Let us know what you think of this video and leave your theories below!
One of my favourite channels of this genre, along with Nexpo and Eudexia.
Ahw my gosh the voice narrating gives such a vibe❤💜 reminds me of the older video’s that I love to always re-watch.. please keep uploading more vid’s just like this!
True crime junkie here. This is my first video I have seen from y’all (yes, I am Southern). Very well done, and I actually made sure I subscribed within the first few minutes. Btw, you also got me to comment, which I very rarely do. I look forward to viewing more.
That Attorney definitely knows something about the the Sherman Murder way to suspicious.
I love this series so much I still found it less than an hour after it was uploaded even without being recommended by UA-cam.
Eliza Sherman murder seems like her attorney and hubby set her up. I hope they eventually find who was responsible.
That was a hit! No if's and's or what's about it.
I would be extremely surprised if at least one of them, if not both, weren't involved in her death. From what was presented, both seem like terrible people.
That's exactly what I've always thought
It seems so. From what it looks like, the call/text from her attorney to meet in his office was unscheduled so there should be no one else beside him and his staff who would know where she'd be on a specific time.
Definitely was set up the way the murderer ran kinda seemed like an older person by the way they were running it wasn’t an energetic run like you expect from a younger person idk I think the murder is an older person
Never stop this series. It's the best on UA-cam
I spent my summers in Shelby as a kid. It's hard to believe something so tragic happened there. I am so sorry for her parents and pray for the best outcome for them.
Regarding the first case of Asha, I immediately couldn't get my mind off the theory she was possibly groomed and taken by a teacher who worked at the same school she attended. Hopefully the police looked into it and cleared it. But it would make sense given the fact they're sure the book wasn't hers but was from her schools library. Plus the new kids on the block shirt could've been something more relevant to an older individual rather than herself and that's why it was also found.
Exactly what I was thinking. I think someone in her school, or possibly her school bus driver, groomed her and lured her away.
I've been by her billboard, it's still up. I believe either the bus driver, because she was walking that route, or an adult convinced her to leave, and he had brought clothing for her to wear or bought on the way. Her bag was found 30 miles away so she wasnt killed immediately. They should look into all the adults at the school who had access. They couldve brought the book from school for her to read in the car.
I always love the background music. It’s so haunting and mysterious
It really does add to it!!
Asha Degree’s case is one of the strangest and most disturbing cases that I have ever come across. What would motivate a young girl to walk in the rain in the early hours of the morning, and then sprint into the dark woods after being spotted? Was she meeting someone by that shed in the dark during a heavy downpour? That seems unlikely, but maybe that was just a detour she took after being seen by the two drivers, and then she possibly met up with someone after that. Or maybe she did run away for whatever reason, and was just in the wrong place at the wrong time, and met her demise by being picked up by the wrong stranger. Overall though, it just doesn’t make any sense. Heartbroken for her family. Looks like she would’ve aged into a wonderful and beautiful young woman. 😔
I wonder if she was sleepwalking
She was groomed and lead out by a predator. A child is easy to groom and order around under the right psychopath mind.
@@beck1830 Sleepwalking would have explained her long and unbothered walk at night when it was raining, but her running away into the woods works against it. If she was indeed sleepwalking, she would have continued going her way as if nothing was going on. Or, if she was awakened by the strangers, she would have stood disoriented for a moment or two. Running into the woods suggest being awake. However, I'm no psychologist or expert on sleepwalking, so I might be wrong on that one.
She was sleepwalking. Got caught up in the forest either died from being out in the forest or someone grabbed her promising to be nice (probably broke into the school to get that book?) then killed her and disposed of the body.
@@AlirioAguero2 she run into the forest the moment she woke up when the motorist turned around to ask her. Sleepwalker can behave suddenly or even aggressively when they wake up in an unknown and confusing environment where they don't expect to be.
Asha could have been sleepwalking. it sounds like she was following her normal morning routine... just a few hours early
Stories like these with the music always give me chills
I'm an ex homicide defective. Something about Degrees case doesn't make sense. A lot of it doesn't, but there's something about that shed and backpack found that just isn't clicking for me. I'm going to have to look into this one deeper.
keep us updated if you get any theories
Anything yet?
Defective lol

I remember this beautiful child. I lived in the area & her family put up billboards with that angels face all over. Broke all of our hearts & made us hug our kids just a little longer each night.
Love the channel! I would love it if you’d put up the mark on the red time bar separating each story so I can get an idea of how long each story is! (Just a thought and I don’t think it’s too hard to do but I’m not sure!) thank you as always for the wonderful content!
So someone sees a young child walking down the road, then runs into the woods and they left without calling the police. Sounds suspicious.
Not really…what are you going to tell the cops…I saw someone who looked young walking alone and they ran away, quite justifiably, when I tried to approach?
Wooo new episode!!! Nice spooky atmosphere for the spooky season you guys are awesome!!! 💙🤍
Appreciate you!
You guys have to bring this series back!!! I’ve listened to all of these countless times. So good- especially with the original music.
Y'all make such good content, wish you'd upload more 😢
These videos take so long to make and I wouldn't like to comprimise on quality, but we will try!..Thanks for your support!
@@FactFactionYT Y'all are amazing and I give everyone who works on your videos props. The editing is like a TV show. Amazing work!
Halloween is never complete without FACTFACTION!!
S#x crimes against children should get life in prison NOT just 14 yrs..uugh
Keeping your children ignorant of the threats in the world does not provide any stability. Sheltered children are much more vulnerable to predators.
I wish you guys would upload videos like this more I live this channel
Again, congrats on 1,000,000 subs!
I pray for Asha and her parents . We should continue to pray in the midst of such pain and heartache -- not giving up hope . God is sovereign .
I’ve been subscribed to your channel for several years! I love your cases and content! Congratulations on you 1M subscribers! 😊👏🏼
If your reading this your blessed ! Please always be cautious of your surroundings . Tomorrow isn’t promised to anyone. I’ve been walking late nights by myself to work, I don’t let these videos discourage me, but only make me more Aware and defensive . God Bless to anyone reading this .
If the book Asha was found with was from her school library but not hers, why didn't they check who DID check it out last??
Maybe it was her who checked it out? 🤷♀️
They said the book was not hers, therefore she did not check it out.
What would that help with.
She was groomed and tricked by a predator.
Or check the schools cameras🤷♀️
@@j.khuster2024 assuming it wasn't another child to check the book out, it could mean an adult had checked it out instead and given it to her as a "gift" which a lot of child predators do. If that happened, police could find the adult and actually look into them and anything/anyone else that might link them to her.
To me, it sounds like Asha Degree was sleepwalking. Imagine how creepy it was when my dad woke up about 3am one night to the sounds of someone playing our pinball machine in the basement directly below my parents’ room. Not one light had been turned on indicating either myself or my younger siblings had come down to the main level and then gone down to the basement, nor would we at 12, 9 and 6. Darkness, basements, kids, etc. My dad reached the bottom of the stairs and at the opposite end of the pitch-black basement was my 6 year-old brother, up on a stool with his hands on the flipper buttons and all the game lights flashing and ringing loudly. Never in a million years would he have done that knowingly and my dad didn’t want him to wake up and realize he had. My dad softly said, “Hey bud, time for bed.”He replied, “It’s broken.” and walked right by my dad and back up two flights to his bed with my dad following closely behind in disbelief. After that, it got scarier because he went outside on occasion, would walk to the mailbox and do other things that were familiar to him with no knowledge. Asha essentially got ready for school, put on one of her favorite outfits, backpack and walked the bus route (familiar) even without a bus present. The rain leads me to believe that even more because she didn’t react. If she woke up, she would’ve been terrified, cold, confused and possibly hid afraid as to how she’d explain this having never been one to do anything she wasn’t supposed to. She could’ve gone for help in the morning and run into the wrong person. Just my brainstorming having witnessed it before with my brother.
Never thought about that! Wow! I actually slept walk once around the age of 13. Ended up running out the front door and about 6 houses away. Pounded on this poor elderly lady's house and she freaked! I was dreaming my best friend was being killed. So I was really frantic. Her son came out and walked with me down the street playing along and as we were walking I started waking up. He then walked me home and locked the front door. At the time I was in my dream, another world. But the next day all of it started coming back to me. So strange! Sleepwalking is a definite possibility!
How do you explain her running into the woods if she was sleeping walking?
@@Englishham people who sleepwalk, if woken up, they can panic and run.. that's why you never wake up a sleepwalker while they do it...
My brother jumped out his window which was very very high off the ground as our house was kind of on a slope. He went to the neighbors house and knocked on the door. When she answered, there he is...a 15 year old boy in nothing but his tighty whiteys. He woke up when she answered and she walked him back home and told my dad what had happened. He also almost lost a toe one night when he walked into a fan that had no front cover on it. I think your theory is quite plausible.
@@spacyco That definitely sounds plausible.
Poor little girl. I'm soooo sick of these sick twisted miscreant predators preying on our children. I will never understand how anyone can hurt an innocent child. It sickens me. Give me 15 minutes alone with each of these bastards!
For the last case, I’m sure they can easily trace her last client by her phone calls/ msgs &/or computer history. I assume he called/ msgd her before he arrived or when they set up the appointment? That’s usually what they do in other cases like this.
That'd be too easy and they'd had found the guy already, so I'm assuming that he called her from a burner phone, especially if he planned to kill her.
@@monicanavarro2906 yes you’re right, he most had to have used a burner phone. I’m sure they checked that all out anyways, they usually do.
if the alleged client was the one who killed her, then that dude is a ninja master in the art of killing... in which case I'd be curious as to who hired the hitman, because he would almost certainly have to be a hitman, unless there was a pattern of women/prostitutes turning up dead in this fashion. Someone doesn't as a one shot deal decide to kill a prostitute and end up doing so, so efficiently roughly 20 minutes. He would almost certainly have to get blood all over him, because people don't automatically die or die quickly from a slit throat. He'd either need to slit her throat and then hold her in place or choke her out and then slit her throat..., but lucky for him they're both naked, so all he has to do is take a quick shower and then put his clean clothes back on. She apparently had been arrested a month prior on prostitution charges and based on claims from the family she was working on something with her lawyer that was going to clear her of the charge. So, in other words, the police almost certainly had her working as an informant and this is what likely got her killed.
Unsolved cases are the worst 😫 😪 but with technology getting smarter I'm sure authorities will find out who's done it! So sad for all these people and their families. Thanks for the fast an enjoyable stories.
My favorite channel has done it again! I hope this reaches more people!
I eagerly wait for their new uploads. Always feels like a new mystery movies
I wonder if the people working at the library were ever looked into for asha's case. It has always baffled me and i pray for the family. I never heard any of this newer information, ty!
I had the same thoughts considering the only adults who had access to her would have been at her school plus the discovery of the library book
new kids on the block = child trafficking
Fab content as usual. Keep up the good work. 👍👍👍👍
The videos quality is through the roof!
CONGRATS ON THE ONE MILLION SUBS!!!🎉
Thank you! Still can't believe it
Shelby's killer may NOT have blood all over him. If he was naked when he did it and came from behind, all the blood would have spewed forward. And if he had gotten any on him, he could have rinsed off and / or covered it up when he got dressed again.
Good point. They also said that she texted her boyfriend/pimp at 8:40 that everything was done and she was paid. But it took the "client" another ten minutes to leave? Maybe he was washing off.
If I was a betting woman I’d put money on Eliza’s husband and her shady lawyer were in cahoots .
Absolutely
Easy money
The only case I've heard of is Asha Degree. I think she could've been groomed by someone and they lured her out of her house. It's the only thing I see happening and what would make sense. Why else would she leave in the middle of the night when she was scared of the dark? It doesn't make sense.
Yup they need to look at family members and friends
Sleepwalking
Sometimes truth may be stranger than fiction
@Reggiezombiewhy everytime someone says a theory about her case you reply by shutting it down kinda weird. Just because it's possibly family member doesn't mean it's easier to catch them
@Reggiezombie them steroids are leaking into you brain
Unsolved murders give me major anxiety 😟
The state of The world should. Ppl need go grow a spine rl Quick, stop voting on criminal, greedy, puppet sellouts evru 4th year, or we all soon be very anxieted....... And taxd beyond any hope of repair. We need a new system and with banks and big Corp by individual small governed communities instead of politicians selling to highest bidder, bank or big Corp. The few insanely rich families Who only want max power. The money they already own it all. Inkl u with ur name in all caps and birth cert. Ur (a) stock.
I know me too, but we still watch them lol
Unsolved missing people give me most anxiety. But that’s the kick of even watching it
i think Unsloved means glimps of hope for the family of missing person
Same but I watch them to realize that I should not take things for granted I’m only 14
My theory for Aisha is that she was sleepwalking and then one of the drivers picked her up. I'd look into the driver that said she ran into the forest. I'd be suspicious that they actually abducted her and they're just saying that she ran.
Right
Would it be extremely stupid if you voluntarily come out and report that while you're the abductor?
@Reggiezombiehe said its a theory
Wow .. not only must we deal with shady lawyers, now they’re dangerous also? Great…
Moore must be in on it if he isn’t the culprit himself.
I wonder if the police looked into the people at Asha church? She trusted the people she interacted with all the time.
Exactly what I think: she was groomed to runaway by someone either at her school or church.
When i got through these videos I always look up the names to see if there’s any progress/solved. Glad to see that they’ve made an arrest in regard to toya
For Shelby's murder, did they (police) attempt to see if he bf/pimp cell phone was in the same room as her when she sent the "good" text? Because her client's demeanor seems calm, line no weird movements when he entered & exit. So it could be the pimp, or a 3rd suspect that somehow was able to enter her place. And if there was a 3rd, they would have to have known the code word (good) if they knew how those two work. Now I wonder what is the time stamp on the text plus the time stamp on the footage match at all if the police story claims she sent the text after her client left. Or could've been a side job that her bf doesn't know about. So many unanswered questions
Been watching this series for years and years
Brilliant video!
Really I haven't seen an upload from you in so long PLZZ 🥰🙄 more videos from you.. Your channel always have my undivided attention especially when you don't upload for a while..💪🏾💓
That means a lot, thanks!
@@FactFactionYT you very much welcome 👌🏾💓‼️‼️
i think the suspect for the lisa case is a woman because the way they're running and they way theyre shaped, small, perhaps skinny and fast. something abt the arm swaying makes it feel like a female.
Same, I'm positive the murderer is a woman.
Its the way she’s running like shes carryng a bag… most males dont walk that way… so for sure a women
FactFaction makes the best unsolved case videos
I could never just pass by a young child walking down the road at the time. Sad
Imo Asha 100% met foul play and the person who attacked her knew who's child they were attacking. I believe her parents had enemies.
This is so good very fascinating and intriguing!😉👍
Something about ashas face gives me an uneasy feeling
😔😔😔😔😔😔 so sad... good that you never gave up in these cases.
Anytime a child goes missing it’s an emergency. The poor little girl either had a sleepwalking episode or she was fleeing from a known predator ? Anyone hurting a child deserves no mercy.
Ok.
Need to do more videos like this to raise awareness some of these cases tend to get forgotten about over the years
These are my favourite kind of videos from you guys!
CONGRATULATIONS FOR HITTING 1M SUBSCRIBERS 🎉🎉🎉
Once I start watching these I can't stop
In the Asha Degree story, they forgot to mention that picture of the mysterious other little girl who has yet to be identified.
Other girl picture? Found where? From Asha's discarded bag or somewhere else?
Your videos are the besttt
Been binge watching your videos all morning. Definitely subbing. Great job in the way you put videos together.
I love this channel 👏🏿
Aliza Sherman's case is similar to Missy Bevers who was also killed by a unidentified person by stabbing who is also limping/strange gait.
Love this Series, wish you could upload more often, also I wish UA-cam had not screwed you
If you seen her walking why not stop and make sure she was okay
Um she might run in the woods if u stop
Because they abducted her and used the "ran into the woods" story to cover their ass and the police believed em
@@thomasmorano7779 🤣🤣🙏❤️
They did try to and she took off into the woods
@@dubiousdevil9572literally what I believe. If not that , definitely a family member.
Regarding the Asha Degree case, that library book found in the shed could be a big key. Do we know if her school's staff has been investigated?
I missed you 😊 glad you’re back ! I really like your videos… very spooky
Such a great quality in a UA-cam channel
Oh my goodness!! I have been suggesting everywhere that someone cover Asha’s case!! & I just randomly came across your video!! Thank you so much for sharing her story, and getting her name out there!!! Someone HAS to know something! I still say a prayer pretty regularly that she’s going to be found alive. (I would have graduated High School with her had her disappearance never occurred.) 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🤍
I remember wanting to go missing. I remember me plotting running away…
The person running away in the case with Aliza, looks like a woman.
Yeah I’m thinking the same
Nah
yh thats what i thought aswell
The first one is very strange!!!
It sounds like the suspect in the last story might have been a cop. That would explain why the police were so slow to respond. Protecting their own.
A cop who can't be identified by his fellow cops on cctv, which happens to be their area of expertise?
@@positiveego5397 as if cops have never protected cops before
Honestly, I think the white guy in Shelby's footage was the killer; given that 17 minutes passed between her last message and the person walking out of the building, there would be plenty of time to wash off the blood (as for the clothes, given how the murder was performed, it's not impossible they didn't get bloody). Not to mention, when he leaves the building, his left hand is in his pocket as if he was hiding something...
What if Asha had mistakenly taken the library book and didn’t want to get into trouble so woke up and attempted to return the book to her school. Did anyone check whether she actually made it near to the school where someone on duty might have come across her…
Eliza more then likely murdered by a women. What man keeps his feet close and sways his arms. food for thought
A gay man
Congratulations on 1 million subscribers. Unfortunately with that feat you are also on UA-cam radar. There goal is to eliminate true crime content on this platform. I call it the JCS treatment and it's a shame because your channel has great content! Keep fighting please, we need more channels like yours.
why do you say that? does youtube really not like crime content? I liked JCS too.
@@alb4271 no they don't like it. They have demonitized countless channels. Go on JCS channel and read his final message. It's still there. Very sad that they do this to content creators that have put their heart and soul into their respective channels.

That's horrible that progress in solving Shelby's case is so slow because she was a sex worker. She was still a human being.
Houston police aren’t worth a damn…so it’s not really surprising that they have made little to no progress as sad as that is to say.
