- It's so good you'll make it twice a week. This recipe from my grandma stunned absolutely everyone! This is a simple and an amazing American goulash recipe that was cooked generations to generations. My family was amazed how delicious was this recipe. I am completely sure you will love it too. Ingredients:
450g ground beef (1 lb)
1 onion
1 garlic clove
salt, black pepper
450g tomato sauce (2 cups)
480 ml beef broth (2 cups)
400g canned dice tomatoes (14 oz.)
1 bell pepper
1 bay leaf
200g elbows (7 oz.)
cheese (optional)
parsley (optional)

As always, this dish is simple, quick, easy and very delicious. Very nutritious and full of color. Today I have students visiting my house in the evening and I will prepare this for them.
