You can use veg broth instead. Bone broth is what it says, broth made with bones, no thank you very much 😮

It's called an immersion blender, and with it you can get a really smooth consistency without having to remove it from the pot and into a blender. It's super easy to use and works great!
Bone broth tastes like a beef broth, but has a little more fat content, so it's almost like a butter broth.
