemporary gospel and had a career there. Taylor has tried to come back but never made it back for whatever reasons. I could listen to that big voice forever. I’m glad you liked her she was made for it.
This song is one of tho songs that make you wanna cry whether your in love or not….lol. Not going to lie and say I’ve never listened to this song on repeat….lol. LOVE this song 💟💟💟💟💟
Fun Fact --- This song was originally proposed to the amazing Whitney Houston before going to Taylor Dayne --- Whitney declined the song and ended up with Ms. Taylor Dayne.
I read down through a few of the other comments and I completely agree with those that said listen to, “I will always love you” and she knocked it out of the park singing one of my favorite singers, Mr Barry White, with “Can’t get Enough of Your Love”.
She was not underrated. Michael Jackson himself chose her as his opening act for his Bad world tour in the 80's. When her songs came out , legends of soul music such as Whitney Houston, Sade, Aretha Franklin, Prince, Steve Wonder, Michael Jackson were still young near their peak of popularity, so her songs were not played enough, but Taylor Dayne had a very successful career
She s a great singer. 1989 it came out. Also , the late great Roxette came out then with a nice song you would also like called Listen To Your Heart. Keep up the good work my friend. You got style.😊👍
Top ten singer for me of all time. Powerful ballad singer, and can rock it out. She covered Barry White “ can’t get enough of your love”. It is better than Barry White who was awesome. Sold 75 million records worldwide.
I have a playlist with a few female vocal power ballads on it, including this song. Looking at that, maybe try Without You by Mariah Carey or I Can't Make You Love Me by Bonnie Raitt.
She’s got a bunch of hits - definitely underrated as an artist.
Totally underrated x 1000% she must have not been willing to bow down to the music industry beast system.
Completely agree!
Very underrated!!
She won 3 Grammys!
I still get goosebumps whenever I hear this song and I’ve been listening to it for 30+ years
That's my girl ! Glad the young kids have discovered TAYLOR! Best song ever ! You should hear her song I will always love you .
Prove Your Love, Tell it to My Heart, I’ll Be Your Shelter, Can’t Get Enough of Your love…..all great hits by Taylor!
You know great music.
She sings this one with so much emotion. Big part of what makes it so good.
She has a great voice. This is a great song!
It’s funny to see people freshly hearing classics. This woman’s vocals were WELL BEYOND her time. And she still sounds just as awesome now.
Yep yep the 1980’s ruled. This was her only US Billboard number one. But this is her calm side. This entire album was more mellow for her. Try Tell It To My Heart. She was on FIRE seriously
When I first heard this song I was blown away too. Some songs just draw you in and tug at you.
I'll always love you used to be my fav TD song until I heard this one. Brings back a lot of memories!
My favorite ❤
She has the big big voice that will blow you away.
What a singer...she gives me chills...and thrills!!!!
Love her!
I love your reactions but this one was amazing. This has been my favorite song for so many years.

Taylor Dayne is the bomb 💣😍 So many great songs!

Youngin, it's a pleasure to share with you that Diane Warren composed this masterpiece. Love Will Lead You Back
One of the best reactions I've seen, love that you loved it before it got to the chorus. The song is amazing!
She was my first favorite singer when I was like 9.... had no idea what the songs meant, but loved her voice.
I saw her in 88’ at a gay club in Brooklyn performing; my favorite Taylor Dayne song ❤
Fun watching someone enjoy this awesome song for the first time! Her voice and this song together is dynamic. Great tune. Fun video
Love Taylor Dane with the BIG voice. More great songs are "I'll Always Love You" and "Can't Get Enough of Your Love" (Soul Dancing) LIVE version!!!!
Classically trained.
She could have done opera or Broadway.
Instead; she blessed us with this.
Thank you, Taylor.
You are an eternal star.
Tell It To My Heart is another 🔥 song.
yes!
One of my favorite singers. Still has that great singing voice as she did then.
Download her entire catalogue - you won’t regret it. In my case I was in my early teens when this came out - she’s 60 now and still going strong.
80's lit and on fire a very underated artist. Stephanie Mills with Feel the fire. Phyllis Hyman with You know how to love me.
With Every Beat Of My Heart 🔥song.
Awesome song by Taylor , she’s so underrated and has great songs as well!! She was founded by Prince ❤️💃👍🔥. Her voice has so much soul too ❤.

This song was originally for The late great Whitney Nippy Houston..she turned it down and Taylor Took it to "1
I need to find my Taylor Dayne cassette tape. Listened to her so so much back in the day when she was big. Awesome songs to sing along to.
I never understood why she didn't have more hits. Her voice is incredible but she only had like three songs I can remember. I'll Always Love You is a 🔥song.
Another powerful voice...Laura Branigan "Power Of Love" 1987. RIP Laura
I love Celine Dion's version too - so powerful too
She's awesome. The thing with the 1980s is that the sea of awesome talent was so wide and deep. So many legends for younger generations to unearth still. Fun reaction. I'm about to sub.

I rarely see anyone react to music..passionately as I do.
God Bless you for that.
I grew up in my teens listening to this Artist. Had all of her tapes.
Loved your reaction.
Your response is my Spirit Animal.
This is a good song❣️
Evey since the 80' I love Taylor Dayne. I saw in concert twice
Her one and only #1 song which reached the top in 1990. She had quite a few top 40 hits.
I’m a 70’s teenager and know many passionate love songs equally powerful :). But, yes, I love this song, too!
Hey, I’m 64 and you’ve got to hear Timi Yuro from the 60’s! You’ll LOVE HER! Listen to HURT! ❤️
I know i have watched this over 100 times!!!!
Love it!!!! ❤❤❤❤❤

This has always been an amazing song, she was on back in the day

Beautiful lady with an even more beautiful voice ❤
That song still go hard to this day
Love her music. She also sang a song by Barry White Can't Get Enough of Your Love.
Plzzzz react to more of her songs; I'll always love you & Tell it to my heart 🥰🎶
Extremely underrated. When you mention Celine, Barbara, Whitney, Mariah, Taylor Dayne should be right up in that group.
Fun Fact --- This song was originally proposed to the amazing Whitney Houston before going to Taylor Dayne --- Whitney declined the song and ended up with Ms. Taylor Dayne.
Taylor is one of the best singers ,beautiful and soulful great songs ❤️❤️❤️

Um! Yeah! She got down into ur goosebumps, already!!!
Tell it to my heart is another great song she sings.
If you want songs in a similar style then I suggest Brenda Russell "Piano in the dark"
Taylor Dane was a childhood crush of mine.
THIS IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE SONGS ….. AND I’M A HARD CORE HIP HOP HEAD
I love her voice
You'll love, I'll always love you 🥰
Love this lady!
Listen to her other songs I'll always love you tell it to my heart and can't get enough of your love
All I have to say is SUBSCRIBE I LOVE this channel already.
The song made me fall in love with Taylor Dane.
Billboard NUMBER ONE!!
It took Taylor singing 2 words to hook you lol. I feel ya, she sang her ASS off in this song!
I'll Be Your Shelter would be another great song by Taylor Dayne to listen to.
OT , your first time listening to this, singing along with the chorus, hahahahahaha
React to "I Will Always Love You" by Taylor Dane. Music video.
Hi, I’m a new subscriber she has more songs you would love, I love your energy thanks again 🤗
In the days of lip syncing, she was on Arsenio & told him she never does that. She always sings live.
You should do Tell it to my heart and don't rush me
I was hearing since The 80's
I love your reaction
She did a cover of Can't Get Enough of Your Love by Barry White and it's amazing.
Top ten singer for me of all time. Powerful ballad singer, and can rock it out. She covered Barry White “ can’t get enough of your love”. It is better than Barry White who was awesome. Sold 75 million records worldwide.
🔥
these were the days before autotune existed and you actually had to sound this good to sound this good.
Try and get her version of Pandora's Box's 'Original Sin". It's POWERFUL!!!!
👑 👑 👑 👑
❤❤
I love her version if original sin, amazing vocals.
Young generation folk should listen to the oldies man. Sooo good!! This is what you call songs.
🎶🔥🔥
I have a playlist with a few female vocal power ballads on it, including this song. Looking at that, maybe try Without You by Mariah Carey or I Can't Make You Love Me by Bonnie Raitt.
☮️💙💙💙🔥
Do Phylis Hyman “ Living All Alone”
Or Journey’s “Open Arms”
I think you'll enjoy some Amy Grant songs.
If you hadn't heard of her we definitely failed you. But then again, how haven't we? 😅
