You know what's ironic about the first story? If Karen had instead decided to be friendly and show some basic courtesy, instead of going on some entitled power trip, OP probably would've let her use the yard with no complaint.
honestly that first story was pretty wild but I'm glad that things became more peaceful between OP and their neighbours

The best part in binge watching this guy’s videos is picturing the scene based from the story itself.

For the duplex story…..am I the only one confused on how Susan can be asked to leave when her lease is up during COVID but Karen can’t be evicted?? 🤔 Seems to me if Mom can be kicked out at the end of her lease her daughter should be also. 🤷🏾♀️

So iv been listening to these story's on your channel and wow I love the details you give and honestly you give a really good narrator voice for every situation I thought these where your stories at first then noticed there story's from I'm guessing other viewers or friends you have but the details are really good and it gets me interested threw every story

What made my blood boil was when they sent the grandma to
a retirement and OUT OF HER OWN HOUSE?
I had a renter from hell too. This was pre Covid. It took me 6 months to get a court date (they had not paid rent for that 6 months). The judge told the renters that he was giving them an additional 90 days to vacate our property. The woman stood up and told the judge that It was her house and that not he, nor God could make them leave her house.
With that the judge stood up and said, Lady, you’ve got until 6am tomorrow morning to have your ass out of that house or I’ll send the Sheriffs to throw your shit out into the street! The judge then SLAMMED his mallet down.
They were gone by destroyed the interior of our house. Which was kind of ok bc we had bought the house to remodel it and flip it.

I would 100% evict my own father ... and to those of you who would judge me please hear me out ... this man - child has acted like a total @$$ hole towards the family when he was evict from his home ... and showed how much he didn't care about his health or the fact that two of my sisters did not want him to move in with us just so he can leech the internet and cable off of us for free ... I love my old man .. but he's gotten to be a huge burden on not only his family but his own roommate

*Story 1:* OMG! Talk about a crazy karen neighbour! Why did she refused to respect her neighbour's (including OP) wishes and stay on *her* side of the property? If she wanted to get involved, she should've been polite about it, instead of screaming and demanding!
(2nd story) what i would have done was take the house but bring in tenants to get some more money for investing, better vacations, retiring early, ect.

I live in a unit apart of 4 units and I feel very lucky I get along with all of the neighbours including those in the set of units over our back fence. When living in units with others work it's a great living experience

Close doors and windows! You cant see him, maybe you can trap him inside
2:02 you know what would've been fun? you don't say anything to her, so she can't say you complied, then when the birthday is happening, and you are sure all/most of the guests arrived you go into your backyard and either tell all of them "hey did you know this is our backyard and she did not have our permission" or start mowing the lawn out of spite, and when they tell you to get lost or whatever, you tell them it's your backyard and the karen's birthday party without permission was not going to spoil your plan of mowing the lawn that day so you can have time to rest on another day (even though you're only doing it out of spite)
