That 3rd case, Tamla, who “fell off the balcony” - that Meyer chick was way too informative right off the bat. The operator is basically asking why they’re calling 911 & Meyer’s all establishing an alibi for herself & what might’ve happened to her guest. Rather than actually answering the operator’s question. Totally suspicious.

I'm subscribed to a few body language channels, my fav being "The Behavior Panel " (wink, wink) and that's literally like " guilty as sin 101". 911 is an emergency, come quickly, please help, im so freaked out I'm not capable of thinking coherently....not a monotone, uninterested, way too detailed account of how "it wasn't me, and here's why....oh BTW, she's dead " kinda thing.
And the door alarm had the door opening again ? If she stayed out side , and never came back in the house how did the door open again
Yeah I noticed that as well and got very bad vibes. I think there is way more to the story. Also, I guess it's possible that the audio was cut off but I thought it was very strange when the dispatcher asks for him to check her pulse and he says okay and then starts making up scenarios instead. They acted like they knew there was no chance to save her life.. I honestly thought the dispatcher was just letting him rant to build a case... bull****.. Can't imagine the sorrow the family/friends must be experiencing 😔

I think it was a sacrifice with the cuts on her arm in a diagonal slant way on both arms. They knew what happen to her and the pressure hits to her chest and throat tells me she suffocated she did fight but once she fell over they pushed her head down suffocating her that's the bruising on the back of her head. She was murdered.
The footage of Theo's father struggling to speak and breathe while choking back tears is harrowing. You can't hear any audio, yet the clip is deafening.

that one had me puzzled too, not to add race but to be the only black person among that crowd and no one knows how you died is very very suspicious to me. They said how they told her to stop smoking weed that seems to be maybe what happened she kept going out to smoke and they got irritated with her

@@supersayian193 I don't know about you but I would wager most people would flip the person over who's face down before calling 911 you know to check if she's actually dead of not. Both of the people on the call were to calm at finding a dead body. Most of these you can explain away and yes people do try to add drama to these stories but if you look at what people do when they try and get away with murder and then get caught they sound exactly like this.
That Jose guy seems suspicious. He started telling the dispatcher everything without even being asked. He also tried to access the case files, definitely a red flag.
He seems way too calm and composed for someone who just found a dead body.

I've heard dozens of 911 calls before and none of them were similar to Jose's. He was just spewing out unnessacery information. Even if he didn't directly do it, he must have been involve d indirectly.

The boyfriend and girlfriend in the third case sound extremely suspicious on the 911 call. I know everyone reacts differently to stressful situations, but the Meyers woman's first response to the 911 operator is strange to say the least. I mean, she immediately begins to tell the events from the previous night as if she is being interrogated and then goes on to give her theory of what happened. It just doesn't add up.
I agree. But i know a reason for doing that as I’ve done it with my parents… Basically the situation alone makes anybody apart of it seem suspicious, so sometimes the first thought is to declare your innocence. Definitely not something you want to do with police officers when it’s about a murder. My opinion on the case is it sounds like a purge plot. A bunch of racist a-holes torturing then killing a black person. The discoveries in the autopsy tell you she was murdered - unless she had all of these problems prior to falling off the balcony. 🤷🏼♀️

Theo’s disappearance is the most frightening to me as I’ve lived in Australia all my life. The area his cellphone last pinged would have been almost impossible for somebody to travel through as it was steep bushland. The fact our emergency services have failed to discover any clues or evidence of his whereabouts is terrifying. I hope his family find peace.

Poor Relisha. Her mother dropped the ball. There’s something very strange about letting a strange man take your child, tell school officials he’s a doctor when he’s not, meanwhile you can’t track down the child… so so sketchy
if you think she didnt sell her and intentionally mislead authorities, you are probably a better if more naive person then the rest of us
Tatum was supposed to be the real doctor but turned out it wasn't him. So I wouldnt suspect the mom or she even knew about this or tatums criminal background

I wish her mother was arrested. Yes, she was on drugs and didn’t care. She lied to police on where she was.
No, she didn’t “kind of drop the ball,” she *really* did. She threw that ball on the ground. I feel for that poor kid. Her mom’s all “I don’t want to be blamed anymore,” but it’s on her too. She may not have killed her kid but she willingly let her kid go into a strange, shady situation. Repeatedly. She even covered for the guy. I’m not saying he’s guilty although it’s definitely shady, and I’m not saying she’s solely to blame.
There were lots of moments when people could’ve made different choices and maybe this story would have a better ending.
But it’s so sad because all Relisha wanted was a parent, someone to take good care of her. She wasn’t born to a good mother & because of that, she sought that love and support elsewhere. In dangerous places. Poor kid. 💟
Relisha’s mom knows what happened to her. You can tell by her actions and the lack of any care where her daughter was or who had her - she knew exactly who had her. I dunno if she willingly just gave Relisha to that sick man or if he paid her for Relisha, but I believe she was given to him and did whatever he wanted and got rid of Relisha.
Her step father is completely innocent, I don’t think he had any clue what his poor excuse for a wife and mother was doing while he was working.
I am so hurt for this baby.
She was also featured on The Steve Wilkos Show and was extremely sketchy, she REFUSED to do a lie detector test. You can obviously tell she knows EXACTLY what happened to her daughter.

One day it’ll all crash down on her, and yeah, it’ll be too late to do anything, but it will never leave her or her name clean. She’ll be known as a shit mother forever.

I know if one of my friends was mysteriously found dead in my backyard, I can guarantee I'd have the decency to give my friend a name rather than referring to her as: "she" "the woman" "one of the guest".

well yes and no. As mentioned, they had met at their kids football games i believe and it had only been a while of them including tamala in their group. So i guess they didn’t really consider her their “friend.” I had seen other videos on her case and if i’m correct, that was the first time she had a sleepover with them and she had brought an expensive tequila to share with them but they refused to drink it and even made fun of her for it. There was more to her case i just can’t remember all the details
The fact that they even started the 911 call by explaining their alibi and not saying "please help, someone has fallen off the balcony" which would have been a normal assumption/reaction from partygoes is definitively suspicious. In the photo on the couch with Tamla they look like they are ignoring her and have devilish grins on their faces. I think since Tamla was the only black girl there and murdered so heinously this was a premeditated lynching. Did anyone interview these people to see how they explain her other injuries (sprained wrist, cuts)? This smells of racism and cover up. Im sorry
That town is very racist and a KNOWN sundown town, a sundown town is a town that tells Black people to be out of the town before sundown or they will be hung. Black Americans tried to tell her but she was from the islands and would not listen.
I agree and as a host you find one of your friends in the morning like that, reaction would be to rush go and see turn her over no matter what, like try to wake her up and check for pulses and breathing. Not let her as she is and both went on the call 911 and she is " stiff "

I agree. Tamla case: the friend and her boyfriend didn't sound urgent enough if you just woke up and found her and immediately called 911 you're not just gonna leave her there and say "I don't know if she's breathing I haven't checked" in my opinion you would be frantic, scared, confused, and trying to save her life. Instead of just noticing how she's stiff and not even touch her.
Regarding the first case, I’m going to make a speculation and say that Tatum was sexually assaulting Relisha. I would even wager that his wife caught him which caused him to kill her. He got scared about getting caught and decided to kill Relisha, and then realized he wasn’t going to get out of this and decided to take his life. Again, pure speculation, but that seems most likely about this situation.

He definitely was sexually assaulting her. You can see in the footage of the hotel, he bought her a bunch of stuff probably toys to keep her distracted or happy for the moment being nine the wiser that she was in the company of a child molester monster.
He bought that stuff a month before they found his body. He already knew he was going to kill her. He didn't do it out of fear.

" Hello dispatch I'm Jose, JOSE, my name is not linked to any murder that definitely did not happen here, there is a body on the lawn which me or my partner definitely didn't murder, its beneath a balcony which means she must have fallen off, I, not being the murderer have never ever touched this woman and I will not try to see if she is alive because at the point in which she fell she must have died then , although I was not around to witness anything as I am not the murderer, the way she is lying on the ground , in which I had no part in placing the body there means she must have fallen, have I mentioned she must have fallen and I didn't murder her"

The last missing girl from HK, it’s allegedly that her mom was also “missing” and the government asked someone to pretend her mom to corporate with government accusing. Basically the entire family is missing now.
Ugh Tamala's case gives me a pit in my stomach every single time I hear about it. This woman and her family deserve justice.
Tamla’s case is so heartbreaking and it’s upsetting that they just said that her death was accidental because it’s clear to everyone that those two were involved and the 911 call plus the physical abuse of her body just tells it all!!! She deserves Justice❤️❤️❤️
There's a huge difference between what Detectives know, and what the D.A. can prove in a Court of Law.
It's clear? Yeah, it is clear. It's clearly an accidental fall. Your best evidence for murder is some cuts, and an unusual 911 call that still adresses the problem. That's it. And somehow that outweighs all the overwhelming evidence pointing to an accidental fall? Boy, I'm glad you're involved with the legal system. You seriously cant take a 911 call and use that as if that was your only resource then be convinced that theyre guilty because of the way they addressed the problem. That's nonsense especially when you have facts and evidence at your disposal beyond a speculative 911 call. And plus, the cuts are explainable too. I'm so glad that you covered the Theo Hayes disappearance, although you neglected to mention many of the strange circumstances of the night he went missing... his phone was tracked toward and along Tallows beach and at times he appeared to be running and hiding in the bush that surrounded the beach. I moved out of Byron Bay a month before his disappearance and believe it was not an accident.

Just by his walk you could see he was drunk or had taken something , even so it doesn't explain how he got to where he was and why he can't be found

Cheeky monkeys stays open the latest in Byron Bay. They like the ratio to be more females than males. If you aren't buying drinks and spending money you can get asked to leave (backpackers don't have alot of money to waste). If he asked for water at the bar which is free instead of booze they'd communicate that to security and he'd be asked to leave so people lining up outside can come in and spend money... just saying.
His phone was turned off and then turned back on hours later and found on the other side of the light house from tallows beach. So if he climbed up he made it to the top. But maybe got cocky and sat on the other side waiting for the sunrise and fell in?
A woman's body was found buried where his phone pinged on tallow near the cliffs.
I think some of his stuff or the woman's stuff was found in Nimbin in an abandoned house.
Also... sorry to back track. He was walking back to hostel but then turned around and went back the way he came but taking short cuts not exactly on side walks and roads. He walked all the way to a football field and stayed there for 20 minutes before proceeding through the bush heading out to the beach. His hat was found in that bush.
His phone played comedy videos from Belgium. His phoned showed that he ran away from the beach and then came back before turning off.
I think he met someone/ people, expressed possible watching sunrise or going to the light house as they were heading there already. Tagged along. They walked to football field and met up with others. These others were more rowdy. One of the rowdy members was picking on Theo as Theo was alone and the outsider of the group. On the way through the bush a member of the group took his hat and put it on to bully Theo and then threw it instead of giving back to Theo. Out on the beach at some stage Theo showed funny video to win someone over and change the mood with comedy video. At some point he was beaten up and ran attacker chased and accidentally killed him and took phone, turned it off. To cover murder they went to top near light house turned phone on and threw it to make it look like he fell in.
As for the woman's body found where they were hanging out, maybe a coincidence or maybe she was killed in relation to this. I'm not sure of time frame of her death. If anyone knows feel free to fill me in.

The first thing she said to the dispatcher was that they were having a party and drinking. It’s like she trying to explain how innocent the party was. I would’ve called screaming that my friend fell off the balcony I don’t trust that lady one bit her boyfriend is off too she handed the phone to him so fast because she didn’t know what to say plus they sound too calm to find a friend that fell off the balcony.
How did it go from her drinking alot then falling to getting into a fight them tossed off the balcony to racial stuff 100 yrs prior... that was added for BLM hands down
@@Akren905 Well the “racial stuff 100 years prior” explains how that town is notoriously known for being racist, which is a fact and is relevant when the only Black woman at a house party amongst white people is found dead, and not only dead, found with a broken neck, multiple scratches, internal bleeding, broken wrist etc. Not even to mention the fact that the homeowners boyfriend tried multiple times to retrieve the death/case records and got fired for that? Why would he need to do that if it was an accidental death and no one was involved??

9:47 they were strangely calm the whole phone call. If she supposedly just found her friend dead a normal person would be quick to help her, check if she’s breathing. Her boyfriend didn’t want to flip Tamla over to see if she was alive, and they repeatedly stated that she was “lying face down.” almost like they staged it. They also kept retelling their story “we had people over, we were drinking” like they were already trying to prove their innocence. That’s the kind of stuff you would tell the police after they get there, not to 911 dispatch. That poor woman was murdered.
He was giving too many details of why people were over and his wife immediately mentioned her falling off the balcony, thats to the dispatch worker, who is really only there to send the emergency service and try and give advice on preserving life, there should be some sort of panic and an attempt to give the dispatch more details of her condition , "had he even said we have turned her over we arent sure what to do , help , please" some dispatchers get them to attempt cpr because they obviously can't see the body. None of that happened, they both essentially gave the opinion of her falling over the balcony, which is their explanation and an easy excuse, plus a bit of an alibi in that she was outside alone, meaning we were never around her and didn't murder her honest, I doubt she fell, the wounds are more of a beating than a fall.
The sad thing is , is even as armchair detectives using common sense and experience of seeing so many murders, we can put logic together, yet the police are too lazy or inept to do their job properly.

@@aqueladonao2982 What does race have to do with anything? Maybe they simply got along well together and it was a coincidence that they were white and she was the only one who was black. If they were racist they couldn't invite her to their house to begin with. She was out smoking weed on their deck probably along with the other moms there. That doesn't sound racist bias from anyone to me.
Based on her behaviour (and the fact that she told her mother she was hearing voices), it seems like Chan could have been going through a highly disorganised manic episode with psychotic features. Such episodes typically look pretty much exactly like this.
it reminds me of the Elisa Lam case when she was playing with the elevators and she ended up in water too
Tamla's death was definitely not "accidentle". The girlfriend wasn't even broken up about her death, the boyfriend was pretty much giving out information, the batteries to the camera weren't "dead" he got rid of the evidence and put dead batteries in. He even tried digging into the case at the station he worked at, he should've been put under a lie detector test along with his girlfriend. What about his friend? They didn't even try to investigate her death further, and I bet someone broke her neck before throwing her over the balcony. The should've made sure she wasn't sexually molested as well in the autopsy. If she would've "fallen" over the balcony by herself there would've been more blood to where she had fallen. Plus if she struggled, why did no one hear it? Not everyone in that house was intoxicated, no it was no accident, she was murdered.
Prayers to her family and I hope they catch those assholes who violently killed that poor woman. She didn't deserve to be taken away from this world, from her family.
I remember another video about Tamla's death, it was quite detailed. There are so many inconsistencies in her case; I think she was murdered. I believe she'd just moved to that town as well, so they were in no way her friends. There were a lot of people involved, not just the ones at the 'party', but the many who covered for them. I hope there's justice for her and her family soon.

A family member disappearing and never being found is honestly one of the worst things that could probably happen to someone, no closure and just restless torment of “what if”
It still amazes me that we have the Mars Rover, wandering around another planet to see if there was/is/could be sustainable life on the planet, but we still haven't figured out a way to stop selling grainy CCTV cameras!!!

Good quality cheap security cameras have only recently been developed. There is a world of inferior cameras that will slowly be replaced by high resolution cameras. It will take many years.
Mars Rover crap is lying bunk. Meant to distract the masses. Give them hope in something besides the truth, that the biblical God is real and made us and this world.
Maybe a law needs to be to outlaw low quality security cameras. They basically obstruct justice. Just a thought.
I think that Barrera's and Myers' behavior was typical of those who have committed a crime and want to distance themselves from it. They were speaking about Tamla as if she were a stranger. They wouldn't turn her over bc they already knew what happened to her and it wasn't a simple fall.

But you know if you found a possibly dead body, would you also go, tamper with possible evidence left in the body, and thus leaving your trace and considered as a suspect?
Heck, even if she is alive, it is also recommended that if you're uneducated in first aids and such, do not touch or move the body as it might make it worse.
Not saying that they couldn't be the killer but I think it's too stupid for people rushing to blame it to certain individuals just because these peoples behaviour contradicting how the person complaining would behave. -_-

@@user-vd8vk5ju3q Regardless of his approach, he made a valid point. It is recommended not to move a person who has suffered traumatic injuries as it can actually make matters worse. Many people wait for instructions from the 911 operator before moving or otherwise disturbing the body.

Tamala was clearly killed by her friend and her boyfriend. Notice how when the call starts, the first thing the friend tries to do is explain what they had been doing the last night, and when the boyfriend speak, he also tries to explain unrelated events from last night without being asked. A sign of guilt is trying to build a timeline of event as quickly as possible in order to diverge any suspicion from you

You failed to mention in the Theo case that witnesses at the bar stated that Theo didn't seem too intoxicated when he was thrown out. But the bouncer claimed he was removed due to being too intoxicated.
I remember Theos case. I arrived in Australia in May 2019 when I went there for my own backpacking year and people were spreading news about his disappearance in the Work & Travel Facebook Groups. I haven't thought about it again until now. Very strange case.

There would've been defensive wounds if he had tried to rape her. There weren't. Likewise, her body would've been further from the house if she had been pushed.
Or they were all drunk and instead of Rape, Barrera may have just been fooling around with her sexually, and Meyer walked in on them and SHE ended up killing Tamla while intoxicated and angry.

In the one about Tamla, he was a little too calm on the phone with 911. But the whole case was suspect in my opinion. I hope she gets justice one day. I don't really believe it was an accident at all. That's supposedly your friend, so why wouldn't you check her to see if she's ok after you find her face down in your yard? 2+2 doesn't equal 5.

I found it very strange how they said something about her eating gumbo soup (common among black people) and then pointing out how she was the "only one who smoked (weed)" after she had died..very strange to me. I found those things very strange.

And both claiming to be the last one to see her doesn't sound rehearsed either. If they had, their accounts would match.

I think theos and the next one after his were the most unusual. Theos really gave me chills a lot of dead ends. He texts his step sister “what’s up” indicating he is still ok and normal. What’s unusual is he goes in an opposite direction and goes missing. The dark figured one gives me chills too really no answers with that one…

The 1st case the mother definitely sold her daughter and she needs to go to prison! As a woman my daughter isn’t going to live with a man that isn’t her father. There really isn't a reason for him to look up at the camera so that's not an indication of a hit. However, the fact he arrived 30 seconds later and looked to be following him does make me think that he killed him.

What makes Yin Lam’s case so controversial is that the police immediately claimed it’s no suspicion even though her body strangely did not have clothes on.
In 2019, there were suspiciously high number of dead bodies found in the sea or fell from buildings. And they often wears black outfits which was the outfit worn by a lot of protesters. Every time, the police ended cases claiming there’s nothing suspicious. For instance, there was a body found in the sea with hands tied and police didn’t investigate it.
Also another case which have as much controversy as Yin Lam ‘s case is a boy who died felling off a 2 floor high parking lot. The falling clearly isn’t the only cause for the damage to his body and professionals studied his condition and concluded that he might be beaten by people and got dumped down the building. Yet every time the police just end cases immediately and keep rejecting releasing CCTV footages.
There are more than imaginable footages about police beating people up and threatening to dump ppl into the sea. The police is notorious at that time and the government which just blindly cover up for them is equally not trusted by a lot of people. Their actions are suspicious so there are conspiracies around cases. For the boy’s case, after people urging for justice, the court finally investigate and concluded that it is a suspicious case (one or two years after the incident)coz a lot of evidence are lost . It means that police was wrong for closing the case so quick and their motive for doing so is evermore suspicious.
According to me, in the last clip the girl in the cctv footage was acting sus. She kept looking at the cctv camera like she knew she was being watched. Also, the way chan's family did not show any struggle and simply accepted that she had committed suicide was also suspiscious.
How is the family accepting that she committed suicide suspicious? They know her better than you or me or 1000 internet sleuths.

I don’t think Chan Yin Lan took her own life. Why would she take off her clothes?? And there is just so much evidence against the theory that’s he killed herself. And like the girl said, why would she kill herself by drowning when she’s a swimmer?

Someone needs to reopen it for sure, none of the women there even gives a crap. Shame on all of them. They should have taken each one one by one and scared them to see who would break by telling what really happened. The local cops were pathetic in this case. The boyfriend probably wanted it, she refused and he attacked her, then fell or was pushed. The GF, shame on her.

Chan yin-lam reminds me of Elisa Lam. I've seen people experiencing an episode of psychosis and there's a chance that Chan indeed went into psychosis. Note that the keyword here is "chance". Not saying there aren't other possibilities.

Tamla’s case: If she is of average height (which we can estimate because of family photos) she would not be able to just fall off the balcony because of the 4 foot railing. She would have to jump, exude a lot of force, or have to be pushed.
I want to know where the cigarette ended up. Where did it land? How far was it from her body? When the door was last opened was it still open in the morning? I don’t even know how it wasn’t immediately investigated as homicide because that already gives you two alternate stories that are equally important to be solved.
My guess: I think that she did stick to the plan of going out on the balcony for a smoke. She hadn’t yet gone back inside and was possibly waiting for the sun to come up. It takes about 6 minutes to smoke a cigarette, she went out to the balcony at 1:50 and the door was opened for the final time at 1:57, I think whoever may have come out to the balcony came from the kitchen where they grabbed a knife and opened the door as she was just putting out her cigarette. I think she was held at knifepoint and was told not to make any noise. I believe there was struggle and for every noise she made, she was cut. Whoever did this had a plan. Who else was out of everyone’s sight the whole time the previous day? The men. Those two men. One held her down the other cut her. When they were were done with her they slit her wrist in hopes of making it look like a suicide. They pushed her over the balcony in hopes of making it look like “an accident.” This 👏 was 👏 no 👏 accident 👏
One thing that is inconclusive to me is motive. Why? What did she do to her killer to only be punished by death? Was it revenge? Revenge on others who loved her? Attempted rape? Did she witness something she wasn’t supposed to? Did she know something she wasn’t supposed to know?
You seem to have more details than was given in this story. Where did you get the additional information? I saw nothing of a sliced wrist, but a dislocated or broken wrist.

Meyers aunt is the one who discovered Tamla, she said she knelt down and prayed after seeing the sight of her, then stood up and went to knock in the master bedroom, she thought she heard the shower running and didn't want to disturb.
This act right there tells me she knew Tamla was dead because if she was in a state of shock and didn't know if Tamla was dead or alive, she would have done something instead of wait for them to finish showering FIRST.
Also, the couple says they weren't showering so they don't know where the aunt heard the running water from, that they were just laying in bed.
And another thing - Tamla's husband said Tamla had a high alcohol tolerance and doesn't believe she accidentally hurt herself because she was intoxicated.
That’s crazy. If they said they weren’t showering they was probably trying to clean blood off of there self or something.
If I found my friend face down in my backyard I would have flipped her over and try to wake her up or see if I could do anything. I wouldn’t just leave her there….

Most of the “unexplained” cases are quite easily understood once you apply factors related to intoxication and/or mental illness.

hi. firstly, thank you for the video. i am from hong kong. the last case which about chan‘s highly drawing my attention. i participated the protest like many of the hong kongers. when we first read the news about chan’s dead body was found by drowning. we surely not belived it she committed sucide. most of the hong kong people thought what you mentioned on the video. so many ppl was heart-breaking for her dead.
Relisha’s mom was on the Steve wilkos show 2 times in 2017 and 2021 and she refused to take a lie detector both times about her daughter she had every excuse about why she couldn’t take a test

The second case is chilling. I lived at the exact same hostel and in the area, and I've definitely done some dumb things stumbling through the city while drunk. Like getting a cab home from a party and then just telling the driver to let me out even though I wasn't even close to the hostel and then walking all the way home.
