Join me for a visit to "Les Cabines" a local Creperie in Saint Gilles Croix de Vie France, on the remblais of La Grande Plage. We'll sample the savory Galettes, made with Ble Noir, and the sweet dessert crepes too! I'll even try my hand at how to make a crepe in the traditional way, on a large griddle!
