I love the multiple inboxes. I already had something similar, but this inspired me to create a master “Capture” area on my home area, then (take it up a notch) and then mirror all the inboxes at the bottom of that capture list!

Great ideas. I’m constantly looking for a single inbox for everything, which I can later move to the appropriate app. Most important to me is quickly getting a thought written down. Many apps and widgets now have the ability to to touch the icon and open up an input area without having to ever go into the app. If that feature were available it would be me goto for anything I think of on the spot. Hopefully, that has been considered and will be incorporated in a future release.

Thanks, it's interesting idea about team inboxes. For personal inbox I prefer messages for myself in messenger, because it's quick and handy by phone and for different media. Workflowy is mostly about already organized stuff for me :)
Also I hope you will bring back the option to remove context menu. It's quite annoying when I only use double click and shortcuts and I need an upper item overlapped by that.
i use the same system. i massage to myself or forward things form other people to myself in telegram. later organize in wf or google calendar.
How do you create a calendar with the date format in Workflowy?
Is there any way to create dates in batch or it has to be done one by one?
Hi weihang0701, currently creation of the dates is done one by one.
@@workflowy Any possibility of sync with Google Calendar. As at work the calendar is used for scheduling like Calendly & the likes.

Hi Notter, yes - if the items have a date tag you can create this search and then star them it you can easily access it from the sidebar or the quick menu. To search all items with a date from last month to yesterday that were not completed you search for (without the parenthesis) '-is:complete last month - yesterday'. You can modify the range so it checks further than one month back, and you can also modify it to also show you today's items by changing it to '-is:complete last month - today'
