Great video. What about stretches? For goalkeepers flexiblity its needed a lot
I would suggest asking goalkeeper coaches for this, as flexibility requirements are highly specific to the activity 👍

You could do this, and undulate between workouts. Maybe not ideal, but probably effective since you have missed pre-season S&C training 👍
GOOD Have one question. What is the exercise "GRUOND CONTENT TIME"?
Ground contact time = time spent when the foot is in contact with the ground during running/jumping 👍

When is the time for endurance training or repeated sprints with small.time recovery?
It will already be trained during goalkeeper practice. Unnecessary to perform separate endurance training 👍
And whats are the alternatives for sled pull sprints?
Hill sprints, parachute sprints, exergenie
What else pylometrics exercises can be used excepct bounds?
Pogo hops, repeated vertical jumps, drop jumps
