I am a liver transplant recipant of 7 years. looking at your protocol it makes me wonder if I would be able to benefit from this life style,I am 67 on 3mlg of Prograf Daily. I have develop fat arround my abdomen and gain weight ,pains and akes in my muscles,and feelings of inflamation. It is very dificult to walk therefore I am inactive and with little desires to exersice,no motivation. Can you direct me on what to do?

This was helpful but my GYN and General Practitioner refuse to get any of these tests done. I’m so upset that I can’t get them. I pleaded and still said no. 😢 I might need to see an endocrinologist or a different doctor.

@@sl4983 I only got the FSH to see if I’m in menopause and CBC to check my hemoglobin. Nothing else unfortunately.
i have uterine fibroids and non of the doctors has suggested a hormone test, which test should i take to figure out my estrogen and progesterone levels. Thank you

I think the Dutch full panel testing is the best for hormone testing.
