Bit late to this comment, but my 2013 S6 has almost 172k miles on it now and I haven’t had any kind of major breakdown to it. Tuned with bigger turbos and supporting mods since 143k miles. Taken care of but she sees plenty of use as well.

I have an 08 isf and always thought to myself if I should sell and get the s6. Not so much anymore hah. But the s6 with a tune is a whole other animal as well.

The thing about the lexus is all the power is found at the top making a it a powerhouse on rolls.

Yea, very true! Most new Audi’s aren’t too terrible to maintain.. but could potentially cost more than a ISF
i’ve owned both and imma tell you the audi is nicer and better looking but the isf is just more fun

It was super close! If anything, the drivetrain loss of the AWD hurt the s6 on the top end a little
Weight. The S6 has 2 generations more safety equipment that total close to 500lbs, on top of being a 200lb bigger/heavier chassis to start with.

S6 desperately needs a tune. Stock they only peak 10-11 psi..... much more potential to be unlocked.
Very nice guys. I have a stage 3 S6, just got out of an ISF. For $1,200, a stage 1 tune for the S6 will blow the doors that ISF.
100% agree! That’s what I told the s6 owner, turbo charged cars have unreal tuning potential.

@@skrrtgarage3922 true N/A just feels nicer. But I'm leaning towards a twin-turbo V8 german car as my next car. Either RS7, E63S, or M5. OR, go with American muscle and get either a c6 ZR1, hellcat, Zl1, or Viper. So many good choices

I’m looking at the IS350 60-130 from the RR company making kits. 12 seconds… on par with a S6 stock. So ten grand in mods and it’s at best going to pull a car on a fully loaded S6 with a chubby driver.
S6 driver can then go ahead for a grand and bleep bloop blop a new map on with 93 octane and no other mods and crank out a sub 10 second 60-130.
S6 with tune or intake and e85 tune only running 10s @ 125mph range. 11.4 @ 120 on 93 tune and stock hardware.
All said, no more than three grand in mods to be playing with Hellcats in the 1/4.
