"You'll own nothing and you'll be happy" (alternatively "you'll own nothing and be happy") is a phrase originating in a 2016 video by the World Economic Forum (WEF), summarising an essay written by Danish politician Ida Auken. The phrase has been used by critics who accuse the WEF of desiring restrictions on ownership of private property.
@@youtube7076 Although they don't use those words on their website.....it kinda seems that way to me...but with a rainbows and unicorn ring to it. The same way salesmen and politicians operate.
Tell me what tent, inflatable or otherwise, can keep a bear out? What you are saying is, "don't go camping with a tent". Not a very helpful comment at all.
Why aren't the Gouse, Wise Tiger, and especially the London 360 Discover tents used by governments and disaster relief agencies during big disasters or for refugees when temperary or even long term homes are needed instead of the crap tents currently in use? They could be deployed with manual air pumps, blankets, inflatable mattresses and pillows, solar powered fans, camping stoves and cooking gear (pots, pans, eating utensils, etc.), and in the case of the London 360 Discover, a woodstove to heat the interior for winter. This is the way to go instead of crappy army surplus tents or forcing people into trying to turn tarps or (worse) blankets into shelters.
We just buy pretty nice hotels, house 50 street people, have extensive staff, serve 2 meals daily, no curfew, not low barrier but no barrier (drugs Ok) etc. 👃✌️🇨🇦
If you get an inflatable tent with a wood brining stove, and go to sleep not realizing there's a small hole and it deflates on the stove setting everything on fire it's your own fault. I see these as death traps.
I don't like that underwater tent business, being in the sea. I can just imagine a hungry Great White coming by and becoming very interested in the occupants inside.🦈👀😱😆 Didn't care for the manual pumping tents, ur pumping sometimes up to five minutes? No way,.😩An air pump will do just fine.😀👍🏼👍🏼
If we sew with rib line contain water so we can reinforce by turn it into ice so it strong to stand up to any weather even under water and space survival
1. Any tent placed on top of a car has to go down to the bathroom, cook, walk, drink, eat. Then go back up and then has to come back down coz they always forget something. It also puts strain on your vehicle.--> Just put the tent on the ground. These people are afraid of crawling critters...so don't camp. 2. That Opus trailer cost more than the vehicle itself. --> Just get yourself a new vehicle than deal with a trailer that you only use once in a while. Waste of money.
How does it stand up to bear and other animals clawing or biting this “air bag” ?? Mmm ?? Not to good you say !! Or puncture from the ground ?? Cute idea…I’m not trusting it. 👎👎
According to the horrible voice over .... some of these tents can keep you dry - even in the rain ! Sounds like that would be the first requirement of any tent ??
The presenter is way too loud and his incorrect intonation is extremely intrusive and unpleasant. He sounds like a carnival barker. And the music is also too loud and unpleasant. Absolutely not a thumbs up and definitely not a subscription.
Music is rather annoying. Had to quit watching after 2 minutes. Sheesh 🙄 turn the volume down as I want to watch the video. If I need music I sure will listen to it but not on YT. Btw the music does nothing for the video 🙄👆👆👆
I mean every tent will be shredded by some wild animal regardless of it being a regular tent or an inflatable one. Some of these inflatable tents have layers and layers of protection for the air tubes. They're essentially strong like tire tubes with 2 to 3 extra layers of thick fabric over them. Some of these tents are made from fabric that will self repair itself to some degree. You really have to try to actually slash some of these tents.
@@theaharper5528 They really will have to prove themselves first. Most inflatable products don't last very long. I've had terrible experiences with inflatable mattresses and pool toys as have many other people which probably explains the skepticism. If they can last for 25 years of regular use without the air tubes needing any maintenance, then they're on par with my pole tents.
@@dune7824 Oh yeah, Id say you cannot compare the inflatable beds and the pools with this. Whats nice is you can patch these pretty well too if you happen to have any punctures. Most of these are only inflatable in the frames. Its not too bad, but I totally get what youre saying, sometimes simple is better.
If your using this for camping what is to stop a seam leak or a fire,or sharp hole being made. Air mattress have been going down since they were made. What is better in something like these.
And after dark when temperatures cool the air molecules will contract and the roof will slump. Seems like you'd have to top off the air at 3AM or have a droopy tent.
I wonder what the snow load is... it may keep one warm and dry. But....if you are in a snow storm one may find themselves trapped under 50 pounds of ❄️ 🏔 snow.
Please turn the music way down. I’m more interested in hearing what you guys are saying.thank you.
Agreed! I hate when people do this!!! Ughhhh......
You need to adjust the volume on your computer TV or phone I can hear them just fine
@xtheflabeox8813. We can hear the words just fine, but the music is way too loud still in comparison and is distracting from the words being said.
Why?
Not only is the music too loud...its very annoying and not necessary.
I think five people weigh far more than a vehicle roof is rated for.
While im sure most of these are entirely out of my price range it still would been nice and helpful having a ballpark idea of the cost of these.
Chinee inflatable house
I'm thinking the same. :(
You can afford anything you desire ❤ believe it

Imagine falling asleep in one of these in western Kansas and waking up in eastern Kansas.
I'm feeling so grateful for the beauty that surrounds us after watching this. It's like a breath of fresh air.
A bear shreds them, for sure.

The all new London premium, requires 2-4x8 sheets of plywood (not included)

Show the inside of these tents
At last , a practical use for my chronic flatulence !
DJ 4 ...............it takes a special butt to tent adapter ...........lube optional !!!!!!!
When they come with a bathroom then would think about buying.❤❤
Inflatable Skibidi Toilet?😂
Prices please!
They should make an inflatable houseboat
The background music for Gouse sounds like Yaz's "Move Out" song.
Love that song!

Wouldn't use heat inside for sure
Fashion a low voltage electrical shock net and throw over ground level air tents to keep bears away.
11:38 either this picture is altered or that woman has some weird alien feet😂

So have John Travolta test the Bubble Tents
Some of those roof racks are not rated for the amount of people claiming they can stuff in those tents
So a 8x8 tent can hold 5 people but a 15 foot igloo can hold 1 person . Yup that makes sense
Where can we buy them and how much? Also, toilet facilities? Thank you.
too expensive....toilet? 5 gallon bucket with a plastic bag to catch the dook, cover dook with dirt, sawdust, lime etc. toss when full. pee in a jug.
You see, grizzlies see these things and look at them as delicious looking burritos.
Most of these are impractical.
Didn't know kermit was into camping.
If we sew with rib line contain water so we can reinforce by turn it into ice so it strong to stand up to any weather even under water and space survival
None of the camping tents had rainflys.
These are more for “Glamping “
100% they will ALL pop
Use rib line with ice to reinforce it
Did i miss the video of the thumbnail?
How stable is the first tent? Bear proof?
Not😂😢😢😢
In my woods, an oak branch could pierce that so 3asily
Seems like an awful lot of extra work and also , how much ? 😂
Where may the tent on the front of this vide be “Found”?!.
5 people ??? How much weight can my car roof hold at one time??
The dents in your roof are free 😅😅😅!!
Get rid of the music it takes away too much from the video! Thanks
Whom or where is the Black Inflatable tents on the picture of this video at. ?????
Is there an option for the average person? Heard this is for the very wealthy and looks like everyday camping gear
Are they punch your proof?

Never saud anything about snow. Only rain so you can only camp in rainy to sunny.
Not against the law to live out doors.
I have an Opus camper. Great camper. Poor customer service much to my horror. I would give the supplier 0 out of 10. But the camper 10/10.
Inflatable tent. Inflatable gf. All in.
People who live in inflatable houses shouldn't throw forks.
Please turn music down can't hear what u all say
Pretty sure I don’t want to hear a blower all night .
Is this redwheel doing the voiceover?

I hate when the price of the tents are not included!
is it more than £100
You did not show the tent that made you watch ,shameful
and these arent any good for camping with a giant noisy blower !
We needed prices. I'm out.
i want sky loft
These are Kool
Air Voldes looks cool
They always brag about set up time.....never mention put away time....which is usually the bigger challenge.
These are extremely weird, WHO wants a tent on the roof of their car?

I can't believe how many losers rather live in a tent. Than face the real world as an adult and work 😅. Then try to glorify homelessness 😅
This is yuppies for you , absolutely no pertection
@SkyLoft
Without prices, I would watch other videos instead of this one.
I didn’t see any prices stated, so they must be ridiculously priced !
For some bizarre reason, they're not sold in the US much.
No prices? Tells me everything.
Do you have a pup tent lol
All I can think about is the wild animals that will puncture these tents. They LOOK nice though.

11:39 ... what the hell is wrong with that woman's feet? Forget these crazy 'mobile homes', we found a damn cryptid!
Only air ? What's all that plastic like material holding the air in ? If houses we made of air, the homeless are living in mansions.
Mobile homes have wheels. The tents and blowups are portable homes
When property tax increase , this will make your life much better
Put up with air destroyed only by a pin
The narrator sounds like Josh Gates. Is it him? Just curious. Thank you 😊
Your right it does sound like Josh
Sounds like "Norm's" postman friend from "Cheers" to me - is that the same guy?? Anyway - He is really anoying !!
yet the yoga and chine tent have no windows just a flat door
I dont get the benefit of putting a tent on top of my car!?!
Don’t use the word “Eskimo” 🙄
Why not?
The teachers said "Eskimo" in my classes. Nothing wrong there Pancho.
all this rubbish will blow away in nz wilds!
Well what if I wanted to build a platform , put a tent on there? So I can stargaze every night. Would it last?
Fine until you get a puncture.
Couple of sparks and you will have the largest puffy jacket sticking to you LOL
It would not take to much wind to blow these tents over onto the ground.
Whattaloadofjunk ‼️

Maybe Philadelphia and California just to mention 2 should do something about the thousand of homeless in their street.
That's odd. And is fairly lame as I am homilies but love camping by my own choice.
In Wisconsin Tent's are only good in june July and August it gets to cold at night 🥶😄
Sky loft $3000 hahahahaha you can buy a used campervan for that
Would have been nice to see the one in the thumbnail which is the only reason i clicked
No cats allowed
Why not inject concrete into a large inflatable tent like a mold?
