    Great video. What about stretches? For goalkeepers flexiblity its needed a lot

      I would suggest asking goalkeeper coaches for this, as flexibility requirements are highly specific to the activity 👍

    The best video I’ve seen about the topic, good job! Was wondering if it was a good idea to take a week in each block and make it as the furthest from peak since I skipped many qualities from the pre-seasons heavy blocks

      You could do this, and undulate between workouts. Maybe not ideal, but probably effective since you have missed pre-season S&C training 👍

      Ground contact time = time spent when the foot is in contact with the ground during running/jumping 👍

    When is the time for endurance training or repeated sprints with small.time recovery?

      It will already be trained during goalkeeper practice. Unnecessary to perform separate endurance training 👍
