Kusakabe hitting the honored one pose, the smash cut to him dead on the ground, the roster of sorcerers left getting so thin we’re bringing back Miguel, it feels like a shitpost and I genuinely kinda love it. Zero clue whether Gege intended it that way.
Gege is pretty good at planning stuff though. He introduced prison realm and sukuna taking over megumi before explaining gojo's abilities.

This manga is legit a canon shitpost. The mangaka offscreening a OP character who has the best sights, only to reveal that a character with zero sight buff can see and dodge that move. He keeps a character alive so he can draw panels reminding them of a villain that die like 150 chapter ago (Toji). He decide to kill one of the main villain using a gag character. And then he bring a random ass character that's only relevant for 5 panel in the prequel

To be fair, (BIG SPOILER WARNING, ANIME ONLY PEOPLE GO AWAY) while I understand why a lot of people feel this way, and I also do have my issues with some things happening in JJK at the moment, it's also understandable that we have a lot of fights happening right now. After all, this is the final arc (unless there is an arc end and then a whole new arc with the merger), Sukuna is essentially the final villain to the cast, and he has defeated the strongest character on the good guys' side, Gojo.
Everyone is trying to do their best to do whatever they can to Sukuna, even though a lot of them know they can't actually do anything to the guy that beat Gojo. Ino, Choso, Kusakabe, etc. They all know full well how out of their league Sukuna and Gojo are. That doesn't mean they will just stand down and let Sukuna kill them for free, they are fighting for their survival, some of them (like Kamo, Mei Mei) are choosing not to even fight, some of them (Gakuganji, Utahime) are still on the sidelines and may or may not show up, and some people are jumping into the frey ASAP. Their teacher died, their friends are dying, and the guy killing them will likely be a menace to the world for the rest of their life. Of course we are going to have a ton of characters going to attack Sukuna and try their best even if they know it's useless. Could they all have attacked at once to have a better chance? Maybe. Could Gege have done this in a shorter and more meaningful way, with some more character development for some of them? Absolutely.
But I don't think it's as unnatural as some people claim it to be, the story is following its natural progression after Gojo vs Sukuna. He can't use his DE so of course he is fighting everyone with just his slashes, and naturally everyone that can't handle it will get defeated by it, thus giving off the feeling that the chapters are repetitive.
If everyone ran away for another training arc, people would call them cowards. Now that they are just fighting Sukuna, people say it's repetitive. You can never make everyone happy no matter what.

Supposed important plot lines or characters wasted or axed just because Gege doesn’t bother to elaborate the further. It’s not about not being able to please everyone as you suggested in the last part of your comment it’s more that for a lot of people the story has gotten so bad due to the bad writing that most of us simply lost hope. The "spark" is how exactly Gege failed Gojo's fight with Sukuna - as Gojo explained the same before that every sorcerer ignites a spark before using a CT. And for someone like him to be cut in half by Sukuna right after being severely damaged by Hollow Purple out of nowhere was definitely an ass-pull.

Sukuna is pretty much unbeatable to the point that they have to bring characters out of nowhere to fight him, Sukuna isn't trying very hard and he's limiting himself (no black box) and Gege has determined that he never needs to use it.

This is definitely a fucking low point in the series, engagement is waning, people are tired of Sukuna not using everything in his disposal to win and he's not being pushed as hard as people want.
I thought we won't go any lower than Kusakabe and he would be saved by Yuji or Yuta coming back but an entire chapter dedicated to Kusakabe vs Sukuna? This fight is so fucking lacklustre for it to be a chapter.
Where is the character development for Sukuna? Instead of Sukuna getting character development it's Kusakabe we got, it's not bad but it's too fucking late for that.
I hate that Gege threw everything else out for this man, Kenjaku died like an absolute moron and I have lost respect for him.

Miguel, of all people, no new characters from the Gojo clan, brave jujutsu sorcerers that we haven't seen before but Miguel.
This arc is one that I like to call "The Stongest (Via Process of Elimination)" where Gege just keeps making a new person appear who is only the strongest now because the person before them got bodied and, you guessed it, killing them to continue the cycle.
Soon Yuji is going to be the only one that is left and that'll break the cycle simply because Sukuna would rather praise an ant then call him the strongest
Author is just done at this point. Writing in jjk was never good but now it's just trash, it seems constant need for subversions and twists that are there purely for the shock value is just the way for manga to stay relative. Now im only interested about how all this mess will end

Gege is just summoning the most random characters to throw them into the meat grinder that is Sukuna. The cycle begins once more, and the main characters slowly lose their place in the verse. Though, I am happy Goatakabe lasted a whole chapter against Suky.

Ain´t gonna lie, seeing all of these recent chapters, my smol brain cannot understand how gojo got cut ( i know the thechnique used, i just don´t know how gojo, how was in a better condition, with six eyes, couldn´t see the sparks, which were introduced in the chapter before, or sukuna didn´t chant to use that, like he had to later on againt the students, and if he doesn´t need to chant, only does to enhance, why enhance a attack that has no defense, and if he did chant, gojo was like, oh uau, no can do ?).
Gojo is not durable at all. He was always losing limbs to normal stuff. He couldn't see the very first dismantle sukuna sent out he damn sure wasn't gonna see that.
Difference here also is that kusakabe is expecting the slash since he has seen it used unlike gojo who was the first victim of it

gojo thought the fight was over, also gojo had never seen the world cutting slash. From his perspective, im assuming Gojo thought Sukunna was firing off a variant of the normal slash that would still just bounce off his infinity like every other attack.
They way the did Gojos death made it look like he was surprised he died because he thought the fight was over.
Im sure of they fought again, his 6 eyes could determine between "world cutting slash that can bypass my infinity" vs "normal dismantle and cleave"

I dont like how the fights of the sorcerers agains Sukuna has dulled. Other shows can have entire war arcs that have fight after fight after fight and still feel less repetitive. I understand what you’re saying and your right, the fight is following its natural progression, and the characters who can’t handle it should die. But
1.) I would care a lot more about the fights if I actually cared about the characters. In other shonenes, each character will have a side quest or plot point that increases their development or mentality and this will happen for almost every single character, say in Naruto for example. Characters like Kakashi, Choij, Gara and almost every other character under the sun can have a side story while in JJK, the only example that come to mind is Maki, Higaruma, Mechamaru and maybe Kashmio. For goodness sake, even Sakura got multiple side stories for character development, but Nobara was almost completely forgotten about and they needed to shove in her backstory near her death. So when these character are put on the verge of death, you can see how I’m not really bothered by it because i never really got connected to them in the first place. And once that keeps repeating, Its easy to become board.
2.) The Sukuna cycle. A new character comes in after one dies, they are hyped up after they do something cool and we wonder if they’ll damage Sukuna, they die next chapter, then a new character comes in and so on and so on. I feel like it would be less of a problem if the fights actually… you know… lasted longer than 2 chapters, because so far its just been the same 2 chapter story over and over and over with nothing changing. No significant damage inflicted on Sukuna actually nerfs him and no new moves are show from Sukuna either. It’s reading the same thing repeatedly with a new cloak of paint and characters I don’t really care for.
2.5) this is more of an extension from the last one, but its hard to get invested or feel anything about a fight when you already know how its going to end, due to the Sukuna cycle already. Each chapter tries to give you something to get invested in, like Higarumus executioner sword or Yuta’s domain expansion or Kashimo’s curse technique, but it doesn’t work because we know it doesn’t matter and what every they try to damage Sukuna with will fail or be nullified in a chapter or 2 e.g Makis soul split katana.
3.)Sukuna is “Still not going all out”.So the answer is, When will he? Well the answer is… he wont. We know that were are’nt going to see anything new from Sukuna until someone else or a group can push against him harder than Gojo did, who also didn’t push Sukuna to his limit, so they need to surpass even Gojo in that very moment or there is no hope for them. If we know no-one there is able to go toe to toe with Sukuna on that level and that Sukuna wont do anything different against the sorcerers until they do, then why even tune in for the fight it feels like there is no point. At this stage, there could be a time skip after Sukuna had fought against all of them and show their dead bodies and it would have the same wait as each of the chapters we have seen so far.
3.5) it doesn’t help that every now and again, Sukuna does use “Some” of his larger power to wipe the floor with whoever he is fighting in 2 seconds, e.g Maki with the black flash and Kashimo with the net of dismantles. This causes us to feel like there was no point to the fight in the first place and makes us question if anyone will be able to beat Sukuna which brings us back into point 3.).
4.) Does it feel like we should even be taking this seriously anymore. For as much as the character have been struggling and as much rides on this battle, when they start sending out character like Ino to fight Sukuna, or sending out Choso when we already know they dont stand a chance and Sukuna is going to wipe them out in a chapter or less, why should we care. Gege puts in effort to hype up the character for what feels like no reason and even with said glazing, they dont manage to achieve anything. This can be seen with Kusakabe and his “Strongest grade one sorcerer” title, given to him last minute. Every character has received this treatment so far, so why should we get excited when we see it for another character less powerful than the rest. Sukuna himself isn’t taking the fight seriously because he knows they can’t really beat him. This combos into the point 3.) with us not seeing anything new from Sukuna due to this. And when the main characters stop caring, why should we?
I understand that Gege is doing everything that is realistic as a writer. Everything that is happening now SHOULD happen. I believe that the weaker sorcerer would rush into battle despite not standing a chance agains Sukuna and try to do what little they can. But the Job of a righter isn’t just making something realistic (WHICH IS REALLY HARD TO DO), but to also right something entertaining and thought provoking. Now, is JJK entertaining, YES. That’s why we are here, watching leaks of an early version of the show to be. But is it entertaining for the right reasons, NO. We come back to count how many PAGES a character lasts and then laugh. We come back to see Kusakabe hitting the honoured one pose before getting an X implanted in his chest. We come back to laugh at the insanity. Do you think Lobotomy Kisen was on purpose, becasue I dont think so. I think is people pointing at JJK and laughing as its stories and characters crumble.
I personally like the direction. I’m tired of basic shonen tropes. And I’ll be happy if Sukuna wins. Great writing and nice subversion of expectations. Keep in mind that not much time has passed since they started trying to jump Sukuna. When this gets animated it will be a lot quicker paced. These chapters of characters fighting will likely only last 30 seconds-1min each or less so it’s not going to seem repetitive when it gets animated it’s gonna be pure hype.
