I know this was posted awhile back but I just found one of these for $3500, 4000 miles, picking it up hopefully tomorrow! Same color one lady owner as well!! Excited
Found a beautiful wrapped xl883L 4400 miles for $3k. All service paperwork, etc. However, my 1st bike was this & it was in the shop once or twice a month for the 1st 6 months when I bought it new. Pissed me off so bad that I wrote a letter to Harley's President & while in the shop in Houston, they told me to pick out any bike that I wanted & they would just transfer the financing for the 883 to my new Road King! I was thrilled but lost it when I laid off..
Mr. Kaplan, are those Buck horns on that bike? If so can you swap tose bars out easily with the forty eight drag type bars? Thanks for your time, Mike. P.S. that is a nice looking 883

Hi Mike! Yes it is an easy swap! I agree the 48 bars are better!
If Ken Kaplan had been around in 1988 hed've been partying with GNR.
Mine has a bigger tank on it and a really nice alligator seat and a 13 inch Progressive suspension. Very nice! Videos on my channel.
2006 is the last carburetor?
Yes.
You think that's beautiful I'd love to send you pics of mine!!
