@@chook1311Exactly. These things, lotr and this are absolutely different things, having almost nothing besides names with each other. Amazon takes on it it's not even a parody. It's a cringe fest, despicable creation.
Thanks all the team for great modern fantasy you did guys, don't listen to some narrow minded people trying to deny it, the formula just works, you can feel both the scale and the fantasy!
Morfydd Clark looks genuinely terrified to say anything that might possibly cause any kind of fan backlash. She obviously has put a lot of effort toward learning about Tolkein's stories
Tbf most don't blame the actors for this shit show. It's the producers, directors, writers, studio that is at fault. Though Morfydd can calm down on rolling her "Rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr"
@@Guney1886Well you should… These actors are pissing on a life work of one of the most remarkable writers of the past century. On the movies, even the younger cast members knew the books quite well and would read them for reference during filming of the movies. This series has no shame or no respect over Tolkien’s work.
Totally agree. Unforuntely its the way of middle class actors now. Its not as important they dont feel the need to research, shameful rewlly. Great cast but incredibly dissappinting they cba to research @Z3ZP
Pretty sure Rory (who plays Tom Bombadil in the show) basically hinted that the stranger is Gandalf in this interview. We’ve had plenty of hints in the show regardless but I had hoped we would’ve gotten a blue wizard instead. 😢
i mean, now that sauron has blond hair, galadriel will be smoking for him, she will rue the day she turned him down. only because he had dark locks instead of golden. oh, the tortured hots she’s gonna get…
This just adds confirmation to what I've seen from the rings of politically acceptable power, and it's genuinely infuriating how little respect they have for the works they are desecrating.
I'm really sorry for the actors. "The Rings of Power" is garbage but thats not necessarily their fault. The producers and script writers are the ones who are responsible and should get all the hatespeech. Especially I feel pity for Rory Kinnear, he's been so good in "Penny Dreadful"
I hate to be so negative (congratulations on getting the interviews and being able to give them the trivia btw!), but it is downright depressing (or indeed infuriating) to see how little Kinnear cares about the story he’s gonna be playing such a beloved character in. Constantly making unrelated jokes, doesn’t give a whit about the subject. Weyman is excited at least despite not knowing the lore, but we’ve seen already that he’s done a very good performance in S1, so that’s alright. All the others are great! As this was the first interview I’ve seen Hazeldine in, I must say I am impressed with how happy he seems to be there.
I am sure that they don’t know the answer to each question because they probably skipped the Appendices which is at the back of each book which is largely what this show is based on, because it can seem similar to reading the glossary at the end of a textbook which would be boring unless you were really interested in the subject matter.

Awful show. How can anyone look at this dross and retain their dinner?
huge props to Charles Edwards for including Bill in the fellowship
That alone made him my favorite of the cast
In a parallel universe, Sauron and Celebrimbor would have been besties!
they’re taking the hobbits seriously 😭😭😭😭😭
@@blondseanti the LOTR trilogy summed up in 5 words 🤣
If only RoP took them seriously.
The chemistry between the Charles Duo is outstanding. Honestly, these two should be type casted together for another show.
"They're taking the hobbits seriously" 😂That sounds so refreshing
“Bilbo loved the police” 😂
insert fields of gold
"Bilbo’s is Sting… but Bobo gives it to Frodo” 😂
If only sauron took the Hobbits seriously 😂😂
I am obsessed with Sam Hazeldine's Adar. My personal highlight of Season 2, which is a great one overall.
Me too!
Oh same
He was very great:)
his voice is so sexy
Oh wow the unexpected comedic duo of Rory Kinnear and Daniel Wayman 😂😂
The two Charlies have such awesome chemistry
All that time together doing intensely emotional things = total relaxation together.
Jeremy Legolas, Malcom Gimli, Vincent Aragorn and Big G.
Yeah, I’m gonna tell my kids this was the lineup of the Fellowship of the Ring.
Protect Rory Kinnear at all costs 🙌🏻
Adar is SMOKING HOT button
I love when the Charlies start measuring out hobbit-height with their hands. :)
I need "They're Taking the Hobbits Seriously" on a t-shirt 😂
Why do I hear Orlando Bloom saying this....
I'm Australian and I forgot Charlie was Australian till he goes "Aw fuck" the way he said it. 😂
😊
Exactly. Absolute disgraceful behave

Shoutout to Bill the pony
When Morfydd is naming the fellowship, her voice gets all shy yet giggly, it’s cute.
Rory Kinnear proving he was the right person to cast for Tom Bombadil throughout
Props to the hair and makeup team for The Rings of Power, I had no idea that Adar was an absolute smoke show 🥵
i mean, even as Adar, he is kinda hot
I went straight to IMDB because I couldn't believe it was the same person omg.

The lyrics to the Police's I'll be Watching you.... Somehow ties into the Eye of Sauron😂

He really does
Rory and Daniel, just perfect casting right there
Now I need to hear the Honest Trailers guy say “they’re taking the hobbits seriously.” Lol
Morfydd's voice naming the Fellowship at 3:03

wonderful cast!
Rory, I've loved you for years, I now am happy to see that many others will learn to love you and your silly sense of humour.
"that could be the tagline of series 3" YES PLEASE
The gremlin energy here is impeccable 🤣
"well Bilbos sword is called sting" ya its the same sword lmfao
I loved Tom. Feel like ive been waiting for his depiction since i can remember
The editing makes it even funnier 💀
Bilbo loved the police 😂😂
Hahaha "Every Breath You Take" has a very different context.
Charlie Vickers has such a cute smile and laugh🥰 I like the cast of the show:)
I preferred Mawle as Adar, but goddamn, Sam Hazeldine is smoking 🔥 with that beard and voice lol

Of course the first to curse would be Sauron😂

What I want to see more than any more seasons of RoP is the cast playing their characters in a D&D campaign for 5 seasons.
Season 2 is right around the corner
Is it weird to like the way Charlie says fuck? 😂
They are taking the hobbits this Tuesday

is it me or theres something about morfydds voice when she says BOROMIR?
Morfydd obviously did her homework or she's just a real fan of LOTR. ❤
Harfoots are indeed taller than standard hobbits
OMG Morfydd my queen 😍❤
Aww, silly dorks 🥰
Then you compare the extent to which the original casts knowledge….. and how some like Christopher Lee read the book once a year
WAIT! Did Sting name himself after that sword????
Who's daniel weyman? Straight up thought that was james blunt 😂
Sam H. ‘s performance was epic. I have a huge crush on Adar because of his voice. I can fix him.
9:57 very in line with the rings of power then 🙈
The dirctors of the show don't know the name of fellowship of the ring. Unbelievable.
Sade 🗡️

Sam hazeldine is just amazing❤
Sauron looks more like an elf in real life😢
That's not what Elves look.
Who are the other two guys?
gandalf and Tom bombadilo
If only the writers took the source material seriously.

Who cares. Plus, what you just have said is cringe rather than anything else.
